My daughter and I popped in for All day Breakfast...It was fantastic!!..$ 12 for the mega breakfast.. I cant remember what it was actually called...but see pic...The staff was super friendly....Highly recommend

Purchased 2 assorted subs. The subs were very good, but the price was outragous.Both subs came to $31.Never again, its worth the drive to Mulberrys in Port Colborne. Same sub $8 each.

We have had breakfast here, attended celebrations, in the past . Restaurant is welcoming, clean, witj fast and friendly service.Tonight we enjoyed a steak sub and Taco Tuesday .. everything has always been deliciousHighly recommend

Very small portions.Husbands breakfast was ok. No toast with his omelet and literally 2 tablespoons of homefries I had eggs Benny. Eggs were overpoached and no hollandaise sauce.

Great Food, Not Expensive

Huge fresh sub! Price was great and a way better deal than anything Subway has to offer! Mayo is sweeter than Im used to but its all good.

Absolutely disgusting I received my order last night and it came equipped with hair in 3 different orders within my order I contacted Pattis place with absolutely no answer I have called about 20 times and nobody is answering the phone this is absolutely disgusting. honestly no stars should be given here if I could I would give -1000 stars puke. My husband is blond and I have brown hair this is black hair and was inside mixed under and into the food. So disgusting.

Ive Only had there steak sub there suggested by a friend...boy oh boy was I glad they sent me there. Made with real steak, sautéed onions and fresh bread, so good!

Worst experience ever, I would have given 0 star if that was an option. I got dead bees in my food orderd from this pathetic place. It makes the wonder about the quality of food and unhygienic conditions.

Omlette was fantastic. Homefries were the best I have ever had. Staff was amazing!

The food was awesome had the Philly cheesesteak wrap with fries therer was so much I could have made 2 meals out of it. The staff were even more awesome friendly with lots of smiles. I will definitely be going back.

The food was fresh and delicious, the prices were definitely affordable and made it worth the drive from the Falls to Welland! The best part of the entire experience was the staff and customer service! The girls were friendly, accommodating and welcoming! Well definitely be coming back!

Just ordered through skip the philly cheesesteak wraps. Oh man! Im originally from the philly area so let me say ever since moving here I have had this ENDLESS itch trying to find a GOOD cheesesteak anything around here. Ive tried more than I can even count. You guys are ROCKING that cheesesteak and keep it up. I found a new favourite lunch place thats for sure!

They are very covid aware and safe. The food is great and the price is good. They are wheel chair acceptable. Staff are very friendly.

The food and service were both unacceptable. We waited 45 minutes for cold food & the worst hollandaise sauce we’ve ever had (super starchy & thick). They also forgot the toast with my order and never came back even after reminding the server. I didn’t think toast took 20 minutes to make. We eventually asked for our bill and left. The waitress was kind enough to knock off $6 from our $35 order but when reminding them that the toast never came for a second time & food went cold she took of another $10. However, $25 for the hour long lack lustre experience felt wrong.

Havent tried their main menu but chicken wing was not pleasurable exprience for me. Sauce was great but chicken was not fresh at all. Even worse, I ordered 2lb of chicken wing but only got 1.75lb for whole box....

Could use a bit more consistent service for coffee refills but still had amazing food and would go again

Best breakfast place ever! Was recently introduced to this gem and its become my go to place for breakfast in the city!

Very disappointed. The last two times I’ve visited the food has been horrible. Ordered the Double Wacker and the only thing that was wacked was my wallet. They advertise a pile of meat and wound up giving me two sausage, two bacon, and some form of spam. Seriously two razor thin pieces of sliced spam. Oddly the previous visit I ordered the downgraded version and got the same amount of meat? The sausage was burnt to a crisp, the three advertised eggs looked like two scrambled and tasted horrible – greasy and dry? The pancakes were burnt on the bottom to the point they were difficult to cut. They craftily placed the burnt side down. My daughter ordered the fish and chips and it was full of bones and had a bad smell. Did not seem fresh at all. I’m not sure what kind of swill they are serving there but based on my last two visits I will never ever go there again. The staff was courtesy but rightfully so. If I was serving such horrible food and asking for someone to pay for it, I would be on my best behavior as well. I see all these great reviews and wonder how twice in a row I could have had such a horrible experience.

My son and I went for Fish & Chips at Pattis Place..... Have to say the food was amazing and they was so much of it...... The service was great,,,, she made us feel comfortable...I here that the hamburgers are to die for.... So needless to say we going back for burgers.... Thanks Ladies.....

All the tables were dirty and it wasnt because it was busy. The employees were just sitting doing nothing. The food was ok the coffee was horrible and the service wasnt the greatest.

Love this place! Friendly quick service and a very clean atmosphere. A real personal touch and attention to detail.

The place has become a Welland establishment in my opinion. Really a part of the community. Good breakfast and a really good price and friendly staff.

Went for breakfast with my daughter. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was delivered quickly and was delicious. Prices were very reasonable. The bacon was amongst the best I have ever had, the eggs were fresh and cooked exactly as ordered. Good coffee that kept on coming. Highly recommend Patis Place.

Very cozy. Free 2h parking around the corner. Takes debit, unlike 90% of other restaurants in the area. Food was nice, good price.

Had a great experience was able to get breakfast items for a picky eater while the adults had lunch. Food was fast and good portions nothing went to waste. Staff was also extremely friendly and attentive , looking forward to going again.

Got the big breakfast $13.99 one of the first times I couldnt finish a breakfast its huge. Place has a little bit of an odour to it but food is good and staff were friendly.

Went there a few days ago and very disappointed with the server . Food was great and kitchen did well with that but the waitress wasnt good . She took so so long on getting our order ad then bringing the bull AND cashing us out .And I mean SOOOOO LONG. She walked passed us multiple times. And when cashing us out she left us with the machine for 2 minutes .... Thats a no. I am a server myself and I know when its busy it can be difficult but she was giving all her attention to a table of 5 versus a table of 2 (mine )... May be cause she figured they would leave a bigger tip.... be cause I am a server I was planning on leaving a large tip but decided not too cause she wasnt good at all. Not professional and looked like this was her first serving job ... probably was. Great food but bad service! (Server wasnt the owner ...was a girl with brown hair maybe around 30....)

Good breakfast at a good price. Nothing fancy, raisin bread used to be for French Toast is the same as you would buy for home..., but you dont have to do the dishes :). Clean, friendly staff and well maintained premises. Would recommend folks to try it out.

Went there first time today, toast and pancakes stone cold. Waitress takes it back no apology and says "they say its cold" to the kitchen. Paid for drinks and left, waitress said nothing! Never again.

Food was good, service was good, and was on par with the other local breakfast locations. It was very busy yet the service did keep up with the crowd. My one gripe is that in my world their is only one syrup lady in my life, and it aint Mrs butter-worths.

Whether I am eating alone or dining with friends, I always feel welcome. Great food, good price!

I dont recommend this place waitress very nice however the cook cant be bothered putting any effort into his food no flavour terrible home fries just par boiled and deepfried packets of bottom of the line jams ect.....

I go here a few times a month with my wife or other friends. Service is always quick, friendly, and personable. Having never had a bad experience here I always suggest it to others. I love the food and prices are great. Sit in or take out.

Very basic food at low cost. Its OK, just not worth it if youre looking for anything special.I guess I would eat here for lunch if I worked nearby, but dont go out of your way to visit.
