Park of Love in Callao

The Park is a very nice touristic place to be in, it has s great view and you can have coffee and sit to take in the view. Perfect place to look at the paragliders above, and the surfers below.

This is the best park in miraflores, look at the beach, plants and animals. Very wonderful.

Everything in Peru makes you feel like people live on the edge of the world.This is a lovely park for evening or morning strolls, where you can not only take beautiful pictures, but also ponder life as you observe paragliders float off the cliff and over the ocean, all while earing a crepe.

Nice place with perfect view.

Quaint park with lots of beautiful views of the city and the sea. There’s a place (picturedwhere you can place your lock (with a wish). You can take your dog and stroll around. A bit crowded but there’s a few food carts with yummy sweets.

Kind of amusing. I cant think of any places in the USA that they would have statues of two people ...well... getting intimate in public.

Its very nice. I walked thru it as part of my sight seeing itinerary. Got the typical tourist pics 😁

Really cool park, great view, for free and easy access. The annoying thing are the sellers qho dont understand the word "no, thank you".

Love the park but the city should invest in toilet paper for their public restrooms since it is a tourist place.

Love the tiles with love phrases, the view to the ocean is amazing and its very romantic to watch the sunset from there.

Nice park with a Gaudi style wall as in Parc Güell in Barcelona, overlooking the ocean, with a sculpture in the middle. Great place for the views and for photos

Very lovely park with additional wiew to Pacific ocean, down from cliffs. There is also nice litlle restoran with drinks, pancakes.

You will feel safe, view is nice, a little bit crowded. The park or the arts is ok to see only if you are in the area. I would not travel to Peru just to see it!

Lovely park with gorgeous ocean view. The artistic mosaic sculptures weave through and go around the edges of the park. There are places to sit and enjoy the views.Great place to relax and watch the waves. Pretty trees and flowers enhance the atmosphere.

A cool place to go jogging or cycling. The Café there is not very good, overpriced and mediocre quality of drinks and food but nice views. If you walk, head all the way to the shopping mall, worth it. And you may even want to try out the paragliding 😉

Lucious greenery everywhere. The park is clean and manicured. So many places to take pictures and even surf. Loved it. Everyone wearing mask too.

Cool views of the ocean and nice public park to walk around and take pictures. You can also walk to the cliffs and see the parasailers take off, or walk down to the beach via the walkway.

Located in Miraflores just above the cliffs with a statue of a couple kissing each other. Nothing special. Nice views

A nice place to stroll night or day. Breezy and great view of the ocean. Not to miss the light house a few meters away. Its well lit at night and safe to visit. Theres also a work of art mosaic along the path along the ocean view. And its like getting a smooth "kiss" from the ocean breeze. Memorable place.

Lovely clifftop views to provide a setting for a huge statue of a couple in a passionate kiss surrounded by a Guadiesque tiled wall. Some fantastic little snack bars to enjoy the sunset from, regular cloudy skies permitting. From there a very pleasant stroll along the cliffs to fabulously located high end shopping and restaurants.

A beautiful place to see. The statue is awesome and the mosaics are touching. I am sad that I didnt get better pictures. I hope to see it in the summer time one day. Try the paragliding, less than $10 US

it is a very safe place to enjoy the most beautiful view of the ocean ever. Safe place with activities for the whole family. Kids welcome.

El Parque del Amor (the Park of Love), was inaugurated, quite appropriately, on Valentine Day, in 1991. It is located on Malecón de la Reserva."Malecón" in Latin America signifies a road, esplanade, or a sort of a boardwalk, usually along a body of water.Malecón de la Reserva is a middle part of the longer scenic walkway Malecón de Miraflores, its north-eastern extension is Malecón Cisneros, and its south-western part is Malecón Armendariz.Malecón de la Reserva (as many other locations in Limais named after the soldiers, mostly newly drafted and inexperienced recruits, or reservists, died in the bloody battles of San Juan and Chorrillos, and Miraflores, during the War of the Pacific, in January 1881. This war, relatively unknown outside of Peru, is still being remembered and re-lived in both Peru and Bolivia, the countries that incurred very serious territorial losses to Chili.The Love Park is small in size, with its ornate decorative elements laid in colorful ceramic tiles, very resemblant of Barcelona Park Güell designed by Gaudi. The centerpiece of the park is the monumental statue "El Beso" ("The Kiss"by the distinguished Peruvian sculptor Víctor Delfín (b. 1927depicting himself kissing his wife.The park is designed is several succeeding or cascading levels, and it offers unparalleled vistas of the Pacific Ocean and, depending on the infamous Lima cloudiness, the views of the neighboring districts of Barranco (usually seen very well due to its proximityand Chorrillos to the south and the port city of Callao all the way to the north-west.Even though almost every part of Malecón de Miraflores features those magnificent views, the Love Park possesses even great and more breathtaking vantage point to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Beautiful and well kept park with a gorgeous view of the Pacific. A few nice shops nearby also look nice, and drones do appear to be allowed. Very romantic if you are into that.

A park lovers all over the world come to visit. Gorgeous views of the ocean in front with the city behind, great people watching, kites for rent right by to soar over the ocean, and a few minutes walk from wonderful Miraflores restaurants. Well worth your stop

Nice park up on the hills of Miraflores. Not much to see but nice view on the ocean. Particularly worth it if you go around sunset when you get a beautiful light. Definitely a place to pass by when in town.

Beautiful waterfront park with great vibes specially for couples. Super friendly for tourists and even the LGBTQ community. Felt suoer comfortable there. The views are spectacular and the walk extends the entire seawall

A small but nice park along the coastal walk-path of Lima. A good spot to get away from the busy and noisy city, to relax and enjoy the views and sounds of the Pacific Ocean.The park itself can become crowded with tourist and visitors, so this might not be the best spot if you want to spend time alone.

Very quiet place, good for couples although you can take all the family if you want, make exercise, take the pets, you can awesome photos when the suns going down

For nice views and a break from the busy streets of Lima, this is a nice place for a great photo of the coastline. Of course in a catholic country, once upon a time, this was the only place you were allowed to show affection. It’s an imitation of Gaudi’s horrors in Barcelona but if you like that - this is the place for you

Beautiful place to go any time of day or night! It’s a very small park but nice to sit on the steps of the small amphitheatre or look out into the ocean. Bring a jacket at night, it gets quite chilly along the malecón!

View is nice, places to sit. Bathrooms nearby but are filthy. Paragliding & lighthouse nearby ( 3 minute walk down El malecon/ boardwalk.

Its a beautiful place in a very pleasant and calm neighborhood! Great for a good walk and to watch the sunset with your beloved one. Its also a place full of kids playing. A really nice stop in your trip.

Sweet park! Great sunset views. It does get crowded on weekends. Statues are fun and interesting. Watch the parachuters Glide above you. Coming here was a very memorable part of my visit to Lima.
