For a family reunion we reserved a table. Service was fast and friendly. Generous portions for reasonable prices. Atmosphere was priceless. Highly recommended!

We went right after the Theater for a bite to eat and some beer. My partner (canadianloved the bavarian atmosphere. We got welcomed by various employers and seated promptly. Our waitress, as well as the girl running the food were a darling. The food is served in generous potions. Went home happy!

What a delightful restaurant! Picked this place out of several and it turned out to be a great choice. First-rate Paulaner beer, tasty food and a very nice interior with excellent and pleasant service, nice menu variety and a relaxed environment resulted in a great evening for myself and 6 others. We were all delighted! Definitely recommend!!

Paulaner Beer does not need any endorsement, place is excellent with great ambience. Schintzel one must try... sometimes they do have Burger that are also tasty.

Excellent Bavarian food in central Hannover. The beer is also excellent. There is both an indoor and outside seating area and the staff speak excellent English.

Authentic beer restaurant, spacious, nice music and atmosphere, full of people enjoying beer and a good range of standard dishes of top quality.

The place is nice, service is good, but the food is ordinary or below for such place. I didnt like the sausages.

A good restaurant just off the very touristic area of Hanover.You can definitely try all the Paulaber varieties out there, which is a good thing really.The pork knuckle was slightly undertone as it was rather dry in certain parts, while still moist close to the bone. Besides this, it was definitely tasty. The schnitzel was much better, well cooked and with a non oily breading.A place to try definitely!

Great beer to go with ample portions! We dined early which was a good move as the place was packed and very busy as we left.

Really enjoyed it here. Friendly service and delicious typical German options... Feels more like a southern German place but nice to find this kind of establishment in Hannover. I tried the Cordon Bleu which was tasty and of course the beer was the usual high standard to be expected. Nice furnishing s and artwork on the walls.

Poor food. Very little meat on a schweinhaxe and a dry tasteless schnitzel. The kellerbier was alright though. Uninterested staff.

Lively atmosphere in this Bavarian style pub. Although not native to Hanover, most tourist would believe this is what it feels like to be in Germany 😄One of the best cooked schweinhaxe crispy skin pork knuckles Ive ever had where the skin is crispy but not too hard and the meat just falls off the bone. Goulash soup is actually quite filling itself with plenty of mince meat and veg hiding beneath the surface.For a medium build Asian like myself just the serving size of a main dish is pushing the upper limits. With appetizers on top, Id recommend sharing dishes maybe 2 amongst 3 people ?When we were there the friendly wait staff was more than happy to explain some of the dishes to us and spoke English quite well.

Good Bavarian style beer hall. Tasty, affordable food and efficient service. Would definitely recommend if looking for a traditional style beer hall in Hannover!

I love this restaurant. Have eaten multiple times at this location, as well as other locations. Always good-quality food and great service.

To me this place is way better than Bravarium (I saw cockroaches at Bravarium running freely on the floor). Beer n food are great here

Nice German brauhaus. Food and service are what you would expect. The only one that is better in town is the Bavarium, but both are similar in price and quality.

Great beer and food!

We went into this well-known Bavarian restaurant especially to warm up and eat something hot on a day of sleet, snow and rain showers. However we both had our food served on ice cold plates, so was it was cold and congealed when it was put infront of us. We did not have the time to wait, so left the congealed fried potatoes and sauerkraut on our plates and complained to the waitress, who said she would "tell the kitchen staff", but offered no apology. The staff were civil enough, but efficient rather than pleasant. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be going again.
