Told me at lunch would also do evening takeaway on phone at evening told me no takeaway not happy so order good pizza

Great surroundings right on the water and plenty of easy parking. Friendly and obliging staff plus a varied menu and special lunch menu. Aussie and Asian meals all reasonably priced. Not noisy like some other eateries. Take away or eat in. Recommend as a casual eatery.

Lovely spot. Had chinese for dinner. Very yummy. Entree and main came out at same time which wasnt the best as main colder by the time I finished entree. Friendly staff

This is our go-to for Thai/Chinese. We drive from Bairnsdale as we havent found anything in town that is as good. We usually get take away but we dined in for dinner last night and was really lovely. It got quite busy but the dining area is spacious so it was fine. My cantonese chicken was fresh and delicious! Big portion too! Would recommend!

Great food & friendly atmosphere

First time customer, got takeout duck with vegies and combination noodles. Overall fairly bland, the skin on the duck meat was rubbery and chewy, and I feel the combo noodles dish was pre-prepared and reheated as a lot of the noodles were clumped together and partially dry, quite like youd expect from refrigerated leftovers. Meals were speedy, ready in 10 mins, the inside of the club looks nice and well presented. I might try takeout again sometime in the future.

Went out for our friends birthday never been here before, but will be back again and again. Magnificent food and beautiful and friendly service and great views too.

Pretty ordinary. Bar didnt have the drinks we ask for. No Zero beer. Stout N/A. Meat was too chewy . I will not go there again. Get better Asian food around other town. Not recommend.

Good Malaysian Chinese food. It tasted much like authentic malaysian Chinese.

A regular "go-to" for very good asian cuisine. Prepared to spice it up or dumb it down and the location is on the water so what more do you want. Good value and simply a great idea.

Had a good meal there, basic Chinese/Aussie fusion but tasty and plenty of it. Retro club rooms are a blast from the past. Nice vista of some great Motor Cruisers out on the water. Dropped a star only because the Bar Lady wasn’t very nice - blunt and didn’t seem happy, but could have been having an off night - will go again for sure next time I’m down this way.

Bought takeaway in December 2020 during our 2 week stay in Paynesville, disgusting inedible food. Will never try again on our return next month feb 2021

Excellent club. Relaxed basic dining with great shower and toilet facilities for berth holders.

We have always recieved nice meals from the cruiser club both take away or eat in. Sometimes the meals take a while to come out but they are worth the wait and that just you time to have another drink.

Great feed, sometimes theres a wait but worth it for the food.. Bar prices could be a bit cheaper for a "club". Beer dearer than the pub. 5 stars except for the bar prices.

Good service but very long waiting time for food but it’s understandable as there’s only 1-2 Chef cooking for a few big tables. The Low rating is more for the quality of food. Sorry to say it’s the worst pad Thai I ever had, it’s overloaded with sweet sauce and the food makes us very thirsty at each spoon which are loaded with sauces and msg. It’s definitely not Thai food. It’s a combination of Malaysian chineSe food. Less is more ....

Very comfortable restaurant with beautiful views of the water and yacht club. Top quality food at great prices and very large servings compared to Melbourne. Very friendly staff and a really enjoyable lunch time break

I went in for a beer 🍺. Lovely lady behind the bar did an amazing job of keeping everyone happy, conversation, beautiful location! Food looked and smelt amazing! I will be back. Great purple hair!!!!

I’ve just revisited this place after the closure and new leasee in the Thai restaurant. I sat for awhile before I realised you had to go up and order & pay but the food delicious and the staff are all friendly. Can easily recommend for great Asian food at a reasonable price.

They mixed up meals and then wanted more money. Foods good if you order the right things. Great atmosphere.

Had a booking for 8pm December 2017, after waiting for one and a half hours we were told there were still 3 tables ahead of us. One noticeably intoxicated Cruiser club member then came up ,squatted by our table and told my friend that if she was hungry she could have some of his leftovers!!!!!What an insult. Will not be going there again.

The cheapest meal in Paynesville and excellent quality Thai food, but has closed up early October 2017 and awaiting new restaurant to open in the next week or two.

The cuisine, while Westernised to suit our lack of tolerence to hot food was fresh and tasty, I have been there 4 times now and cannot fault the quality of taste and freshness of this cuisine, very reasonable prices. To the gentleman that rated the cuisine tasty as cardboard, you have serious problems with your taste buds. 5 stars from me for this Cuisine.

Very disappointing! The best part of the meal was the Garnish: grated carrot on a lettuce leaf with a slice of orange! The Thai food was not Thai a poor imitation of Thai food. So westernised it tasted like cardboard!In 50 years of eating at many different resturants good and bad this one is definitely the worts I have experienced!Disappointing and Shocking experience! Will never return!I tried to give 1/2 star but not able to!

Lovely food, quick and efficient service and a lovely backdrop of the water. Book for a Sat night as it can get very busy!
