Patio de la Judería Restaurante Taberna - Andalusian restaurant in Cordoba, Spain
Flamenco and authentic Córdoba food. The dancers were amazing, the food were amazing and the service were amazing. We had Raul and Pedro at our table and they did a fantastic job which made our first evening in Córdoba very memorable.
Amazing experience and mojito is so great and the flamingo show is something die for 😍😍😍 And the waiters are so fab
From the outside it looks like a tourist trap. Boy was I fooled. The reviews are 100% correct. Great food. Reasonable price and SUPERB staff. Lovely patio, airy and large.
We went there for dinner with flamenco show. I do have an issue with our reservation so, here goes a lesson learned: we made reservations day before and were 4th on the list. My mistake, didn’t ask for a specific table, thinking that we will be there early and have a choice. Nope. It was my birthday and I’m a fan of flamenco. Table had the view you see in the picture. If you don’t see the stage means I didn’t either. Food was excellent but pricy. An ok dinner but not what I expected. Guitarist and singer were very good. Dancing was less. I mean less of it and a somewhat modern version, I think. I have to say that the lady dancer had an excellent foot work, as far as I could see 🙂 I thought the male dancer will fall short but he came through in the end! It was a good show if a bit unusual to me.
Delicious food, friendly staff and.... beautiful Flamenco. We just had a splendid evening.
Ask to be served by Raoul. The best in the town! Good lunch after visit to Mezquita de Cordoba.
Terrible experience. Cose ox cheek in vegetabke sauce.... no sauce... some dry over cooked beef strips with a handful of frozen chips.. they wanted 18 euro. Sent it straight back to kitchen. Worst meal i have ever had .. did not choose another option. Staff not interested. Just tried to sell a dearer meal. Terrible customer service
Amazing, unforgettable flamenco show, kind waiters and delicious flamenquin. I saw the show from the street the night before and immediately decided to go even though I was not sure before :)
Nice flamenco ambiance, friendly people and typical food. Recommended.
Great food, music! As well as service form the stuff.Highly recommended if you want to spend a fun night. Special thanks to Rafael who was out waiter
Wonderful ambient and great food. Not just a tourist trap!
Our server Rafalillo was spectacular!!! So much fun; helpful; knowledgeable; with the best recommendations!!!
Great food and flamenco show. Sangria is amazing, very strong.
We arrived late but we got a table for 10 arranged anyway in 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and fast. Meal was very good (we mostly ate typical dishes both cold and hot). All was fast and very tasty.A special thank you to Raul our waiter for the evening.
We enjoyed the food, do check ingredients with your waiter as we were looking for no-pork items, the flamenco show on stage was brilliant! Passionate performers who were amazing to watch while we enjoyed dinner, kids were impressed too.
Stopped for a quick bite but ended up staying for the show. Top notch and good food/wine. Glad we stuck around
Amazing dinner with with free flamenco but there is no compromise. The food top class and so the dancers, the singers and the musicians. The owner manager and his team very friendly and helpful
Good food with good ambiance.. There is flamenco dance every night.. Worthed to try
The food was delicious and the Free Flamingo show was very good! We would definitively recommand it to any one.
Beautiful place, excellent Flamenco show, decent food. But not very hospitable to tourists, the menu isnt informative and they charged me another 3 euros when i asked for some fresh tomatoes.
Wonderful evening. We reserved our table at 7pm and had a great view. We arrived an hour before the show started, enjoyed aperitifs, wine and starters. Our main dishes arrived shortly before the flamenco started. The four performers were a great team and it was fun to see how they encouraged each other. We finished with chocolate cake and Narantra, making it a great evening.
Amazing show, I felt the passion and the culture of Spain tonight.
Wow! Great food and great experience! The flamenco performance was wonderful! The staff is really kind as well.
Amazing. The food was wonderful, and the flamenco was really touching. Cant recommend this enough.
