Giant urban park featuring cable cars, a zoo, forest, green space, historic statues, pools & more.
Lots of fun and good walking.
Awesome Santiago city scenic view, walk, Marias Virgin statue on top and some food and dessert places .
Great experience! We got the cable car up to Inmaculada and then the Funicular down to Bella Vista for a bite. Highlight of our trip!
Fun and historical.Great place to visit...Great bang for your buck to spend time with your family
I was expecting to get to the top and see some beautiful nature /park but when you arrive is all concrete with Miami palm trees, crowded , People with so many dogs … very third world . Only good thing is the view of the Andes …and don’t look at the horrible modern “architecture “full of smog of course.
Excellent park to visit or to practice sports like running, skating, biking etc.
A national treasure located right in the middle of Santiago. A natural monument that invites its guests to go on different types of adventures. From rock climbing to picnics, hiking to cycling. Family moments and reflexive walks, contemplating natures delights in a growing city that never rests.Open and ready to host as many adventurers as possible.
Park with amazing views and great for all sorts of activities and family outings. All around views of Santiago and contains all sorts of hidden gems
This place is one of the best places I visited in Chile. Take the cable car up the mountain and enjoy the views.
Massive park in the center of Santiago. Great for a full day of hiking and beautiful views of the city.
This is a really big park, it has a lot of awesome places to visit, like the statue of the virgin, the Miradoe Pablo Neruda, it has 2 pools and a lot of other places to visit, also its nice to do some hiking. If youre looking out to do some outdoor activities, this might be the place.
A great place to spend the day eith the family. You can take the tram to the top and visit the Mother Mary Statue with a small Chapel inside, many other wonderful sites. A must when in Santiago, Chile.
I loved this place due to the view of Santiago city.
If you are within a hundred miles of Santiago, visit this site! San Cristobal is at the top of the mountain. Well, I am the guy from Miami, so anything more than a few hundred feet feels like a mountain!Definitely go to the top. It will take an hour to Walk. It is worth the time.
Brilliant spot to walk and catch some fresh air and great views. Stay by the road or venture down some of the less busy pathways.
An amazing place to see the city from above! A peaceful place, best time is in the sunset (for me). There’s some coffee shops and stores in the lower level is the peak. You can get there walking or by funicular (and horizontal elevator).
Great park for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. Greatest views on Santiago from Japanese garden at the Oasis station of the funicular.
Is a great place for a hike and plenty for the kids to do. Or just get on the cable car to the top
Enjoyed the ride up and down the Parque and a beautiful view of the city Too bad for the air pollution you would be able to see for miles and miles.
I loved this park. Theres lots of places to go meeting around. There you can find a the National Zoo, some pretty nice public pools, practice some sports like soccer, go with your pet, your kids, hike, bicycle, take pictures in beautiful places like the Japanese garden or have a very wide background of Santiago. The view of the city is amazing. It s easy to access to the top by walk, bicycle or car. You can also use the funicular which is a wagon on a rail to get to the next cable hanging car that will take you to a different part of the park. Many places to visit, many things to do. Well recommended.
This place has to be on your list if you come to Sandiago, the view over the city is incredible and riding the quirky cable car thingy makes it quite relaxing. The ride up and down is about 3 US$.
Impressive how much attention parks get in Santiago, the organization is very good, and foreign friendly, customer service and guidance is very good, and all the park is very safe! You can choose many places to spend your day or simply go exploring. If you are walking, you can hike the whole park or jump into the many transport options
Went to bike and to hike. Took the sky train too. Beautiful place with great views, even when the mist is thick over the city. The statue of the virgin Mary and church on top of the hill are gorgeous.Would have liked to go to the Zoo as well but did not have time.Great place to bring kids of all ages too. Just be sure to ask about the distances and options to move around. Otherwise the little ones could get tired before reaching the playground and other nice spots.
Beautiful park with a lot of activities for all ages. Just in the heart of Santiago de Chile.
Great park for a climb (or you can cheat and use the train or gondola to go up)
Well worth a visit. Funicular railway up to summit to see statue plus take in the great views over the city. Take the cable car down.
Beautiful, expansive city park with lots of walking trails, gardens, family activities, and a spectacular view of the surroundings from the top of the many hills. We took the cable car up (not busy on a Friday morning in Octoberto the top and rode the funicular down. Probably better to plan your visit for a clear day after rain for the best views, otherwise the smog layer obscures the mountains.
