Parkside villa hotel is the best youll ever find in Kitui town. There rooms range in price making it affordable to almost everyone. Besides, the hotel has ample parking space. Fridays are lit as there is always a live band. Foods are good, but samaki is rare

How do you feed people stale food, chicken precisely. Then you charge rooms per person, instead of per room. I dont recommend.

Well kept facility, lots of improvement at the reception service could do. The breakfast restaurant and staff really nice. Good breakfast. One of the best pork chops one can taste. Clean environment, ample parking, very friendly security guards, more customer friendly than some receptionists in there.

Its a real superb place for the official intelligent people. I just loved the Villa

As you enter into this place, you get ushered in by a magnificently maintained landscaping, cool trees welcomes you to this place. A variety of meals and drinks also available. Clean accommodation at average cost. Need to hold a meeting at a quite place and a nice environment? Then you need to pay a visit to Parkside villa (Kitui). Conference rooms and facilities also available.

All good but their restaurant food was not good. The shower in the bathroom was not working well. They promised to repair but never did. But generally very friendly staff.

Excellent accommodations in Kitui. This is a resort with a pool and dining facility on campus. Many meeting rooms are also available. Rooms and wash facilities are very clean. Westerners need to be warned that beds while spacious are of the firmness that is comfortable for Kenyans and may be considered extra firm by western standards. Hot water is procured by turning on shower head water heater. Have them show you how to do it when you first arrive in room. There is no AC so be prepared to open window and use mosquito netting. Food is amazing but service is slower than US standards. It is served according to local standards so you will need to adjust your attitude. The wait is worth it. Take the additional time to have a couple of Tuskers and unwind. I loved the pool as well it is a nominal extra fee where you can also learn to swim if you do not already know how. Water is super clean and well treated. A dip after a long day is recommended.

Hotel is great especially for business travels. Bed and breakfast is offered at affordable rates depending on the room you want . Service is also good and its clean

We chose cheaper accommodation at ground level, at 2500 ksh a night and it was fine. Bathroom was very large and the included breakfast was good. Smaller rooms were available at 1500. Recommended

The mattress was comfortable but at some point the bed was squeaky when turning. 😁😁😆😅 kindly save time to maintain them.

The rooms are comfy and spacious. Fancy toiletries provided. They provide bed and breakfast and the meals are just DELICIOUS 😋. I would definitely choose Parkside villa on my next visit to Kitui☺️.

This place was super awesome. Swimming is clean and well kept. It has a children and adult swimming pool. Drinks and food were super delicious. The chicken was tasty. I recommend that you tried it.Everything from accommodation to food is worth 😊

I observed something weird last night.The night security guard was refusing guests to enter past 10pm citing reasons that the bar is closed. We are all aware there is a curfew and that is why most people dropped by for accommodation.Why would they close the gate for over 5 vehicles who had come to seek accommodation?Do they understand that accommodation is where the money is...If there is a GM kindly check on your security personnel they need more training, there is a gap there.Provide room stewards with trolleys for carrying linen atleast, they are putting clean linen on the floor.However I will still come back again and again. Best accommodation.

New Development is great. The reception is Outstanding n Beautiful, the new rooms are great, however the older rooms have been neglected to another level n action needs to be done. Not sure if management is aware of such.

Superb hotel, provides accommodation to people of all classes, starting from as lowest ad 1500Kes per night, with several restaurants that offer variety of delicious dishes, plus a spacious bar cool drink lovers🤣). Best thing about this hotel it has a big compound, when bored with everything one can choose to stroll around.

I have visited this place so many times since 2012. Unfortunately, today was the lowest service I have had. The beef steak ordered came with no gravy. The steak was so hard to chew. The waiter had no clue what mayonnaise is. But understandably so considering its still a rural town like most in Kenya. Bottom line is the service is so down.

Nice from outside but needs improvements in the finishing. Also very noisy cleaners who wont let you relax past 6.30 am due to their chatter and bucket dragging. But relatively cheap

The place is good and the services​ were also good. The only challenge is the issue of mosques in the room. The other issues is about the response by the stuffs incase of any requests. They respond as if it wasnt important. I have been on medical and to get an extra water has been an issue. Pliz let the stuff be professional. Just a humble concern

The rooms are nice, spacious, great beds but a few issues like there is need to rethink of having sockets in the room..only one socket that is plugged in for the tv, also good to add some toiletries like mini lotion..

The Hotel has constructed a new wing with a modern feel. They have the capacity to hold a good number of delegates. The Hotel has ample parking space. The management should consider improving the bar and upgrade it to higher standards. The hotel should also consider revising their accommodation rates, the new wing is rather overpriced.
