Paul Cafe in Riyadh

Visited Paul at Riyadh Gallery during early evening to have quick sandwich. Was informed that all sandwiches has been finished and there were not sandwiches available. Would recommend Paul to have staff trained to prepare fresh sandwiches allow then additional demand to be provided

Its a nice place to meet up ,food and drinks were very good so was the service. The only thing that would stop me from going again is the music, its very disturbing especially when you want to enjoy a meal with your family or friends to be able to talk in a peaceful atmosphere. I did request for the music to be switched off but it remained on .

I like this brand across the world, the pastry its really delicious but unfortunately the coffee from my Italian born experience is not in line to all their concept. I suggest them to move their coffee beans to an Italian brand or Sud American brand because their coffee is so acid. Highly recommended!

They have changed the way of doing the bread, quality is getting worse as sadly you cannot find a real crunchy one now...

Paul in Hayat Mall is great. For à breakfast or lunch or dinner, everything is good with à french taste. I love croissants, pastries and bread ! The waiters are very kind .

Chocolate eclairs hit different here in Riyadh. ++ their club sandwich is a chicken salad club sandwich, and it is delicious.

Nice place for coffee and some french breads, cakes and burgers while watching the world go by (inside the mall). Good service esp. by Filipino staffs.

This is the second time in a row that avocado is not available when ordering salad. The service was extremely slow and unorganised which is not something Im used to qt Paul

I admire serving simpke things like bread, soup and salad in such a professional, tasty and healthy way.....The main dish was also up to standered, the price on the higher side but worth every halala, BTW it was thier offer for Ramadan Eftar.

I love this place! If you like French bakery, best place to go. Their Mille feuilles,éclair and flan are just heavenly. Not all branches are best for eat-in but the patisserie is always excellent 👌

As of 1st of April, 2021 I am upgrading my review ....the Cordon Blu was great ...the spaghetti that came with it was exceptionally fresh ... the service staff were top notch ... very freindly and proud of their service ... the tables are very well spaced out to observe social distancing....they lack one star due to 2 points.... the breading on the chicken was too thick for my taste... the music selection was too sleepy ... i mean i am not going to dance but spice it a little bit man :)

Excellent service - ordered an americano and strawberry cheesecake. The cheesecake was fresh and beautifully presented. I will definitely return and highly recommend this branch in the Hayat Mall.

I liked their honey and cinnamon latte and chicken club ! Thanks to the waiter rahoul he is so professional and he told about the application too.

I have yet to see a Paul Cafe that does not bring me a wrong order!Having said that, the last two times I visited the Hayat Mall branch with my niece (about 4 months agowe got sick on both times. We dine out often and not once (since the Corona issue begandid we get sick in other restaurants except at Pauls.Such a shame, because I love your desserts and coffee.I would like to recommend to the management to seriously look into both the service and food issues.

Horrible service.We went there to celebrate a birthday as a family after lunch but they made sure to ruin it. The service was horrible and one of the service team made sure to ruin our day.Definitely not by Paul standards, the service is horrible.I don’t recommend to go there.

I came and asked for 3 cappuccino and a flan. The flan was definitely expired, carton taste and very hard. Not fresh.... Also cappuccino took more than 10 min to get ready.Not to Paul standards... How sad.

Came here for breakfast and was disappointed, I ordered a plain croissant and at first the bottom of it was frozen they reheated it and it was burnt to a crisp. My husband ordered the potato frittata and it was bland and inedible. Unfortunately not the best Paul’s I’ve been

- Overall 8/10- Really overpriced as compared to Paul branches overseas- Service is a little slow in this specific branch- Point system is tricky as points tend to expire quickly- Branch has a strategic location, at the center of the malls ground floor- They need to consider having a 10-20% discount in the last opening hour, guaranteed to bring more customers- Consider also adding offer of coffee plus select pastry

An excellent place for breakfast, the eggs, the bread, the croissants were all freshThe sitting, service and ambiance was also on point. I have visited Paul twice now and it has not disappointed.

It has delicious food in a great ambience with great service. The food isn’t cheap, true, but it tastes amazing. I savored every bite. It is open early, so it’s great for breakfast. They give a basket of bread to every table with butter and an olive dip. I had the poached egg on salmon toast and an iced latte. The latte was great, too—blended ice instead of cubes.

The service is terrible and very slow. I had to ask them 3 times for some ketchup. The hashbrowns were undercooked. The drinks were served 15 minutes after the food. We had to wait 10 minutes for a menu. I wont come here again.

The restaurants serving French food, such as breads, crepes, sandwiches, macaroons, soups, cakes, pastries, coffee, tea, and juices. The food is so delicious. I love his sandwich and grill salmon. It tastes good. Very nice ambience. Great service also.

Although the place is a bit overrated, they do have an amazing olive spread and bread that comes down before you get served. Its a great appetizer that isnt to filling. Their Caesar salad is my go-to order, the lettuce is fresh, the chicken is moist and its not drenched in sauce.A lot of the times, theyre out of a good portion of their pastries selection. I dont know if thats a good or bad thing but I really wish theyd have more baked goods cause I hate having to settle for whatever they have left.Also, the place can get really busy on the weekends and almost near impossible to get a table and the service gets a bit slow.
