Patiala House Restaurant - Indian restaurant in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Patiala House Restaurant in Sharjah
Description
Privilege
If you prefer to have a standing and eating experience of pani puri, this is a good option in karama. There is also an unlimited offer available.
MoreThis place supposedly being for punjabi food restaurant dont know the definition of paratha, had ordered for junglee paratha and pudina paratha. It was just a normal tandoori roti with just sprinkled pudina. After reporting the same to the restaurant, the staff said that this is how the parathas are, never ordering from this restaurant ever again.
MoreThe food is delicious. Especially unlimited pani puri, pani is really good even puri also but the matter of puri need to fill a bit more. Overall must try place to visit the theme of restaurant is eye catching ❤️
MoreUnlimited Pani puris...Say no moreThey also have great looking combos for breakfasts etc.
MoreRecently I have availed catering service from patiala house for my sons bday . Food was delicious , especially chat and starter items. The guys who were part of catering service took care of our guest very well .I would definitely recommend others to try their catering services.
MoreThe guys don’t serve the unlimited pani puri but question you how many you will eat
MoreHorrible is the word. Right from the staff to the food. Everything. Even after ordering so much came empty stomach. I am wondering how can people eat such horrible food
MoreWe’ve only had one dish tbh but we come for their chicken meal for one actually and that’s so filling even with two people sharing it 😳And their lassi glass is so huge and filling tooLove how their food quality has remained the same ever since my husband introduced me to this place and he’s been going here since his first work days and that’s at least since 5-6 yearsTheir management has not changed obviously because they do such a great job at managing itThe place is not too big and can get restricted for large families but just for two people it’s decentI never complain about the ambience when you have great food to beat your aesthetic concerns 🤤
MoreAmazing food .. specially unlimited non veg thali is great..with amazing serviceI will recommend Mr Valerie.
MoreSuch a hospitable place and very nice vibe. The food is amazing!! Hygienic and the staff here is so loving❤️
MoreYesterday we visited Patiala house restaurant at Karama. It was a lovely evening very friendly feeling good for family visits. Food was marvelous 😋 To make it more good Valerian was very courteous and the rest of the staff as well. Looking forward to visit youll again. Thank you 🙏
MoreThey charge 3-4 dhs more per dish than actual rate written in their menu card.Ordered chola bhatura and lemon water/nimbu paniVery oily bhatura with black debris all around the bhatura. Looks like they reuse the same Black oil multiple Times.Chola is tasteless.Lemon water is served in small steel glass which cost me 9dhs ,are u serious????Very bad experience , pathetic service, tasteless food.Never seen such type of restaurant service even in remote places of the world.
MoreThey serve a good variety of food for an unlimited breakfast at a very reasonable price. The hospitality of Madhu Sharma ji was very good.
MoreA little gem in karama, cozy place with a big heart. The staff is SUPERB and made the experience exceptional. Kudos to Belarian!
MoreOne of the best chicken tandoori I ever tasted. Must try for non veg lovers. Place is clean and staffs are polite
MoreBest choice to visit the restaurant if you are chicken tandoori lover. Loved the taste and behavior of people there. Specially Madhu Sharma. So polite nature guy. You should visit the restaurant. Overall good experience.
MoreHad visited here couple of days back and ordered the veg platter, punjabi kofta and daal makhni. The veg platter unfortunately had a hair in it and upon complaining, the server took it back. Issue 1- The server did not apologise for the issue. Issue 2- Server did not even offer to replace the dish (note that if was less than half of which was consumed). At the end of the dinner, we were shocked that we were billed for the platter which had hair in it and was even returned by us. The owner/ manager appeared to be quite unmoved by the whole situation and upon enquiring why i was being charged said "Sir if you dont want, dont pay for it". As if he was doing a favor. Safe to say, will not be visiting here anytime soon.Daal and the roti was good though.
MoreWould probably get takeout than dine in only because of limited seating but the food remains top quality for the price youre paying for.
MoreAmazing offer !!! Unlimited Pani puri restaurant in Karama
I wish I could give 0 starNot recommendedWe had unlimited pani puri and pav bhajiPuri was so so so hard that they forgot difference between crispy and hardWater taste not goodPav bhaji very less quantity and not at all tasty. It feels the cook has made with bad moodPlace too not that goodI visited 1st timeNot recommend for foodies
MoreFood is great and in addition, the serving time is fast. The manager checks on the customers, and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the food to arrive. He also gave us free dessert.