Excellent combination of good food and Flamenco. We enjoyed the MENU PUENTE ROMANO, the amazing flamenco show and payed (with wine, Water and Espressoabout 75 EUR for two persons. That seemed quite reasonable compared to the good quality and nice presentation of the different courses and a high quality flamenco show.
We stayed for one night and had an excellent breakfast, the hotels location was perfect for seeing the Festival of the Patios, which was our reason for visiting Cordoba.
Great ambience and tasty traditional foodThe flamenco show was passionate and aliveWe didn’t get the beat table due to late booking so we cojer to see much but we heard the whole show , once dinner was over you could move around to get the view and enjoy the rest of the show A Must when in cordoba
Mixed feelings about this one. The performance is great! My deepest respect for performers who managed to keep attention despite the clanking tableware and chatting people. But food is overpriced compared to its quality.. eg, the worst salmorejo I had in Spain (and trust me I had quite a few)PS the sitting is based on the reservation order
We just dropped in and we’re able to get seated for the evening flamenco show. The service was fantastic and the show was amazing, especially the singer (blew us away with his voice and passionthe food was really good too and not pricey. Definitely recommend to see some local authentic music and dishes.
I had a chickpea and chorizo stew for 8.50 and a large beer for 4 euros and a free flamenco show. Happy days! Good atmosphere with lots of local people and pretty good flamenco artists. Started at 9 and finished about 10.00. Recommended for a good value night out.
We made a last minute decision to dine in a restaurant with flamenco show. Fortunately, we managed to book a table in front of the stage. Recommend to go there earlier to secure a table, performance starts at 8:45pm, book a table at least three hours in advance. The staff are friendly, we wanted to order fried green peppers which was not not an available dish, however, one of the staff went to the kitchen to bring us two small pepper as a souvenir. :)The restaurant is good value for money, food is well presented. The flamenco performance is excellent. The singer, guitarist and dancers work well together.
We only went for small dishes (fried eggplant, salmorejo, and a saladand primarily for the Flamenco show with some drinks. The food we had was good and what we saw from the other tables looked decent. The Rueda white wine and red house wine (Shirazwere pleasant. The Flamenco show was outstanding. We were seated on the first floor which gave a nice view on the stage.
Lovely atmosphere. Fantastic performance of live Flamenco dancers. The 2 dancers were great to watch and the singer and guitar player were top class. The service was good but the food was bland and over sauced. The salmon was covered in a rich sauce that had no taste and the goat cheese salad was covered in a thousand island type of dressing. Swimming in it actually. The hummus with avocado was tasteless and it lacked any avocado. All in all a nice show but the chef needs to up his/her dishes
Great experience of authentic food and flamenco atmosphere while in Córdoba. We’ve ordered some dishes typical for the region and it was very tasty. Salmorejos, beef cheeks and oxtail are worth to try. The flamenco show was simply outstanding. Pure passion and fire… wonderful evening!
Absolutely amazing!!! Every time I come to Córdoba, I have to visit this restaurant, their show is something exceptional and their food is exquisite a "Bocato di Cardinale". The only negative review that I have for this restaurant are the portion size, they are extremely small for the price.Highly recommended to do your table reservation in advance so you will have the best view of the spectacular flamenco show.
This place looks wonderful but the employees are awful. The food is alright but honestly there is better right up the street. The flamenco show would prob be good but there are so many places you can’t see it… just save yourself aggravation and find another restaurant.awful awful service
It was an OK night in taberna patio de la judería. Its a touristic place to enjoy a flamenco night. Food (menuis a little overpriced for what you get. We had the same menu as our neighbours (who were Spanish and we notand they did get more plates and bread. The portion of stew we got was one without vegetables while our neighbours got a beautiful plate and portion with vegetables. They didnt refill our bread and they never came back to the table to ask if we wanted more drinks. If you see an empty glass, as a waiter you normally should ask if a client wants something else to drink. We felt like tourists left alone. The show was good and the singer had a very good voice. The guitar player was very pleasant and the dancers as well. Thats cool to see. I think they could make the decoration of the plates a little better. We started with a sort of foie gras that looked like a Ferrero rocher but then It went just down hill. Good for one time but not more.
