Such nice people here, happy to help you with anything. The hotel us great, location perfect! And a hotel with a pool in London, wow!!!!! We love it!The only bad thing I can think of is the pull out bed in the family room. It is a tiny pullout couch and the bed is not straight, but lumpy. Terrible!

Nice hotel although some of the staff interactions were disappointing. They did not respond to my request for claiming the Gastro offer (promoted on website), the queues at reception were too long and slow, and the swimming pool booking system was abused. No lane available for swimming so navigating the children spoilt our relaxation. Good location though and generally fine.

Super Hotel, amazing staff, best location !We were there for 7 nights with a family of 5 so we booked 2 rooms. The hotel is easily accessible from Waterloo underground or Waterloo train station. The entrance & lobby are spotless and spacious. The front desk staff are amazing, thank you Ana and Francesca for all your help ! The rooms were really spacious, comfortable, clean, and all the fittings were in good working order. With a large selection of TV channels and a kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits, just right for a quick relax. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone, whether you like a full English breakfast or something more "continental", its all there. I used the workout room nearly everyday, its well stocked with enough equipment to easily work off those extra breakfast calories. The concierge service was very useful and the people there were wonderfully helpful. I had some packages delivered there prior to our arrival, stored luggage there and booked a car to take us back to the airport. Thank you ! All in all we would love to come back to this wonderful hotel. If you are in London and looking a great hotel in a perfect location, this is the one for you.

The hotel was perfect!Clean, comfortable and even luxurious!The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My son had to come to London to attend a specialist hospital for an appointment and they kindly gave us a free upgrade to a nicer room with a living room area, fresh fruit and sweet treats, which was a really nice touch and very much appreciated.The bathroom products were Elimis, which is one of my favourite brands - they are excellent quality and usually very expensive!We had various light settings to choose from and the wardrobes were glossy and picturesque.The location was ideal close to most London attractions.I would definitely visit this hotel again and highly recommended.I have attached a video with a room tour!

Amazing location, central to all transport and tourists landmarks. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit London. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and also share amazing views. Bed was so comfortable.

Amazing customer service!! We stayed here as my baby had surgery at the Evelina and after visiting the hospital a few months back the kind doormen helped us to get a taxi which I was very thankful for, so I knew their customer service must be great. Anyway the hotel staff couldn’t have made our stay any more lovely. Our room was beautiful and they even left a wonderful gift for us and our baby. Every member of staff that we met was so friendly and took such good care of us. Thank you so so much.

Wow wow wow.... I stay in 4* hotels across london frequently for work and for a long time just wanted to find that ideal hotel. I booked a studio room and it is without doubt one of the best rooms Ive had in London to date. I will definitely be arranging more stays here in the future.

Good location.First room I was given had burned carpet. I asked to change it, initially told there was not availability. When I asked another receptionist he changed it immediately.I was given wrong breakfast time at first, so almost missed it on the first day. Also, There is an actual line to get breakfast on the weekend, especially Sunday. A long Line.They use covid as an excuse not to clean rooms/make beds every day, which at this price is not acceptable. If you want your room cleaned you have to request it, but before a certain time. I was not told that either, so I only discovered it when I went to request it.The location is good.

We stayed in a Big Ben View Suite and it was absolutely enchanting. Modern room, well maintained and very cozy. The sushi restaurant in the hotel is quite good, but id stay away from the other ones ;)

There was no coffee or tea in the room, we asked 3 times but never responded to our request, a chance meeting housekeeping staff in the lobby, they kindly gave me tea and coffee.The room lighting system only worked at one side of the bed, toilet seat was faulty.On the plus side beds were really comfortable.

Very comfortable room. Adequate storage space. The cafe Lilly was was fast and had delicious food. I loved the breakfast spread in the big room: make ur own omlettes, the large selection of other breakfast items were great. Though it weird that room service was provided only every 3rd day. The problem- we had towels for one day. Super friendly staff. I had an incident that sent me to the Hospital. The staff jumped on it. They literally helped save my life.

Cristina was amazing. She looked after us so well. Food was delicious and she took in my birthday request so we had a perfect evening. It’s not my first time at this restaurant and again I had a wonderful time.

I paid $600 for one night, in the supposed master bedroom, the first bedroom they gave me is dirty! I asked to change my room and they asked to wait 1hr, I came back and they gave me the same dirty room! After all, I went to check the hotel to see if it was what I really saw in the photos and found that the balcony only executives have access to, so if you see the images on their website and feel like coming for the accommodation, buy the executive room!

The experience at this hotel is mind blowing, the ambience of the room will get you in the right mood, the restaurant, gym and indoor pool are so relaxing.The exciting view of the big Ben, right from your hotel room and the oscillating London Eye, a stone throw away will trigger the energy of a tourist from within. I virtually did every request from the comfort of my phone, for those who cant, the traditional desk phone is also there for requests.Wonderful set of staff and are willing to help. The only hitch I had was with the spa, I booked ahead for a session, which is the procedure and by the time I got there, it was cancelled without any prior notice or customer feedcack and lady who attended to me couldnt give any reason, which for me is totally unacceptable, besides that I had it blissful all the way and would recommend it.

