Pat's Place in Stockholm

Delicious Thai tapas! Came here with my partner and a couple of friends and we had a great evening. Cocktails were really tasty and standard price for Stockholm. We shared 11 dishes and there wasn’t a single one we didn’t enjoy! The staff were really friendly, if a little busy, and we really liked the atmosphere. Will definitely be returning

Amazing!!!! Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The food was sooo good and the servers could not have been more welcoming. My husband put the meal we had in his top 5 best meals ever!!!

Good food bad service - I was going to sit in but the staff seem more interested in chewing gum than serving customers - very unhygienic and rude

On point Thai flavors, hip vibe. Portions could use some sizing up, but that just means you get to try more things!

Delicious food, friendly staff, quirky but cozy interior. I love that when they state something is spicy, it is indeed spicy unlike most other places.

Location is great, rooms are nice and renovated, a bit slow service in the restaurant

If you like Thai food, you MUST visit this place! We got there by accident, and were a bit sceptical about it - but the food is simply delicious, and it comes in soo many different, rich flavors! Its best to come there with a group of friends so that you can try as many dishes as possible.

I didnt think Thai Tapas was a thing but Pats Place really makes it work! Order two or three plates for each person. The portions are larger than you think!!

Nice restaurant with tasty food and lovely aesthetics! You can order small dishes like tapas and try many different tastes! Everything was well cooked with nice ingredients. The staff was also very friendly and wanted to make sure we were sitted and served even though we didnt make a reservation. The menu is kinda Thai but lets say more westernised but still interesting and tasty.

Some of the best Thai food Ive had. Every dish tasted super fresh and came with some interesting history. The cocktails were also delicious. The place itself has a cosy and fun vibe.

We booked two hours dinner sitting with this popular restaurant yesterday.Pro: Food is delicious. Not overly priced.Con: This restaurant is super popular. The restaurant is not big in size so it is crowded in the busy hours. The tables are small so you need to juggle your dishes quite often.The staff are friendly but they are simply too busy, so you need to wait some time to be seated, to order food, to receive your food etc. You also need to try and get attention from the staff for these.In short, i think its a great place to go with a group of friends, when you have a lot to chat with friends you will probably not mind or notice the slow service. The ambiance is also quite lively for that.I dont think it is suitable for romantic dating or if you are in for a quiet Hussle free dinner.

Fun little place with interesting concept- Thai tapas.The food tastes good but not impressive.The slushie they had - a blend of green tea, yogurt, lemongrass, etc is quite good.

Best Thai food in Stockholm!!! heavenly delicious, excellent service, cosy & hip vibe - all in one place! ❤️Many Thai restaurant in Stockholm adapted the recipe and taste to match the local guests. This restaurant is a proof that, the authentic Thai dishes can taste great and can attract the local guests anyway. The tables were fully booked on Saturday so I have to change my plan to Sunday instead.I could find many of my favorite Thai dishes that I could hardly find elsewhere in Stockholm: Tunnelbana (ไส้อั่ว), Mango sticky rice, ยำถั่วพู, ลาบทอด. All are amazing!

Very tasty food and friendly staff! Each plate is introduced with an origin story. The flavours are fantastic and I would definitely come back. I would highly recommend this place!

Creative and very tasty. First bite tasted like being in Thailand. Lovely owner that chatted to us and told us about his story. Loved it! My favourite was the Hulk. A beautiful avocado dish.

This is a heavenly place for food lovers and thai lovers. They have a concept of small portions, so if you are 2 people, you order like 5 dishes. Everything tasted scrumptious!! Still Drooling.. loved the best thing that the owner of the place came to serve the food and explained the concept. All dishes were explained with a story behind. Awesome awesome, loved the idea!!Deserves 5 stars, I am just deducting 1 star coz it was too hot inside, so the ventilation wasn’t good which made feel uncomfortable.

It is thai fussion, but still give the vibe of authentic thai food. Very tasty! Recommend everyone who likes thai food to come.Just a note that portion of tapas is quite big. Should not order than 2 times of number of people. We two ordered 5 dishes, and we were too full.

Great atmosphere, great food service and great food cooked well (the meats been tough on one occation). Delisious drinks! The downside is ive been here 4 times and everytime servers take an order then stress you about how your time is up and next people are coming... having to scuff up dessert or down the drink in hand. Worse leave thing we have paid for.