Perfect evening! Very good food, nice location, good Flamenco show, very helpfull people giving good choises of food and drinks.
Great experience and great food. That’s what it’s all about. The show was as good as any other I saw in Andalusia and the food was as good as the best restaurants I tried, so the combination is fantastic. Good service and very good prices. Get there when they open because the show doesn’t last all night.
very bad experience here! got our dishes after more than a half an hour of waiting even we arrived first at the restaurant. All staff treated us badly even their menu has both Japanese and Chiese - another tourist trap (we are asian)The steak i ordered was cold, too raw, and bad. My wife’s order of some pork with foie gras is even worse. They just have a flamenco show to attract tourists to the restaurant. The show was “so-so” as you can find far better one in bigger city like Sevilla. If you want to have a good food, dont come here. Stay away from this restaurant!!! Past stars and reviews are not guaruntee for your experience. Trust me!
Good flamenco show but the food is average at best. The sangria was good but on the softer side. The dancers on the other hand where energetic and put on a good show. The room was almost all reservations. There is a minimum order of 12 euro per person if attending the show.
My friend and I can across this restaurant when talking to a local in a souvenir shop and asked her for a place with love music and damce. She walked us to this restaurant and told him to hook it up. It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We had such a good time. Be sure to make reservations for the Flamenco show! The dancers, guitarist and vocalist were wonderful. They created a lovely and high energy environment. They worked well together and had great chemistry. The service here was top notch! They even let us pick our table when we came early to reserve and check out the place. Our waiter Raphael was really nice and helpful. He checked up on us frequently and made sure we were having a good time. The dessert and coffee were excellent. We had a salad and gazpacho. We had already eaten dinner before we came so couldnt really try anything.
The place is a tourist trap in a large tourist area. The food is of mediocre quality and the live flamenco can get very loud at times. The place was packed and therefore the service could be quicker. The menu (made for people of many different nationalitieswas terribly translated and hard to understand. I suggest that this could be improved. The overall atmosphere was ok.
If you don’t visit this restaurant whilst in Córdoba you’ve missed a wonderful experience! The ambiance and atmosphere is wonderful, I had the oxtail for mains with a side order of asparagus, both were delicious, house wine was acceptable, the price was keen especially as flamenco was included! What a wonderful show we received, there was a singer a guitarist and two dancers, the passion they radiated was infectious.A truly wonderful experience had by all.
Nice place for dinner with flemengo show.Show is short but good.Food are descent and price is far enough with flemengo show.A bit full and better book in advance to secure good seat to watch the show.
Had a great dinner with flamenco performance. Price was reasonable as the performance was included free of charge. Reservation is advised for dinner, performance starts at 845pm and your arrival advised to arrived at 8pm
Very Andalusian ambience with flamingo performance. The portion is main size rather than tapas size, we orderly too much for two people. I recommend 3 dishes most for 2. Ox tail is superb.
Lovely atmosphere with amazing food. The entertainment is just perfect in duration and intensity (not too short and not too muchwhich is perfect for tourists that want to get introduced into Flamenco culture. The staff is friendly and I definitely suggest following the waiter’s recommendation. They know their wines specially well. While here, you can even try some Cordoba wine, which might surprise you since it’s not one of Spain’a better know wine areas and quality is still nice.Have come twice and will definitely visit more on my next trip to Andalucía.
Tourist trap. The starter of salmorejo was decent but the main was only ok and the side of greens especially uninspired (chopped lettuce with some brown sauce thrown over it). I assume people are coming here for the flamenco as the food is really nothing special. Also overpriced compared to a tapas bar, for example. Beautiful space though and some of the waiters are friendly. Dont expect to hear any Spanish from the local clientele though!
Good restaurant. Too bad we were there during the day when they don’t have a show. We enjoyed all of our choices.
