I have been several times to café Paul café in demirchi Tower building front of rabitebank.The ladies are working over there has no experience how to making a café or how to delivering. Its self service.But the way she is making café its very poor way she is not crashing café with the machine she has a small box of café making from there its big seamed to Paul management

Ana yemek menüsü yetersiz geldi. Yediğim tavuklu salatanın menüdeki görselle ilgisi yoktu çok küçüktü. Temiz, lezzetli ve ortamı çok iyi. Ekmek servisi yetersiz.

Nice dessert, the coffee wasn’t good enough my late tasted like plain milk. I recommend you to order juice or black coffee.

I had a great experience at Pauls. The pastry I had was tastey and the serving staff was incredibly professional, kind, helpful and accommodating. I will definitely go back again for their breakfast!

I had the good fortune to have stayed in Paris just a few days before my visit to Pauls so I had excellent recent reference for the onion soup, baguette sandwich and macarons that I sampled there. I can confirm that they all compared very favourably to the genuine French article. Highly recommended.

Tasty meals, polite and kind personnel , but poor ventilation, as creeps and waffles are baked in the venue itself with no range hood above. Recommend to do bakery in the kitchen.

Paul is a known place and they are almost in every country. However in Baku the quality is not as high as in others, especially the service. This was my third visit in Baku and I got certain that they deserve 3 stars out of 5.The waiter was a new guy I think as he was asking what we wanted and then checking the menu. We were two persons and I was making the order for both of us. After each order he was asking for whom it was. Maybe he wanted to make the notes about it, but i find it not a good approach. What will he do if there are 6 people, ask each persons name and remember it?We ordered croissant ham, avocado tartine, almond croissant and some french patisserie with chocolate.The breakfast was not hot and almond croissant looked like it was croissant in almond. I guess it is their signature. Everything was delicious, we enjoyed it all.After we finished, noone approached if we wanted something else, or wanted to pay the bill. We intentionally waited for more than 5 minutes, and noone cared about us. No questions as "did you enjoy the food?" "how was the coffee?" and so on. We paid about 20 usd which is higher than local standards and not appropriate for this level of low service.Now.... The interesting part.Next to us there was a table for 6 waiting for their customers. And under this table there were pieces of food waiting for their buyers. See the pictures, if you dont believe. There were more little pieces under the table, but that cake under the chair shows how careful and caring the staff is. Another star is lost for cleanliness.

Dont ask for a lil bit more parmesan, they gonna charge you 5 extra manats, ridiculous.

Bakery is so delicious

This review is for the Paul Bakery in the Demirchi Tower.The coffee is the only thing that is really good here. In the past 6 months, the quality of the food (salads and sweetswent down by a lot. Now, all the salads are 90% cabbage with just a little of other ingredients. The quantity of meat in the salads went to half in the last 6 months.In a word - disappointing.

Decent food but slow and unprofessional service

You know places that have a great ambiance serves pretty food and provides good service? This is one of them BUT food is far from tasty, i would go only pastries and cakes there but not for food.

Note this is a review from 2016.A good place to have lunch in the city, either take out or dine in for something more substantial

Ive been a client of Paul Bakery for a long time and mostly because of the food quality. Even though service was "OK" at its best I kept coming here as I love their croissants. In the last few months the service level has dropped so low that even their croissants aint worth my visits.After the Port Baku filial opened the patio for the summer the stuff has been ignoring the seats outside as they dont want to serve outside I guess?! One time me and a friend lost 30 minutes during the lunch time when no one was approaching us even after few notices and today again me and my friend were ignored for 15 minutes after I was told that the server will approach us shortly. The funny thing is that servers look directly at you and still dont come to take the order kinda letting you know that you shouldnt sit outside. Thankfully there are a lot of competitors nearby and its not the only place where people can refuel themselves with a coffee.

This was my first time in this particular Pauls location, and I ordered the chicken soup in a bread bowl. Ive gotta admit it; I loved it. I was quite sceptical about the taste of the bread because I thought it would be too hard to enjoy afterwards, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Delicious food , good welcoming service and well setting

Staff very well groomed, beautiful and clean environment. I have eaten some good steak hamburger (called Paul hamburger), the Pizza was not so nice though.

I won’t describe breakfast here - I’m pretty sure the pastries are great. We visited Pauls for dinner. Sadly everything was a disappointing. Lets start off with Onion Soup - wheres onion in that? Tasted like gravy with some cheese on top. Couldnt see or taste any onion there. Bread it was served in was old, while it should be fresh. Moving on to main course. My Caesar salad wasnt really Caesar salad. Dressing was basically sour cream. My friends greek salad was also only greek salad by name. Some of the key ingredients were either missing or swapped with their pickled version (pickled pepper in greek salad? Only at Pauls). Other friends pasta wasnt terrible, but wasnt also something worth mentioning.Speaking of service — main course was delivered as we were half-way through our starters, no one bothered to wait until we finish.To sum it up — terrible experience, theres lots of other places worth visiting, no reason to return there.
