Although it needs some working and restructuring it is great for kids. So many park sites with different themes. And still like I remember it from my childhood

Beautiful and clean Park

Nice place for a picnic with the family or just relaxing with loved ones.There are scattered picnic areas for all tastes and preferences.The place has a guard and is well kept.It used to have a swimming pool but not anymore. Used to have a restaurant too. Unfortunately its abandoned too. However there is a cafe and a nice treetop trekking for kids. 😅

Love the place . You can even take the kids to PlayGround for 1 hour called Hello Park that have monitors and its closed to outsiders and then the parents call Chill out on the café GreenHouse. Thats top.

Really pleasant space. Great for families with children since it has 6 or 7 different playgrounds and all different kinds of activities for children. Also has a Bar that serves good and tasty drinks, perfect for those hot summer days. Really enjoyed the time spent here and totally recommend it for families with children, they will love it! Also has picnic areas with lots of shadows and water fountains

Wonderful for kids, super friendly staff and a large playground! Worth a visit!

This park is huge, unfortunately the kids playground has limited shade, so not best to come on sunny days.

Went for a class field trip and the students were delighted with the fresh air and open spaces. Always an excellent place for children to be entertained.

Go for the forest not the vista the trees are in the way. 5 minutes away is Panoramic of Monsanto. Thats where the views are

Please be aware if you have children 3 and younger, they will not be allowed to participate. This place is for 4 yr olds and up and they will not make any exceptions.

Very nice park, nice place to visit with kids and recommended for families. People from all over Portugal are coming there and its a really nice meeting place. The park is also well equipped with toilet and access for babys there.

A lovely park in the middle of Monsanto. Best accessible with car or bicycle. Has a nice little cafe at the entrance.

Nice park with to come with the kids and let them go on the slides and swings while you have a snack at the several available pick Nik tables available.

A big green park and a nice quiet place in the middle of the city.You can walk around just for hours and find one nice spot after the other. Endless ways and nice views.One of the highlights is the ‘panoramico de Monsanto’, that’s definitely worth a visit!

Didnt manage to get inside as they were closed on Monday. But it seems to have nice activities for kids. Will definitely come back the other day

its a beautiful bubble. lots of resources wasted to create it. nobody is using it, even in autumn. its empty. and its noisy, because its near a highway. background disturbing noise. and it has zero permaculture in it. of course people wont come! ok, the main culprit is the mindset, but its set like this due to lack of attention to details as the ones mentioned. no plans to ever come back here for any kind of contact with nature or entertainment. sad bubble. cheers!

Nice park (slightly datedfor the kids, plenty to play with and try. Attached is a theme park for kids that looked very exciting but was closed for some unknown reason at the time. Never the less the actual park is fun and free.

Really cool childrens park with several different areas each with different concepts/stuff to play with. Bets known areas are the pirate ship and the native American ones. The kids can have a lot of fun here and easily spend an afternoon spending some energy

One of the best and biggest Lisbon playgrounds very good for picnics, amazing views over the city.I have visited this park thousands of times since i was a child. Absolutely love it and my kids too

Perfect place for picnick. Family and kids friendly. Very spacious, big forest with many paths to walk. Good for exercising, jogging and hiking. Forest is full with many species of plants to appreciate,full of berries to munch. :)

This park used to be one of my familys favorite spots. It has a variety of areas suitable for different ages. When I recently visited it I was sad to see that a few of the areas seem to have fallen into disrepair. It is a great place but it needs more care.

Lovely abandoned area and beautiful rocks to climb on (traditional climbing, higher Grades, Not the best Rock-condition -> helmet recommended, top-rope seems possible on some placesor bouldering

Ideal place for youngest and family, for old and new generation. The park is well-maintained and you can understand the respectful for environment of Portuguese. You can understand a bit more what kind of country you are visiting. It is an exemple of how it is possible to live in modern city.

Nice place to take the kids. There is a very good playground. Kids can also ride their bikes and lovely pic nic area.

Enjoyed a run around this park. Some excellent trails and hills. It needs some attention in places, and is has building works in some spots. Nice views of the city.

You are in the middle of Monsanto, Lisbons lungs and it all checks out: clean air, nature, blue sky. It is just next to a children park so natural grounds for parents watch over their children, as sipping through their latte.The Green House presents itself with a careful curated design, little details show that the project was well though and considered. From the kitchen-ware up to the seating, it has everything to provide a calm and restful period... except... it is a sunny Sunday morning, 10:30AM, AND THE MUSIC IS LOUD AS INSIDE A DISCO! We ask the waiters to turn the music down, at first she ask us to repeat our request as she COULD NOT EAR US! I really hope they listen to their costumers... pun intended. Three stars on account of the positive points previously mention. It could five stars, but the noise pollution, and the unwillingness of the staff to lower the noise completely kills any rating above three stars...

A privileged spot with a view over Lisboa, several playgrounds for kids, nice for families and pic nic birthday parties. Some maintenance in need. And an unfortunate rule of forbidden entrance to adult bicycles!
