Hotel Rude receptionist girl!!! When me and my wife arrived hotel at 02:00am, 05.02.2022. we couldnt find anybody at the reception. Looked around for a while. Then realized a men sleeping deep inside the reception desk (another door). Tried to awaken him, but he didnt (first I guess him as dead and than realized that hes drunk).At his moment a girl worn glasses came from upstairs. She was angry. Then we realized that she is receptionist (she has pijamas and no identity card). She didnt attempt to communicate, like goodnight/welcome.. etc. We asked her, we are looking for receptionist for a while. She got more angry and said how many minutes are you waiting, we are human beings we need to sleep. We got shocked, because she behave as we came her home suddenly. But we have booked our room before arrival. I asked her are you serious, wont you say any apology?? She said No!!. I told that I will report her rude behaviour. She said how you wish. I travel a lot, but this kind of rude staff/ especially receptionist is uniqe!!!

Отель очень уютный, всё очень чистое и аккуратное. В ресторане при отеле кормят очень вкусно, персонал приветливый и максимально заботливый, цены нормальные. Единственный минус это слышимость в номерах, когда кто то открывает соседнюю дверь или окно, то кажется, что это к тебе в номер заходят. Но на фоне общего благополучия это не столь важно, поэтому в целом мне всё очень понравилось.

Останавливаемся с определённой регулярностью +- 5 лет . Заведение держит свои стандарты , всегда комфортно ,приятные детали в мелочах и в целом!!!!! Вкусный завтрак , есть возможность на месте организовать вкусный и приятный вечер для семьи и компании.

Останавливалась в этой гостинице два раза. Первый раз В декабря все понравилось, отличный номер, тепло и уютно. Завтрак шведский стол, все вкусно.Второй раз поселили в номер который больше похож на кладовку, очень маленький даже для одного человека. Стоимость такая же. В номере есть чайник, но включить его просто не куда. Шнур 10 см и ближайшая розетка над кроватью. Душ такой же маленький как и номер.Ресторан разочаровал скоростью обслуживания. Минут 20 ждала пока принесут меню, потом ещё 15 пока примут заказ.

Nice hotel and resort for holidays

Отель понравился. Поселили быстро, чистая постель, хороший завтрак. Уборка в номерах не идеальная, но если не придираться, то все хорошо.В номере есть чайный набор, водичка для гостей, мини-бар со сладостями за доп плату.

Номера чистые, теплые. Вечером, правда, водичка не горячая, но если подождать часик, то все норм.Касаемо кафе - тут как повезет. Сегодня официант, абсолютно не понимающий, где он и кем работает, отказался нас обслуживать поскольку вынес сначала второе, а не суп, а после демонстративно психовал и во всеуслышанье обсуждал нас. Было ощущение, паршивое!!Просто треш!!!!!

Отель не понравился. Номер без окон, только две форточки. Душ только для китайцев. С утра отключили горячую воду, сказали отладят но никто не пришёл. В конце взяли оплату за шоколад которого не было. Единственное что понравилось это кухня и персонал в ресторане. Не советую.

Restaurant service quite unprofessional.Ordered a dish that should have had several varieties of cheese but it turned out to be without the one with the highest quality and was filled with the cheapest one.No attempt of apology, or explanation.Full price on the bill.Should deserve 1 star.So since hotel rooms and breakfast are really good and could deserve maximum rating, I still feel in a general good mood and I want to be generous: Im giving three stars

Toitel need repair, drinking water missing in the room

Have stayed here a few times this year. The rooms vary from super small to spacious suites. In winter, the radiator heating is very warm and the bathroom floor is heated. In spring/summer, there are minisplit units in every room with air conditioning. There is a bidet sprayer next to every toilet. The duvet is warm and the pillows are clean and nice. There are filtered water coolers in every small building where you can get hot or cold water. The restaurant has great food. We loved the pizzas (crust is from fresh dough, not frozen), the soups, the desserts, and the beet salad. Avoid the beef burger. They have a grille, so they offered lots of grilled food options. Staff is really nice and work long shifts. There is a nice garden area in the back where you can sunbathe / relax on warmer days. They also rent that area out for weddings. Very safe hotel and also has parking if you have your own car. WIFI was always strong and never an issue in any room. FORA is a good supermarket a 5 min. walk away if you need things.

