Nice place

This place Is like a gaisano store. One floor total. One side has groceries and fast food and the other side has furniture and the Social Security administration office. Prices were similar To gaisano prices.

This was a really good hotel that we recommend to visiting friends, hopefully they get back to operations after the storm hit Surigao.

Really excellent stay from 2016 staying here . My asawa filipino from cabaywan I am from India my son born in India Vence came with me when he was only 1 year 2 months only . All staff very good cooperating provide every facilities. Food excellent . I always stay here same room from very beginning my first visit to meet my asawa . Wow excellent people always want to stay here.

Unfortunately, from being the best restaurant in city has now fallen to 5-6

This is a great place for tourists. The rooms are clean and the whole hotel is well-maintained. Staff are very courteous and accommodating. Free breakfast. They have restaurant and grocery.

Its abit pricey but vey near to airport

Parkway Hotel located at Surigao City is actually a very nice place to stay. It was very organized and clean, and well maintained. People there are so friendly and very well accomodating. Its only near the Center of the City, one ride of pedicab only. They also served free breakfast for an overnight stay. You can see in the photo the room which I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. I left the place messy, since I have to attend to some business matters, but I always came back with a very pleasant smell and organize place at the end of the day. They check the rooms everyday, but none of my things were actually lost or even touched. I love to come back here and relax! 😊 Try to visit also.

Had a great time here. There is a restaurant and a convenience store nearby. The rooms are neat and clean. The bathroom is also clean, it seems they are scrubbing it everyday. The room I had has new furnitures and bathroom door. The aircon is old but it does the job of cooling the big room. There was a power outage when I was there, but their generator quickly turned on to supply power. I will surely come back if I will be assigned to Surigao again.

Rooms are quite big and are cheap. They however have some pests roaming free in their restaurants, inside the rooms etc. The place is generally clean though. Service is nice. Its in a very peaceful location in the city.

I only make sss and trasactions here. Grocery not complete but they have food after ur transaction u can have your snack or lunch. But good restaurant are available with the parkway complex.

I visited the one in Marbel. Bawal ang durian but you can still eat at night from durian vendors delivery truck.

Staff is really friendly and helpful but the hotel doesn’t offer the best price quality.Paid 2800 ps for a room without any windows and not able to get cool. The outside heat was so intense that even the turbo cool mode of the AC was not enough to keep the room cool. Needed a electric fan to keep cool.Breakfast was really basic and just rice with fried animal products. No fresh juice or fruit/vegetables (besides a banana). Normally I don’t mind so much but for 2800 I expect more.The meals ordered in the restaurant were ok though.Oh, WiFi is almost not working so that’s also a minus point.They gave me a free shuttle to the ferry which was really nice. Friendly and professional driver too!

Check in was ok friendly girl but there were cockroaches in our room we complained and instead of moving us they brought us a can of baygonWe ordered room service from a mainly Filipino menu and the food was not great.The breakfast you had a choice of 4 items 2 of which they had no stock we ended up with pork which was awful

Just average... average cost, average rooms, average service

Everything was pretty good to be fair. However there were dead bugs all around the room and during the night a cockroach found its way onto my bed...so for this reason it gets a 1 star from me.

Improve badly your internet connectivity. Lower down your price.

Big, clean and affordable rooms with breakfast. Definitely good for those on the road that needs good relaxing time.

Whenever my Papa travels to Surigao for Work. He always check-in to this hotel... Tbh, I never thought that this is such a good one! It was my first time in Surigao together with Mama and of course Papa – we just accompanied Him for work.Anyways, hotel room is clean and very spacious. Everytime I go to some place the first thing I check is the bathroom and the bed, and both was awesome! If in case you want to stay for a night before you go to Dinagat or Siargao, this is the best place for you! Btw, they have friendly staffs too... Kudos all the way from Davao!!! 😊

A decent and not so expensive hotel... My aunt always booked in this hotel only whenever she visits surigao 😊...

Not so good for meticulous guest

They have rooms with "mountain view". It means that you are staring a wall about 1 meter from window. Other option is room on road side. Those rooms are very noisy.Staff is not helpful. They just call to manager and after a call they answer: no sir.I recommend to go to Hotel Tavern instead of this. Parkway is still ok but Tavern is much better with that money.

Best hotel so far. Very comfortable.Too far from the city but they have 2 restos and grocery store. Near Gaisano City and Bus terminal. Only 7 pesos fare.One thing, during my stay there was a rotational brownout in the area. And they dont have the generator. They only have one for the lights in the lobby.Also when you checked in the room, you need to inform the housekeeping of no towels and hand towels. You will be question upon check out. I checked in with no towels and hand towels in the room. I requested for 1 bath towel. When I checked out they asked for the hand tower. They asked for the thing that wasnt there in the first place.