Fantastic food! Finally a place with authentic Thai food that actually has some spices in it making your whole body warm. I had only vegetarian dishes and they felt very well thought through. Will visit again!

I miss Thai food so much. It is really hard to find a good Thai restaurant out of country but here I found my new favorite place. Everything is absolutely delicious and restaurant is also cozy. Recommend to go with friends to share many dishes.

The place was absolutely packed, no free seats available but it just tells you how popular this restaurant is. This time I didnt order food (as no free seats), so I enjoyed a cup of coffee outside down the street with standing table, it was ok. The price of a cup of coffee was quite reasonable, 25 kronor. The location of the restaurant is ideal right in the heart of Södermalm. Apparently the food is good considering how crowded the restaurant was. Recommended.

delicious! we had 5 different dishes and they all had a distinct taste. the staff was nice and the atmosphere was good. i definitely recommend the place if youre looking for somewhere to eat out in Stockholm, but you should probably book a table, because it is quite busy

Wonderful place for creative Thai style tapas! The owner served us by himself and introduced the dishes we ordered. Another guy helped us later can even speak my mother tongue! Incredible place

Thai tapas. The atmosphere is in accordance with the menu - crowded, loud music, dim lit, cozy, interior with plants and thai cartoon posters(?). Not all dishes were served at same time. One of the dish came when we were almost finished with the rest. It would be nice to be informed if they knew it would be late, instead of leaving us confused (or ask us if it is okay - if we knew, we would ask them to delete the order). The food was great - some better than others. I would recommend no more nuggets, dancing queen, star wars!

Ive been here twice, and its as good as everyone says it is. The Thai tapas served here are delicious, especially the halloumi larb and chicken "nuggets". The portions are quite generous and since this place serves tapas, you get to try several different dishes. You definitely need a reservation unless youre here early on a weekend as the place fills up pretty fast. Service is friendly but sometimes a bit slow when the place is crowded. Id recommend this place to anyone who likes Thai food and is looking for an exciting culinary experience.

Perhaps the best Thai restaurant in Stockholm we had the chance to try. (Know a better one in town? Please pass the info 😜)The food was deliciously made, perfect balance between sweet-sour, crispy-chewy... 😍However, some of the characteristically spicy and rich Thai flavors seemed to be missing intensity. Perhaps adapted to the Swedish palate? 🤷🏻‍♂️The portion sizes were generous, with four tapas enough to enjoy a meal for two people while getting satisfied. And most importantly... leaving enough room for the main start of the night, the protagonist... sticky rise with mango 😍. Absolutely delicious! 10/10! Update March 2020: Still excellent! Great tastes, great value money. I’m glad to find the food is just as good as last time I was here a year ago and the prices haven’t increased. But they seem to have (well deservedincreased business so I wouldn’t try to drop in. Better to make a reservation.

Pat personally added the infamous dish back on the menu and I urge you to try it.]Well, where to start.For the past couple of months I have enjoyed a dish that can only be described as life-changing. Long have I worked around the Södermalm area seeking out a quality lunch place with class and substance. I found this in the Chicken in the jungle at Pats Place. Serving size was perfect, quality was outstanding and the service from the gentleman behind the counter was second to none.But this all changed this week.Whilst a change of menu seems reasonable from the outside - I mean, Why not keep it hip, cool and fresh? - the collateral effect it has had on my life in terms of removing my favourite dish from the menu has me devastated.It is with a heavy heart that I must abstain from Pats Place until further notice - until Chicken in the jungle is back on menu.RIP Chicken in the jungle, this isnt goodbye, it is a Ill see you laterYours faithfully,GeordiP.S - The place is still fantastic you should probably try it.

I cant not recommended this place enough nIve had Thai... And Ive had tapas... But Ive never had this tapas... But I want it again!Book if youre going at the weekend ... As it gets super busy!Have 2 or 3 dishes each and that should be enough!Try the specials as they change regularly... And if you want something totally different.. try the Thai sausage!

I went to Pat’s place for quite late dinner with my friend.This place is Thai-tapas restaurant so you can order 2 or 3dishes per person and share it.The food was totally amazing like you can not compare with any other Thai kiosk food!