One of the highest view points in Santiago! Definitely visit if it has just rained as the views are morw stunning becuase the smog does impact how far you can see on a regular day.
Great place to visit if in the area amazing views
Nice park in the central city. We walked up to the virgin Mary statue (took about 30minsand got the cable car down. The walk was nice, good views of the city.
Great Park, very large with a multitude of biking/hiking trails and other outdoor activities. Reasonably clean and well kept, no entry cost except if you want to take the teleférico or the funicular. This is our second time here and were enjoying it even more than the first!
Excellent 360 degrees views.great cable car ride. Huge Madonna Statue and Church at the very top.
It is one of the must see places in Santiago. Cerro Cristóbal. You can trek up the hill, take a cable car or a funicular. We bought tickets for the cable car to go up & funicular to go down. It was a joyous experience to experience both. It has a nice view of the whole city and a some food trucks ..
Beautiful ride in the almost cable car up to the top of Cerro San Cristóbal... Excellent views of Santiago from the top of the hill.
Amazing green park which gives you a birds eye and panoramic view of Santiago city. 👌 The skyline offers breath taking views of the snow capped mountains encircling Santiago. The statue of Immaculate Conception is at the top of a hill. You can take the stairs or use the cable car to reach there. There are trekking and biking trails available for enthusiasts. Kids will enjoy the zoo and view points. Plenty of refreshment shops around for any requirements. Modern landscaping adds to the lovely ambience. You are in touch with nature and the clean and green surroundings add to the atmosphere. This is a perfect place to get the best views of Santiago city and the surrounding areas. The sunset views were amazing. Also, its a good place to unwind and do nothing for a while away from the concrete jungle of Santiago! Overall a memorable experience with my local friends and well worth a visit for tourists.👍
Good place to be and spent time with family, friends, pair...instead alone. Options to have fun and to enjoy the nature.
A must visit in Santiago. Lots of activities. Safe and very much modernized.
Beautiful and large park with the Statue of the Immaculate Conception at the very top. From here, you can look down on a bowl containing the 8 million people of Santiago and the surrounding area (over half the population of Chile). The mountains in the background are so immense that they dwarf the city AND the tallest building in South America that you will see below you. Ride the Funicular up and consider catching the tramway whos station is near the top of the Funicular railroad.
Loved it here. Cycling, walking, an outdoor gym and the teliferico. Very popular and a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy the weather.
Great walk up and down to the SC Hill and the view is spectacular ☀ highly recommending
Very nice and well kept park. Remarkable view of the whole city from the peak
Beautiful park! Loved the nature, attention and all the paths and activities 😍😊🌱
Best views of the city and the teleférico (cable caris a lot of fun for the kiddos.
Lots of people in the park in Chile. Shows the city of Santiago has great quality of life
is one of my favorites places in santiago.you can ride your bike, go jogging or just use the cableway to reach the top easy and get a nice view of santiago STOP TO BUILD MORE ROADS AND UNNECESSARY THINGS IN THE PARK!!! dont kill the lung of santiago plz
The sight here is awesome, there a lot of services upside, like souvenirs stores, snack stores, etc.At the peak you can go to the Virgin sanctuary, always with a good view of the city, have lunch in some green areas, etc.You can come here by funicular, thats taken at Pio Nono avenue entrance... Takes about 5 minutes to reach the peak. Also you can do cycling along the park in the different paths and roads, always taking care of pedestrians.Therere many picnic zones too, a cPool and the last but not least: the cableways: by then you can see all the park from the sky and cross it. If you take them, youll reach Pedro de Valdivia North avenue exit.
I recommend hiking up if you are fit but the lift to the top is very inexpensive. Several water stations and toilets are located on the hike up.
Cerro San Cristobal was spectacular. The old school cable car takes you up to the top of the mountain with stunning views of all of Santiago below. Several crosses and Catholic icons at the top, there seemed to be an impromptu mass with music coming from one of the church areas on top of the hill. Very peaceful, great tourist trap as well with postcards and other souvenirs
Nature, peace and colors. This place is a must visit location if you travel to Santiago. This green lung brings the calmness for a crowded and lousy city :The teleferico is absolutely amazing and brings you a cool view of everything.
Was at the top for sunrise. A beautiful place, everyone resting at the top and drinking mote con huesillo. Quite magical.
