Parkland Mall - Shopping Centre in Yorkton, Canada
ive worked in this mall for 4 years and no longer have a place to sit and eat my lunch.
I sure miss the mall of yesteryear. There are still a lot of great stores, but it used to be "the hangout place" in my youth. Now with no food court, and little as far as entertainment goes, it has become more of a planned destination, rather than a window shopping hangout.
Clean, easy to access, lots of parking,
Seems to be pretty sparse for a mall although very clean
Great Mall but needs Cab Clothing & the food court back!!
I love this DQ, but today was horrible. Ordered #1 no ketchup or mustard on bottom, only 1 cheese on top and then 2 pieces of bacon, then tomatoe, then onions, then pickles then lettuce and 1 dab of ketchup on top. Never saw this anywhere in my life and it was not good. And fries were cold. Whoever made it should not be a cook cause they dont know how to do it. It was terrible
With covid still around it looks great. Just need few more stores to keep visitor come and shop instead of very little in mall.
Parkland is a convenient mall to shop in. Save On foods and Winners will be a great addition.
Lots of stores good location
Nice place
Quiet place to shop. Was at. Canadian tire.
A good selection of shops, all under one roof - really great!
Its a nice clean mall. Theres lots of parking.I find the location convenient. I enjoyed shopping there
Friendly staff great selection
Wish there was more stores for name brand clothes
Great variety. Nice atmosphere. If you are looking for something in particular they likely have it. Great sampling also.
The mall has a good selection of retail stores. The anchor stores are save on foods and Canadian tire and Shoppers Drug Mart. The parking lot is iffy at best, very poorly designed for use by any vehicles. The mall is always clean and the washrooms are well kept the other stores have either changed, down sized, hung on somehow or closed due to the COVID 19 Pandemic. There is alot of retail floor space available for lease or rent.
Great mall lots of good options, no food court but you can buy fresh cooked food in the grocery store! And sit there to! Love winners and value Village!
Good selection of stores and frankly I enjoy coming here time to time
Bootlegger has some awesome clearance deals and lots if nice new stock
Not at all happy with the staff. Staff make the rules to accommodate themselves. Ill never go back.
Used to be much better, mostly clothing outlets now, really missing the big food court and cab being in the mall.
Its always been welcoming and lots of great stores for shopping and every need a person could want
Main vist is Shoppers drug mart. Great service and PC points. Not to happy about your butter situation though.
Though it seems that malls everywhere are dying out, this one seems to thrive and have a fairly good selection of stores.
A boring shopping mall. It has a few essentials like winners, Ardennes and is connected to shoppers drug mart but dont go here expecting it to be a fun "hangout" or to have a whole "day at the mall"Food courts pretty much dead and businesss open for a few months and then leave because there rents to high and makes the whole mall feel really unpredictable and unreliable. Its an ok shopping center if your not looking for anything super unique, high end or luxurious
Totally cool place to go everything you need with Two main stores at either end of the mall and a huge selection in between
It is becoming like a ghost town in that mall .. maybe it can be blamed on covid .. but whatever .. I bought what I needed but there are so few stores to just shop in and maybe find something that I dont necessarily need but will buy because I like it.
Ardene in the mall is a nice place we have gotten a fare amount of verity of things their and hair ponies, clips...especially for our girls we have gotten things and Coles book store is a fun place to shop, thy dont only have books to read thy have fun activities that you can buy. Christmas is a fun time to go if your looking for gifts for a good deal!
Nice mall. Hope some more stores go back in there in the next few years.
Dark. Drab. Lifeless. Less and less merchants, being displaced with large box stores. Crazy long boring hallway to Shoppers Drug Mart and Value Village. Only one food vendor left in the food court.
It is what it is. A mall makes 1000% more sense in Yorkton than big box stores but Canadians do not have what it takes to do what is in their own best interest and so we blindly (and stupidlyfollow Americans in the deep south.
Its good to have a place in town with so many options for shipping on one spot. Ive often heard others saying that the mall doesnt have what they expect a mall to have but the fact is that we live in rural saskatchewan. Anything in a mall is better than no mall... plus the selection here is excellent from clothing to electronics and tools and groceries, medications and even a Winners!Do try out the Parkland mall. Buy local and more will become locally available. This is a proven fact.
The parkland malls quite nice. If youre looking to do Christmas shopping id definitely go to a bigger city though. Parkland doesnt have the biggest selection but it has most of what a person would need
This is a great mall and decided to go to Coles bookstore for books. Same prices as chapters in regina but still great for small city. Stay safe from Corona.
I like the mall even though that online shopping is more convenient. The mall is kinda empty but really clean and nice to walk through.
While not having many shops there is a great variety of places to see from fashion to tech to health and housewares, and several options for a quick bite to eat. Plus when the Market is in, theres so much to see and enjoy!
Good stores in this mall, not sure if one vendor qualifies it to be called a food court though. That said, always clean and well kept for its age. Also, I enjoy the farmers market in the mall.
Has a few big corporate stores, the food court is practically nonexistent, and there really are very few selections for shopping altogether. Mostly clothing stores.Farmers market is usually a good time.
More prosperous than many malls. With Canadian Tire at one end and Save on Foods grocery store at the other end it is a convenient place to shop. A few empty outlets are not a good sign for the future.
If you are looking for cheap prices electronic ware, clothes, hardware, food, groceries; visit the parkland mall now. Pretty much all their stores are on sale. Some of em closed down already, shopping local helps the community to grow bigger #shoplocal
A quaint mall with a few shops.food court with a variety of food preference, wasnt busy at all as I dislike crowds. one stop shopping and visit Santa while your there 🤗
A lot better in the last few years. The new owners are have done a lot of overdue maintenance with getting the place up to code. The new "Save on foods" and "Winners" stores filled in alot of the empty space and breathed some new life and traffic into the mall. A lot of new stores springing up in the surrounding area too. Desperately needs some new options in the food court though.
This mall has a good selection of services ranging from banks to clothing to groceries to pharmacies to hardware and even restaurants. There are however a few empty spots in the mall, and the food court over time is becoming less of a food court. The recent changes to the parking lot also seem unnecessary unless they put bushes or trees in the boulevards. The jewels of this mall would have to be Canadian Tire, Manos, and Save on Foods.
Great deals clean stores washrooms clean great place to meet old friends farmers market fresh produce freshly baked goods. Great selection of clothing for women and men pharmacy in mall was overcharged for item price refunded correct price charged only complaint
Typical mall. Fair selection of retailers. Canadian Tire and Save On Foods are located at either end. Food court gradually losing its selections.
Ive been shopping at this mall for 20 years. Its definitely improved over the years. But absolutely room for continued improvement. The service is usually ok at any of the retail stores.
Manos Restaurant. Good food nice atmosphere
New stores like Winners and Save on Foods have brought a new life to this mall. If you want an amazing dining experience just visit Manos restaurant and lounge
I like the mall I just dont like their policy to remove the Farmers Market from the mall. We attend that every week and then have lunch in the mall. We also do a little shopping. If the Farmers Market moves we will be going where they are and not so likely to shop in the Mall.
