Nice view. The water was really beautiful. There are bars and huts for relaxation. Its best to go later in the day. In the hot afternoon it was really loud and crowded.

Lack of maintenance and a nice, clear view on the shipyard.I dont recommend to tourists.

I visited on a semi cloudy day but i had a great time. It might be a bit intense when its really sunny as there isnt a lot of shade so plan ahead. A really nice beach in the city to visit.

Nice and beautiful, but a bit too crowded. Its ok when you dont have so much time and wanna enjoy some sea water, because its very near to the city.

Beaut8ful spacious beach. Bit rocky but place to jump into the water. Good swimming and sunbathing spot. Little crowded.

Beaches in Rijeka are used primarily by locals. Turists are out of town in resorts around Opatija.

Excellent beach. Watet is good bar&terrace with Jamaican tenure take us easily into a chilling mood.

Beautiful public beach with access to free fresh water shower. Lots of areas to spread out with little ability to avoid the sun (bring plenty of sunscreen). Spent most of the afternoon here - will certainly be back before we leave. Be careful of glass in the rocks - most of it has been worn down, but wearing flip flops can save your feet.

Clean and solid if you dont mind the shipyard!

A very cute beach

Great place to take a swim or just relax under the sun. There is a part with rocks or straight stone to put your towel on. Depends how you like it. And the best part is a near beach bar where you can drink beer and even take it in plastic cup to sea. (dont forget to return the cup)

This is probalby the most ugliest beach I have seen so far. However, the water is beautiful like everywhere in Coratia - therefore two stars. To the left the beach is surrounded by rusty barbwire in order to seperate the beach to an industrial harbor area. This harbor looks awful - old and rusty. Nearly everything at the beach is out of concrete, like a sowjetunion building. Beside the bad looking, it is usually completely overcrowded. If you are in Rijeka and you are looking for a nearby beach, then try Sablićevo instead.

Pecine is a great beach to visit around Rijeka. There is a small bar where you can grab something to drink and listen to music and chill after swimming. There is a small changing cabin. It is a pebble beach and to the right there is a possibility to use ladder to go into the deep water instantly. Have fun!

Beach very close to the town, so its location is a main advantage, but it is normaly very crowded during the season

Plenty of big rocks in the water at the beginning. Beach is half beton half rocks, water was clean, next to the beach is big industrial port. I didnt really liked it on this place. No place with shadow, atleast there was one shower at the end of the beach. Long way coming down to this place. Not easy to find and parking need to look by yourself.

Great beach, certain parts have been recently renovated and its very nice. Beautiful sea, good atmosfphere and it has everything you need, including showers in convenient places an a nice bar to get a glass of cold refreshing beer or icecream for the younger ones.

If you can find a parking spot nearby.... Dont trust the sign that says 100 meter. 300 meter walking down is ok even if its hot, but remember you will have to go up later ;-the peble beach is the size of a stamp the rest is concrete plates.

Pecine was also such a nice beach. It was kinda crowded and smaller than the others.There was a great bar on the beach which was really great. You could have a nice hot cup of coffee or some beer while enjoying the view. You should also bear in mind that there are no toilets.

Lovely spot to bask in the sun and swim. The water is colder than in other spots on the coast due to fresh water springs descending from the mountains. Beware : there are a few spots with sea urchins. Close to Rijeka, a beautiful and small village. We loved our time here!

Nice place for a walk. Not ideal for summer activities, beaches are basic and often crowded. Much better to take a 5 minute drive to Kostrena for a slightly better experience.

This is the best place for a swim in Rijeka. In this part of Rijeka you can visit the Ružić mansion wich is stuning.

Nice citys suburban area, quietly adjacent to the see, with a view of the mountain Ucka, and 2 parks for long sunny days

String of small stony-pebbles beaches connected with concrete pathways and stairways with the road above. Nice plays but expect crowd, there is also a brach bar.

The water is clean but is an uncomfortable beach and not very nice. There is a industrial zone near from the beach.