MoreThe place is small cosy and felt like i was in mumbai. The service by Valerian was great, the pani puri was delicious, the puri were crunchy and the pani was chill, a great experience. For those who are in Dubai its a must try...
MoreOk ok restaurant food is not that punjabi but serves your purpose of eating Indian food wont say expensive its ok I have chole bhature the taste of chole wasnt great might be i ordered it at the wrong time bhature was also ok .
MoreGood offer on pani puri unlimited. But the taste is different from their studio city branch. They should make the same taste available in karama branch.Helpful staff and good service though
MoreI eat there every day usually eat the same thing too crazy right . It is but the food always take like home . I am in Dubai from last 4 years and I miss the home vibe this place exactly have that a humble vibe . You feel easy you dont have to worry, my favourite is thali its just so much fun eating thali there with frds you talk and end up eating dinner too its just like a loving mom feeding you and you never realise you over eating .
MoreWe started with thier wada pav we were amazed with the taste. Followed by trying thier thali, Thier butter chicken was amazing. Overall we had a great experience trying thier food.Highly recommend must go and try thier food.
MoreVery nice veg and non veg food. Specially pani puri, chaats ,somasa, vada pav.Customer service is away
MoreThis is the 2nd time I was having the unlimited panipuri. First time it was ok. This time in my first bite I got a stone. Potato was old and refrigerated, you could make it out from the smell of it. Looks like it had absorbed other food smell. Puri were not that crisp too.Over all the price was ok but quality is not good. This was my last time here
MoreSuch an Amazing place with unbelievable price and quality a must visit place.. They are very good in hospitality!!!
MoreA modest place in Karama. The staff is friendly. My friend and I went there for their Unlimited Panipuri because we are such big fans of this Indian street food. For 25 AED, 2 people will have unlimited Panipuri. We finished 2 and 1/2 servings. We wished we could have had more but our stomachs were already pleading for mercy. Their Panipuri is not the the best in Dubai but for its price, it’s totally worth it.
MoreIf you like to taste perfect punjabi style food, then this is the place. However, the ambiance is nothing to rave about. Some may not prefer such ambiance but as I said earlier, the stress is on food quality and taste. It’s akin to a highway dhaba.Their tandoor chicken was absolutely delicious, perfectly spiced and marinated. Juicy and soft too.The Patiyala chicken ( on a bed of green Palak and egg omelette was another good tasty dishAnd the typical Pakoda kadhi was perfectly Punjab style
MoreIf you ever want to have paani poori in Dubai that too in unlimited quantities. Patiala House has got your back. Taste is just awesome. Its a must try for all the paani poori lovers
MoreThey offer unlimited pani puri option for aed 15. Kofta was good in taste. Masala buttermilk was tasty. They offer both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. Number of sitting arrangements is limited. Chat was okay in taste. They add bhalla in papdi chat so if you dont want it please inform in advance.
MoreAuthentic Punjabi Food was really good & Delicious.Unlimited Thali + chaas is what we bought. -Suggestions for thali : availability of puri as an option for chapthi could be great.Cost is fair considering the taste.
MoreVery good pani puri we call it gol gapay. Taste was good. Limited seating insideI trued chicken tikka and it was,not good . So try only pani puri its best
MoreNice place for breakfast and lunch. Good indian taste. Economical price and offering unlimited panipuri option for panipuri lovers. Must try .
MoreThey have great offers going on. AED 15 for unlimited panipuri for one, AED 25 for couple. There are many other similer offers as well. You can expect authentic Indian taste here. Service is decent.

Which had butter chicken paneer gravy dal etc freshly made roti wow...Unlimited tasty Pani Puri @Aed 15/- on Expensive side Also it takes time to serve you as huge crowds waiting as only 1 person to serve...
