Payags chicken barbecue is the best example of Bohols unique version of the"inasal". If Bacolods chicken inasals goes well with their chicken sauce, the ones here in Payags (and all around Boholgoes well with a salty fish sauce condiment we call here as patis. If youre visiting Bohol for the first time, Payags chicken inasal (barbecueis a must-try.They also have unli-rice here.They also sell other delicious viands like the sisig.

I was supposed to be in a different restaurant but turns out to be great. Payag is a sister company of Jos Chicken Inato which is great. We love Sizzling Gambas which is spicy and sweet, the Lumpiang Shanghai is savory and not too much fatty, there is also a version of their Kinilaw which is heaven and Tinolang Isdang Tangigue is superb. Excellent service from the staff, alert and active. And love that there is a nice view from their balcony.

Their original chicken and pork barbecue are their signature dishes with other other delicacies and array of food a la carte are served.. Love this place so much that you want to come back again and again❤❤❤

Nice place to go for family lunch or dinner. Very cozy. Staff are accommodating and friendly. View of tagbilaran bay is astonishing while eating. Fully air-conditioned restaurant. I will surely go back to this place

My hubbys experienced ordered fish which is staled already. Refunded the amount and the staff and assigned manager dont know how to handle the situation..So long for waiting of their decision😥

Visited this restaurant with my family one evening for a dinner. Having read good reviews of Payag, we decided to give it a try. We ordered their specialty Chicken InatoIt was just like any other Chicken Inato, only with good ambiance. The whole place was decorated with Rooster/Chicken - tables, plates, clocks and other more displays.
