Parmy Family Restaurant in Varna

Nice enough place but we went on a Sunday and were literally the only people there. They played edm music that didn’t fit the look of the restaurant and they couldn’t make any drink that didn’t come out of a bottle/ can.

Nice location... Verry goog deserts.

The food is delicious and the personnel was so kind to serve us, despite the reservations they expected for the celebration of the Day of Varna

What a lovely place !Located at the edge of the sea garden with plenty of free parking on the opposite side of the road.Awesome outdoor seating arrangements which I can imagine are suitable for some great outdoor events.Staff super friendly and helpful in English.Price / quality was outstanding.The mussels were mindblowingly good!Payment by card and in cash.Service smooth and flawless.Highly recommend this place for a quick lunch!

Very nice cosy restaurant with a variated menu for food and drinks. Mussels are a must try, and so is the cheesecake. Personnel is always friendly and helpfull. Terrace is nice and quiet.

During a one week stay in Varna ate here 7 times. The food is incredibly good. All their sea food dishes are excellent, we had fresh muscles from the black sea (During the seasonwith a butter herb sauce from heaven. Great service, and best outdoor atmosphere. Highly recommended

Unfortunately, I have to change my positive review. So far we have always had a great time here, but today everything has changed. The old chef has left the restaurant and the new chef is a joke!The tomatoes and cucumbers in the salad were cut so big that you couldnt even eat them properly. Of the 2 calamari we ordered as starters, only one came after we had already been served some of the main courses. We ordered 2 bolognese 1 frutti di mare and a salmon fillet. 1 bolognese and the other pasta came at the same time. After some time the other bolognese came and after more time the salmon.None of us finished the food as it was simply without taste. After speaking to the manager that we were disappointed with how things had changed, not even compensation was offered. The manager also told us there have been more complaints about the chef, so its a mystery to me why they dont hire someone else. The service used to be much better! No one came to top us up with drinks or ask how the food was, also empty plates were only cleared after a while, this was all different in the past. Really sad that the good people have left the restaurant!The prices have remained the same but the food we were served was a joke. Just go to Pastaria 300m away and you can have a nice evening with delicious food. Or go to Happy or even Subway and you will find more delicious food.The location is still nice but the service and especially the food are not worth a visit anymore. Also, the toilet was not clean and smelled strongly of urine. Whenever we had guests we took them to Parmy, tonight was supposed to be one of the best nights of the holiday from our guests, but it turned out to be the worst! For us it was the last visit here after having been there so many times.170 BGN for nothing (1 water, 1 coke, 3 non-alcoholic cocktails, 3 salads, 1 calamari, 3 pasta and 1 salmon). Varna has so many nice offers in the same price range, in the lower price range, you can find so many other places to have a nice time! Staria Chinar, Monkeys, El Kapan, Pastaria, The Bay, Happy, just to name a few.

Big disappointment!Ive ordered a chicken roster which made me sick, the manager was rude enough to demand full payment.Unfortunately the other dishes we got didnt improve the situation.I was s regular client but they will never see me again there!

Waaay too expensive! Raw and not particularly tasty food in small portions. Service was nice, but slow.

Great place with a great food. Ive ordered pasta fruti di mare and it was delicious (cost about 16 leva). Also the stuff was really friendly. Highly reccomended!

Really good food, quality service, the waiters were really friendly and professional. They have a good wine selection and on top of that, for the quality that you get the prices are not high

Update 09.2021: it used to be a place with excelent food. Probably the best in Varna. Not anymore. Now it is below average.Excelent food! Cozy place, way above any Varna average. Perhaps it is the best place to eat by the sea.

Great restaurant with garden. Well prepared pasta. Desserts are very good, they make their own.

Beautiful little gem with cute outdoor dining space at the North end of the sea garden in Varna. Service is amazing (waiter was super helpful and patient with us and kids). Food is very fresh and tasty. Recommended for fish but they also have an great seasonal weekly lunch menu. Highly recommended.

5 star experience as usually.First time we discovered this restaurant 3 years ago and we keep comming here every time we are in Varna.Very good food (you must try the steaks, pastas, risotto, fish and mussels).Is the best place to come with friends, eat good food, drink good wine and create memories.Staff is wonderfull.

The place is lovely, has a nice atmosphere. I ordered a dish that I didnt enjoy (chicken fillet with cheese cream and spinach), on the other tables I see amazing dishes of fish, amazing smell and looking so I just didnt chose well mine. Anyway I absolutely recommend!

This is a wonderful place for party of 5-6 during summer time. They have a wonderful outside sitting options in the garden and the food is always exceptional.

The staff speaks very little to no English. Ordered french fries and they brought Chio Chips, from the bag. Ordered also pasta, supposedly 300g, but they werent more than 200g. I dont know how this has 4.4 stars....

Very nice and quiet place, friendly and quick waiters, excellent food! We did have a bad experience with the toilette though: somebody puked and it wasnt very clean. They should check and clean it more often.

I cannot believe any of the positive comments.Any of the dishes we took were eatable.Potatoe fries were half warm, half frozen. Meat was disgusting. Service was like 30 years ago in Soviet Bulgaria.I definitely do not recommend.

Great location, easy parking and you can actually see the sea fron restaurants garden. Serving time is a bit long but the food is tasty. If you have kids they will enjoy playing in the garder while you wait.

Nice and tidy restaurant in an aristocratic style. The place is sapcious and bright, with huge windows, well kept open garden and a nice view of the Black Sea and Varnas coast line.

Nice place to eat all kind of food special local food but also other kind , must be very nice in summer, price more than regular.

Most friendlyand attentively service I saw in bulgaria so far, the food was really delicious and the place was lovely decorated.Definitely a tip!

The food here is top class with a range of dishes to try. The seafood options are absolutely delicious and we started with calamari and a fresh tabouleh salad. The calamari was magical! My wife had the whole trout while I had the homemade sausage which was a mix of beef and lamb with aromatic herbs. They also have a selection of homemade cakes and I had the cheesecake which was pretty epic. This was our second visit and we are planning a third in the space of 5 days. I recommend making a reservation if you plan to eat dinner here as it get booked up quickly in the summer.