MoreIf you are Craving for authentic Punjabi food? Just land up here in Patiala House and be ready for a mouthwatering experience.Recently I got a chance to visit them. They’ve got a nice Dhaba feel. It’s one of the hidden gems in karama which serves the delicious authentic Indian Punjabi food. The blend of various spices, buttery texture of the dishes will blow your mind for sure. The owner and staff of the restaurant was also very friendly and cooperative, checked twice whether we enjoyed the food or not. Finally a pocket friendly and authentic Punjabi dining experience! Such places are rare to find in Dubai - food that makes your soul happy because it genuinely tastes good and doesn’t make a hole in your pocket! So were tried several dishes1 Patiala Veg platter which had malai paneer tikka, hara bhara kebab, veg seekh kebab and mushroom tikka. It was the star dish of the day.2 Patiala Chaat had all the flavours of a perfect chaat and had dahi bhalla, dahi puri, some kale chane with tamarind and dates chutney and green mint chutney.3 Paneer Bhurji Pav was filled with a sumptuous paneer bhurji and was served with masala onion and green chutney.4 Sarso Ka saag Makki ki roti need no introduction and was served in authentic copper vessel.5 Daal Makhni was creamy and cooked perfectly6 Patiala Veg Kofta in red creamy gravy was delicious7 Bread Basket which had lacchha parantha, misi roti and garlic naan were also good.8 Patiala Masala Chaach9 Gajar Ka Halwa10Gulab JamunOur experience on our order was literally amazing and I highly recommend their Paneer Bhurji Pav, Patiala Veg platter, sarso ka saag makki ki roti and Patiala Veg Kofta. One of the best restaurant to visit in Karama Dubai if you are a foodie. The owner himself is the so friendly followed up with the staff being so courteous and doing their best to keep you happy.Food Quality: 5/5Portions: 5/5Service: 5/5Value for Money: 5/5So do visit this place and enjoy lip-smacking dhaba style Indian food.
MorePatiala House reflects the DNA of Punjab right from the ambience, decor and long listing menu of mighty punjabis. Though this place is cramped for space but good food definitely makes it up for lack of space and urges you to try more from their Punjabi menu. With an outside desi street side brightly lit with neon lights chaat counter to the dim light interiors, with wooden and rustic seating to the one wall depicting the village scenes of Punjab truely gives a dhaba feel of any North Indian highway Dhaba.Onto the food, we started off with Bhurji Pav, their special Patiala chaat and mix grill veg platter. All the starters were delicious to the core. The Bhurji pav has soft pav filled with yummy paneer Bhurji which was well accompanied with spiced onions and chutney. Loved it and a MUST HAVE. Another favorite and a must have dish on our table was the patiala chaat, a mix chaat with bhallas, papdis, aloo n cholas blended beautifully into chutneys and voila a chatpati treat ready to be devoured. This was an amazing burst of flavours in the mouth. Lastly we had veg kebab platter which was an assortment of seekh kebab, paneer Tikka, mushroom and hara Bhara kebab. All were decent in taste, grilled to perfection yet retaining the moistness and tasted so juicy. After long time had a delicious veg platter.Onto the mains, coming to Punjabi Dhaba style place we have to get our hands on Sarso ka saag n makki ki roti. Along with that we had dal Makhani and patiala veg kofta. I myself is a Punjabi so for me sarso ka saag in winters is a homely affair and is filled with emotion and nostalgia. The sarso ka saag we tasted here was pretty decent but being a Punjabi its viable for me to compare with the rich and goodness of the saag I have been eating all my life while growing up. But nevertheless it was fine too and my friends pretty much liked it. Dal Makhani was thick, creamy and have rich goodness. It went pretty good with lacha paranthas alongside. The kofta sabzi had seekh kebab dipped onto flavorsome gravy and tasted superb too.For desserts we had Gulab Jamun and Gajar ka halwa. Gajar ka halwa was just okay types and lacks the wow factor to it. And Gulab Jamun was served hot, aptly sweet but I found it a bit raw from inside. A bit of improvisation on their dessert part, then this place has the potential to win the hearts of many people. Staff was courteous and provided suggestions and keep a check on our feedbacks too. I simply loved the food and the Dhaba vibe of this place and would certainly going to be back for their lip smacking Punjabi delicacies. Definitely recommended!!!!

