Parking lot needs cleaned.

Slept well, decently priced and no issues

This use to be a respectable place for a quick stay if needed but not so much more. Everyone staying at the motel needs to find or Lord again and needs some major leadership examples and reminders of how life really is again or could be for them again. I cant judge ive been down and out before not sure if i was that down but either way just saying there is like 30 to almost 40 of them all looking like in the same situation... May something happen good for these ppl hopefully someday soon...

bed bugs and homless people everywhere

So the room itself 1/5 but the service is what made up the rest. All the other hotels and motels in and around anchorage were literally fully booked up so we had literally no choice but to stay here. The carpet was disgusting and the bed. There was no way in h**l I was sleeping on that so I bought my own sheets and a tarp to put over the mattress. It was so sketchy but hey at least I had somewhere to stay and shower. Oh and make sure you buy your own febreze because I sure did since I couldn’t stand the smell.Overall was fine but I would definitely not go back since I just didn’t feel comfortable or clean staying there. (I’ve added pictures for reference as well)

Grungy tap house flea bag motel

Wifi is not the best but it does exist. Heater in my room works fine. I had a fridge that froze everything and it was replaced with a new one. Once you realize that the single staff member onsite is overworked and extremely busy then you dont expect prompt response. Come on, give the staff a break, things do get worked out. It just may take longer than another place with a big staff. Overall i am happy with the peak inn.

Dirty rooms Extremely inappropriate owner walks right into the room no warning!! while demanding his monthly rent early very sad that he harasses those who live there and are already struggling lots of unfortunate people rent there and depend on it for winter shelter I guess thats why he assumes he can be so rude and unprofessional I simply would never ever stay here worse place in town

More like an extended stay. The night staff is extremely helpful and made every effort to make my stay more enjoyable

Fraudulent, run down, if you dont lock the deadbolt, anyone off the street can card their way into your room! Appalled!

Lowest price I could find for the night, clean and comfortable, only complaint is the sink handle was obviously broken off and left that way.

So this is one of them places if your on a budget then this place is for you. Oooh and they had openings on the opening nite of the fair. Like I said you get what you pay for. The sink in tge bathroom the lever was broke so you literally have to carefully put the thing back on to make it work right.

Jack and Tracy are awesome people! Our room was clean and quiet despite the major construction going on in Palmer right now. They were accommodating and most importantly an absolute joy to interact with. The location is walking distance from 2 grocery stores, several eating establishments, as well as the local library, and the center of Palmers community activities/events.

Is ok. Is nice you can rent them out and pay biweekly

Places okay in a pinch other than that its just a warm dry room has a shower but its a room if you need a place to stay for the night and theres nowhere else to go its definitely not the Hilton Id rate it right up there with Bates Motel just no Norman

The owners are pretty rude and hard to understand. They offer no amenities and have no way of controlling the temperature in the rooms. The level of cleanliness isnt that of a respectable establishment.the staff are nosey and have way too much time on their hands to pry into guests business. They need to keep up with the maintenance more than they do. And the parking lot is in need of plowing.

My Husband and I have lived here for over six years! We have been comfortable an warm! The staff and owners have always been friendly and very nice! Jack and Tracy have always been fair to Us and have been there for Us! Peak In is within close walking distance to both grocery stores, the eye doctor, the medical clinic, and several fast food places! The post office is only about five blocks away! Peak Inn is very centally located in My opinion and a very good place to stay! We (My Husband and Ihave always been made to feel welcome here! The owners Jack and Tracy are awesome and We love them like family!

Peak Inn is amazing. The owners are super nice and so are the staff. The rooms are all very comfortable and clean. Peak Inn is also very close walking distance to the grocery stores, so very convenient. There are very close tour places too so overall a very good experience!

Our room was clean and good size for a family of four. The motel is in reasonable distance to the shopping centers and various tour sights. Very good experience!

Very good service, advice lots of local tours and even help us planning the trip to avoid traffic. Good size room and very clean.

Rates are to high for what it is but the people are interesting

Peak inn is a local motel that has been in town for over a decade , it is in a great location right in walking distance to local shopping. The views are amazing. The family owned business has always been there to help people in need. Tracy n Jack are there when you need them.

Been here over 6 years and Jack & Tracy have been very good to us. We my wife and I love them to death. I would recommend Peak Inn to everyone. It is comfortable, we have cable, and WiFi. We have been and continue to be happy. Peak in was available when we were homeless, so here we are.

Kinda ghetto

This place is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed the owners are rude they over price the rooms and they rip off their employees. A room here costs 1,500$ a month and they plan on raising the prices here in a month or two. They continuously allow meth and heroin addicts live here who destroy the rooms and they allow alcaholics live here they throw up all over on the floors and beds and leave the rooms trashed. There are mice in the rooms rotting floors and mold. The employees that work here bust ass all day long to keep the rooms clean but the owners dont provide proper cleaning supplies and wont give the employees working vaccumes or paper towels most of the time rooms are having to be cleaned with just dirty rags and water they dont provide toilet paper and they dont provide washers and dryers for clothes I would never recommend staying here I hope this place gets shut down.
