Good environment

If you are walking disabled you are likely to get knocked over by children on bicycles and scooters. Nightmare, no security at all.

Tried to use the EV chargers supplied by ChargePoint Network UK. 10 available and none seemed to be working. We connected and it said it was charging but it was not. It was not just us either none of the cars were getting connected. Plus you have to pay for the parking whilst you try to charge. I will be avoiding this network for a while.

Good shopping centre with a selection of stores.Sad Monsoon, Superdry, Topshop and Debenhams have left.Thats letting down the experience seeing empty shops everywhere.All in all, a great centre for Newbury.

Could do with a roof over the walkways.

Security are rude and make normal good people feel uncomfortable and even the manager allowed her female staff member to talk to member of public in a rude and disgusting manner, just lost my business and my colleagues and family.

Newbury is a nice friendly place to go shopping, with a canal and nice places to eat.

Really nice place to relax and to do some shopping. You can start with a nice coffee, can have a break to grab some lunch or a snack.

My car completely seized up last week when i was parked and couldnt be moved. I phoned my garage and they came out to help but couldnt fix it so we had to get the insurance company to collect it with a special trailer because of the low roof. I spoke to the attendants via the payment machine and first one and then another came down to see if they could help. Being a woman on my own it might have been a very scary situation waiting for help to arrive so it was kind of them to keep me company.. When my garage couldnt help the attendants told me not to worry and it would be fine to leave the car overnight and they would let us all out without payment when the time came. They couldnt have been more helpful and friendly and i would like to say a very public thanks to everyone in the office who came to my rescue on that day.

Visited just before the area moved to Tier4. Pre-Christmas, they provide 3 hours free parking, I would have advised all to take advantage of the offer. Even now, people can go and shop at M&S food, and take advantage of the parking offer. The shopping centre is nice and they have got good amount of festive decorations. Entertainer, Debenhams and H&M are decent sized and have good shopping options. All-in-all, a decent shopping centre, and a good experience, do visit !

A great place to shop with plenty of spaces in the underground car park but the charges are a bit steep though. There are a couple of coffee shops but not a choice of restaurants.There’s ample choice outside the Parkway shopping Centre in the centre of Newbury where you can find many restaurants and coffee shops.

A very appealing shopping centre with some great brands

This is the latest to date of the new shopping areas built to bring shoppers to Newbury. Absolutely no traffic or bikes are allowed in this area. There is a good mix of shops and a small cafe. There are display areas at either end where charities have in the oast held displays, at Christmas there is a Santas Grotto. Shops such as Debenhams are found here.

Wonderful Shopping Zone @ Newbury! We especially love Debenhams, New Look, Waterstones & Monsoon Stores! We recommend Coffee & Cakes & Debenhams 2nd floor Cafe! Enjoy!

Plenty to see and do. good selection of shops, always worth a visit.

Worst car wash in the world, scratched our car and the total repaint quote is £1000, wouldn’t bother with him, has the cheek to then via email confirm that he is not liable, what a joke 😡

Well worth visiting. We have been to Newbury a few times and never realised this was here or how nice it is!

Clean, tidy and well laid out shopping centre

Good range of shops in a clean environment. Worth a visit for the department stores.

Lovely spacious shopping centre which is outdoors. Parking easy and right nearby. Great choices for food and drinks plus good shops. Really liked it.

Excellent modern shopping centre. Busy underground parking, but easy to find. Good selection of big brands shops. Open air all round shopping, disadvantage on a rainy day. We love shopping there, very smart environment, excellent service from friendly and professional staff. 10/10

Parkway shops enrich Newburys town centre with High Street shops that we historically had to drive to Reading it Basingstoke to shop.. what an amazing venue!

New outlet stores, choice of coffee shops and eateries, lovely pedestrian only centre with​ everything you want with the additional hidden away boutique specialist stores in tiny sidewalk, parking was pretty easy

Great shopping centre, very easy to find parking in the underground car park.

Good shopping and parking convenient in town

This shopping centre has Otis gen2s. Its got a nice atmosphere, but some of the passages to the high street can become bottlenecks, but it was necessary as they would have to demolish historic buildings to widen them. There is a focus on homeware & furniture.

Easy parking right in the center of town with a great selection of shops and cafes. Traffic free, clean and spacious area with, shops including M & S, John Lewis, Debenhams, Waterstones, Fat Face, Neils Yard Remedies and Toni & Guy hairdressers