The service is TERRIBLE: they just do not care!Serving breakfast selected from just three options in the menu takes over 30 minutes. And once they finally brought 2 out of 4 (I was with my family), in one of those they forgot to put eggs as part of eggs and sausages, and in another they served "yogurt with cereal" without flakes and forgot to add bread that also was part of a standard menu.After all of those were raised to the attention of a representative of Kyiv365, they accepted that what they served is wrong and promised to fix it all. In 20 minutes when I asked about the missing components of my breakfast, the Kyiv365 lady said that its still being prepared! Waited for another 10 minutes and went away.Worth mentioning that there were free tables all the time, even with this "fast" service, so the kitchen shouldnt have been overloaded.Not 1* just because the rooms and the territory itself are OK. But if you need more than just a place to sleep - do not come to Kyiv365, there are better options around.

One of the best hotels Ive ever been for the price. Very cozy and clean room, slippers, air conditioning, kettle, tea set. Water cooler and iron in the common area, lots of parking spaces and chill areas. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The people who worked at the hotel were very helpful. Our room was wonderful. We left our car for about 4 days while we were on vacation and had no problems. The hotel even drove us to the airport at about 5am.The restaurant is quite reasonable as well.This may not be the hot spot to stay if you are a tourist wanting to see Kyiv (but for the price, why not?), but it is a great location that offers wonderful services if you are using IEV.

That is really awesome and cozy hotel. Check-in was easy and good. Hotel manager helped us to carry our bags. Breakfast was delicious. Clean and quiet room and comfortable.

Loved this place! Clean, modern, nice restaurant and bar. The staff is fantastic. When I had a problem with my credit card being lock due to a fraud alert the manager provided a Ukraine sim chip and helped me activate it. Then when my uber ride cancelled the hotel driver took me to the train station and stayed with me and made sure my ticket scanned before saying goodbye. I cant say enough about this place. The entire time everyone apologized to me for not speaking English well. I should have been the one to apologize, I am in their country. Couldnt have been better!

Lovely hotel, great food

This place pretends to be 4 stars, but hasnt even a phone in the room. There is no possibility to pay with card in the restaurant and the bar. Only cash. There is no gym or similar, WiFi connection is terrible. The staff is mostly inexperienced, with small exceptions. The kitchen is totally overcharged, as soon there are 5 tables with clients and waiting time gets longer and longer. The carpet in the room needs to be changed urgently! this place is situated far away from everything.

The environment is very chaotic and the quality of service is very poor. There is a problem of racial discrimination.

I know the owner, he and his Business Partner also owns 4 other hotels in Ukraine, all of them are different (Truskavets and Vorohta - mountains, Crimea - sea + mountains, Kyiv and Cherkassy - Centre of Ukraine and all of them are exceptional and awesome. Kyiv 365 is definetly best hotel on Velyka Kiltseva in its price range - approximately 800 Uah for room. You feel maximally close to being in home conditions - really cozy place with amazing cuisine, professional and nice staff and awesome service - free transfers, hairdresser, relax area etc Dont even consider other options if youre looking for economy class hotel in Kyiv

I did not stay here. I only had breakfast here. It was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Relatively cheap, but clean and comfortable and has good, though not great, breakfast. Weak water pressure in the shower and sink was the only big issue I really disliked. The stuff is friendly. The place is on the outskirts of Kiev though, distant from all the central places. After I left I heard they offer free transportation, but I was never offered one nor was it advertised openly while I was there.