I loved Park Plaza westminster. The view from front of the hotel is Big Ben! The room was awesome. Contemporary decor. Best breakfast Ive had at a hotel! Served in a ballroom. So fancy. We left our luggage with the staff since our room was not ready.

Fantastic location and lovely hotel.The staff seem to do their best but struggle due to the large amount of people who visit.Maybe it would be best to either lower prices or increase staff training levels 🤔

The hotel is good and the facilities and location is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. However an issue happened to me when I checked out I realised I have been charged three times the same amount and I have been calling the hotel for several days. The emails are another issue and I forgot how many I sent. I don’t know what to do maybe travel back to London and spend much more than they owe me.

Absolutely stunning hotel and fantastic location. Beautiful inside with cafe, spa and a bar. However disappointing that you can only book the spa for 25 mins. They clearly need to make a bigger spa to allow longer periods of time. Only other downfall was I was put on the 7th floor and while the room was good the view of actually facing inside the hotel with no outside view was a bit claustrophobic. Can’t fault the staff absolutely brilliant from the moment you arrive

I don’t usually write reviews on hotels, but this is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. We felt scammed.First of all: the sofa bed. My little sister and I had to sleep on the floor the last day because the sofa bed was beyond uncomfortable. Also, it broke in the middle of the night and they had to call a person to fix it.Second, the room is cleaned every three days, which is not the normal thing for a four star hotel. The beds were not made properly and the shampoo bottles were not replenished. In addition, the cleaning staff appeared at any time, once they caught us napping at 16:00 and another time they came at 18:00 to clean the room and when we told them we were sleeping they laughed at us. Strange.To sum up, the amount of money you pay is not proportional to the service offered. How come a four star hotel offer this to their clients and be OK with it?

Location is great - short walk to many attractions (10 - 30 min walk). Wonderful if you have children - they have a play area that opens daily (10am-1pm and then from 2-6pm- a guardian must be present, NOT a drop off service. The kids can play video games, virtual reality console, foosball, ping pong table, arts and crafts as well as balls, blocks and toys for smaller children. Breakfast is buffet style and served in a large room - standard: sausage, bacon, beans, yogurt and cereal stations. As well as a selection of breads and an omelet station. Rooms were spacious. However, the room smelled musky, the bathrooms had visible mold and we were supplied with 20 towels for our 4 day stay but only two rolls of toilet paper. Staff were pleasant.

Great hotel. We had a family room that was some kind of devided by the bathroom which made it doable to be in a room with our family of four. The view is spectacular. And the hotel has a few restaurants. We didn’t like the sushi place because of a smell. The restaurant was good. The lobby is large and nice. Location of the hotel is good. Great to be so close to Westminster. The pool was a real big plus for us and the kids. Though be aware that this is not a pool for jumping, running, screaming and splashing. So I would not bring too young kids.

I booked two nights. After the 1st night, I went to reception and requested to clean my room at 11:00. After I returned at 14:00, the room was not cleaned yet. I contacted the reception and talked with the manager. They promised to clean soon. I complained about it at 14:30, 14:40, 15:00 and 16:20 and 17:00, but nobody came to my room to clean. After I returned at 23:00, the room was cleaned, but they didnt clean the sink and toilet and didnt refill facial tissues and shampoo and bath and else.Dont waste money!

Perfect location, comfortable, quiet rooms. Bed with a mattress that simply doesnt let you go up 😉 Living room is an extra surprise keeping you away from the corridor so that you dont hear any noises at night.

Stayed here for a few nights. Rooms are a good size and the staff are very helpful. The major down side was the room extras. We arrived and were visiting with a group of people so we were over 4 rooms. Three rooms didnt have robes and slippers, one didnt have any toilet roll, another no milk. Fridges not working. One room just had the robe tie and no robe. It was clean and tidy, just a shame with a hotel like this that the finishing touches, so to speak, werent completed and the complete experience to be enjoyed.Make sure to book the pool as its only 30 minute slots. They do let you have longer if not busy. We stayed kn there for 90 mins. Sauna was lovely, the steam room could do with a better aroma as it smelt of damp feet, so we didnt use that much.

Great location. Fantastic staff. Great breakfast. Would truly wish that high end hotels like this would go back to daily room cleaning and more attention to providing simple things like bottled water in a room. Disappointed with current corporate governance of penny pinching with simple service and needs.