MoreWe visit Patiyala house a couple of days back at their Karama branch to try their delicious north Indian variety of food and we loved everything we had. The place is located in Karama near Day to Day and is quite spacious. We loved the ambiance that looked like an open front of the truck with lots of neon lights serving live chats. Something unique right? While the restaurant has a good North Indian village feeling to it with wooden chairs & table and walls covered with pictures of Village people & celebrities from Punjab. We loved the feeling and so will you.Another amazing thing we loved is their service. It is said that Punjabis are known for good hospitality & this restaurant is a live example to it. We tried a lot of veg food like Paneer Burji pav which was awesome! We also tried thei Dahi Puri which was another must have item on the menu.We had a mixed platter of veg items which was a combination of paneer, hara bhara kabab, seekh kabab & mushroom which all had a unique taste. We later tried their saro ka saag, kofta sabzi, dal mankhni & as basket of rotis and everything we ate was really awesome! It was like a complete meal that we had especially the saro ka saag is the best thing we ever had in Dubai. Served with Makai Roti & Gud, it was perfect with a glass of chaas.Further, they serve gulab jamun & gajar ka halva for dessert which were both ok. We loved everything about the place and would recommend anyone who wants to have a real taste of Punjab! They also have a branch in Studio City.
MorePatiala house is a Punjabi Dhaba style restaurant and cuisine with some great dishes. This place also came recommend from friends.Highly Recommend (5/5): Keema Pav, Butter ChickenMust Try (4/5): Amritsari Fish Tikka, Pani Puri, Veg Punjabi Kofta, Junglee ParathaDecently portioned. Pocket-friendly prices. They have some great deals like unlimited pani puri for 10 AED only. Unlimited Thali for 20 AED only. Overall, a great experience.
MorePatiala house has opened their second branch in Studio City in Glitz 1 building recently. Anyone who has visited their Karama branch would love to eat in Studio City as well. Their range includes Chats, quick Bites, Chinese and of course their famous Punjabi cuisine. With a cool Ambience of very colorful Desi murals on the walls, it sets the mood for a nice Indian night of surprises. We started with their much talked about chats, Pani Puri. The Puri just melts in the mouth. Stop by anytime for just some snacks.Fish Amritsari and Jungli Chicken is the talk of the town. They are very famous for these starters specially the Stuffing of Jungli Chicken inside a Indian Pav. It is surely stir your soul.Paneer Makhani and Butterchicken with Laccha and Pudina Paratha is a good combination. Very nice and very tasty gravy. They also have a combo meals called All in one meals in Veg, Chicken and Mutton. This combo consists of Starters, Main course, Biryani, Rotis and Desserts.
MoreIf you are are in Karama and looking for authentic Punjabi home style cuisine, then Patiala House will be the right place. We were welcomed with wide smiles and interiors had posters of Punjabi movies and celebrities. Interiors were simple and around ten tables were there. I did notice a old hindi movie running on the TV, a total touch of Punjab to it, kind of dhaba feeling. They are known for their Chaats, Paavs, Chicken Tikka Biryani, Panipuri and Lassi. You guys should know that they do bulk catering services and you will definitely love their food. Now first things first, happened to order their famous Chatpatta pav specials. Ordered their Paneer Bhurjhi Pav and Mutton Kheema Pav, each bite was delectable. Next time I go there, I need to try their Junglee Chicken Pav.Wanted to try something in fish, hence ordered their Amritsari Fish Tikka, it was fine. From their main menu Mutton Chop Masala caught my eyes and yes this was a perfect choice. It was cooked perfectly and It was flavorful. And for curry we went for Veg Punjabi Kofta, Kofta was soft and really good. For breads went for Junglee Paratha, loved it.Ended with some Masala Tea which was refreshing after the meal. The servers were friendly and attentive.Overall experience was really upright. So the address to this place - Shop 15, Al Sharafi Building 2, Opposite Island Star Studio, Al Karama, Dubai.
MoreI visited this place on a weekend afternoon. The ambience wasnt that welcoming and was smaller than expected. So it would be difficult to accommodate a big family or group. The good thing is that they have home delivery service. They have a chaat counter with small tapas and bites. They serve authentic punjabi food. The food is average and inexpensive. For those Emirates platinum card holders you get a discount on the bill.
MoreAmazing punjabi restaurant with delectable cuisine, beautiful ambience and good service..amritsari fish tikka and chicken methi garlic were the best stuffs to try out and even their paav twist like junglee chicken and kheema pav are amazing and appetizing..
MoreOverall, a nice cozy place to enjoy authentic Punjabi food. You can also take away if you don’t like to sit in at the small joint. We enjoyed the vegetarian dishes more than non-veg! The service was good and we had a nice time!
