I dnt even want to give 1 star, but still thy have given such a raw experience that ever i gone through in my previous hungry time. I and my husband with 3 year old son we have gone to that mess today.so much crowded we were waited with my son for more than 30 minutes thn we got table. After we set 20 minutes gone no one have come and take order.we asked them no response from them. We screwed again thy said sir will come.. sir came after long time and said no foods availble at 2.27. Such bad exoerience we got. Thy not even about customers. Dont go people.. thy wont serve you better. Even u spend ur money.

I just went to dine in kamatchi mess nice the food here is nice rice with natukozhi, crab , mutton and fish gravy kuzhambu nice consistency and taste also With chicken leg roast like semi gravy nice must try also cost effective

Non vegetarian food is good. But place is not neatness. Compulsary we must buy any one of side dish. Rs.350/ per meals.

Very bad tasty food. Very oily. Having very poor quality rice. Since the main customers are Cavery hospital. They dont bothered the quality of the food. I paid for Rs.333 for meal and mutton liver. Dont try. 22-07-2022

Worst experience. Over crowded on Sundays. Waited for half an hour to get tables. After seating we were informed that rice is boiling and we need to wait for half an hour more. AC not working. Chairs were broken. Rude attitude of the staffs.

During our visit, alterations were going on so no water for handwash.water was given in bucket, side dishes were ok and minimum when compared to their price.and regarding the food,they serve you only meals,which was very very average.ok but not worth the money . Toilets were dirty .i wouldnt recommend to anyone

One of the worst hotel i have visited in my Life for a lunch. First problem is to locate as there is no display of name in conspicuous place. Second taking more time to take even an order for food. Thirdly the bearers are not properly look into the tables for the needs. Fourthly the ordered side dishes were delivered with enormous late by the time we almost finished dinner. Then food was not much tasty. Further too much cost. I recommend please not to visit this hotel at all in your lifetime.

Food quality and quantity is good but it works out costly as we need to order sidedish with lunch which will be around 370 including taxes when you can get lunch options near by at cheaper options

Best non veg meals I ever had in my last 10 year of life in Tamil Nadu. It’s not just about the food , their service and attitude it also fantastic. Usually I won’t get impressed so easily, this was an exception. If anyone says food is not good don’t jus believe them.Edit: Prev review was on 2018. And I have visited the place again today may 2022,and the experience made me to change may rating from 5 star to 1 star. Worst service, food quality is so bad. Most of the side dishes are not provided and u have to beg for the same multiple times. I am deeply disappointed.

Taste of the food was ok. They had many varieties of food. Hand wash area needs to be maintained much more cleaner. Price could be little more lower but it’s fine. Has a good parking space. Service quality should be improved, felt not so attentive.

This place is a mess. The way to this place was not clear in the first place . For ppl who travel from outside you have to take a little care on the building bec they hav kept board in one building and resturant is in other building . I ordered for fish fry meals.They gave me rice and gravy all that and forgot yo bring my fish. Asked them atkeast 3 times and they brought the fish after 25 mins when I have almost completed eating . The fish was smelling very bad . Pathetic service, very bad meat that I got food poisoned the next day . I am a fan of pattukotai mess in chennai this is no way smiliare .

We had gone for lunch here. They have only non veg meals but we need to take it along with one side dish and it ranges from Rs 300-340 per meals with side dish. They have plenty of options. But it doesn’t stop there. Each of the gravy they provide have pieces in it not like traditional non veg meals. So mutton gravy or fish gravy or crab gravy all comes with pieces in it. All are unlimited. Finish with curd. Believe it is worth and if you are a non veg lover it is the best place to go near Trichy Bus Stand

One of the best Chettinad hotel Ive ever tasted. Beware this is Chettinad cuisine, if you cant take spice this place is not for you... On the other hand if you love Chettinad, this place is heaven.

Quite famous for their unique South Indian style non-vegetarian meals. NV meals comprises of rice served with different NV gravies (crab, prawn, fish, mutton, chicken, dry fish, etc.). The gravies are quite thick and delicious. They have different combo meals for the customers to choose from. They serve curd in a small mud pot. Service is good. Ambience is good. The air condition gives us a break from the prickly Trichy heat. Hygiene is good. I felt a sweet or ice cream at the end of the NV meal would have tingled our taste buds. Maybe, the management could give it a thought. The average combo meal costs Rs. 280-300 per person. Ample parking space available. Card payment accepted.

The qualty is not up to the standard even though they have varieties the quality of oil and masalas are very bad.

These hotel had traditional foods of Tamil culture .