Stayed on business in mid July. On the positive side, the hotel has a great central location. Easy walking to many tourist sites, rail and tube stations. Room was a good size and well appointed. Clean and tidy on arrival.Friendly staff.On the downside, be aware that your room will not be serviced at all if you stay less than three nights. This was under the excuse of trying to reduce contacts in the Covid environment.Given all restrictions have been relaxed, this does not wash. I can accept for environmental reasons that sheets and towels might not be changed, but normally the hotel would at least clean the room and make the bed each day. Not so here. On my return each day, the room was in exactly the same state I left it.I could not find any teabags and tried to contact reception and housekeeping on several occasions. Nobody would even answer the phone.I was not alone as several of my colleagues experienced similarly poor levels of service.Paying ~£380 per night I expect better…..I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly reduced the room rates.

I have wanted to stay here for over two years and finally managed it in July.The doorman was very friendly and always smiled. The receptionist not so! We had a twin/studio room.My son opted for the sofa bed which had a thin mattress and a little uncomfy. My twin was fine. On arrival, noticed a sachet of sugar on the floor by the window, a screwed-up piece of paper on the base of the standard lamp. A very large dark hair was on the pillow-- from the housekeeping staff and not the previous guest I hope? The lock for the main door was extremely stiff and hard to use, even for my son.One bathrobe did not have a belt. The wash basin did not empty very well.On the first morning, I used a flask which was supposed to contain hot water. It was lukewarm and had a distinct taste of coffee. The third morning, the hot water urn contained lovely hot water but the urn had not been been cleaned as it contained coffee residue!Sorry to be so negative but if things are not pointed-out, they cannot be rectified for further guests.We stayed in room 1174 by the way,

Brilliant location and block out curtains. Perfect for the weary traveller. We had a family studio which was great. M&S food hall down the road so we purchased breakfast from there. The microwave in the room is great too. Currently they are only providing service to the room every 3 or so days on request but this was no issue. We didn’t use the online check in feature but it is available. Will gladly stay here again.

Superb location with great staff and very quiet rooms! Good selection of gin in the primo bar and pretty fairly priced, however soft drinks are ridiculously priced including coke. Meals overall seem expensive but the portions are large so good value for money considering the location.

This hotel is in the perfect location, close to Big Ben, the Eye and Parliament and also several tube stations. Our room was actually quite large and comfortable, but was lacking a few basic things that you would expect a hotel at this price to have. There werent lamps on the bedside tables (there were some overhead lights thoand there was a charging station/ converter on the writing desk, but not on the beside tables. Also, the hair dryer provided didnt have a plug that matched the bathroom outlet, so I had to dry my hair in the main room. If you get a room facing the atrium, you wont have a view to the outside so we asked for that, and had a partial view of Big Ben. If thats something you are looking for, you can ask the front desk at check in.

This review is for the Broserrie Joel restaurant specifically:Yes, our service was excellent Our waitress Christina was excellent! We came here for our engagement dinner. Christina brought us a desert, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and was extremely kind to us. I appreciated her service as well as the salmon main course. I didn’t particularly enjoy all of the food, but I Can’t say enough about her service—if you get her, treat her well!

This is my second time staying in this hotel. It is a perfect weekend gateway. Specially if you book the top floor suite with the view of London. I loved the spa and Agatha was a great masseuse she was so professional and their service altogether was excellent. Highly recommend the spa experience and overall Im a happy guest like always.

Hotel located within walking distance to International Pancras Station. Its also very close to the the Wheel and Big Ben. Tourist buses and local buses located just a couple steps from the front of the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Its my second time staying in this hotel and I would définition return on my next visit to London

Beautiful hotel. Very modern and extremely clean. The beds are so comfortable its unreal. Blackout curtains are a great touch, ensuring a great nights sleep. Would definitely return.

I have stayed in many hotels but for me this is by far one of the best in town. I just love staying here when we have our annual conference in London.The hotel is in a brilliant location with easy access to Westminster bridge, the South Bank and all the glorious landmarks London has to offer.The staff are super efficient and friendly. The room I stayed in was spotless with ample supplies of toiletries, tea, coffee and biscuits.My bed was comfortable and I had a very good nights sleep (which is always great!)Although I skipped breakfast on this one occasion, I have previously had it at the hotel and suffice to say,it has always been superb - hot, fresh and tasty. I most certainly will be coming back! Thanks to all the team at Westminster Plaza.

It didnt started well and of course I ended badly. So there was a mistake in the booking of our flight and we couldnt make it to London so we requested an exception to be reimbursed which they refused. 1000 pounds in their pocket so easy.Thank you.We of course will never try to come back at this hotel and we recommend no one does.

Booked for 2 nights during the weekend - checked in early as I flew an overnight flight. Alessio was great and tried to get us a room within the hour. The studio was very nice with a separate living room. We ordered breakfast for £25 and it was a very good English breakfast. Checked out was swift and overall highly recommended.

Great hotel, excellent location within 4 minute walk from Big Ben. Close to everything, even to the boats.Lovely breakfast, good service, our room was specious and the view was nice of London Eye.Few restaurants and cafe in the hotel, very convenient.Our stay was fantastic.

pool day was so needed. had a relaxing time in the spa. rooms were good. sushi in the hotel is recommended as it was very good and fresh. Leo was nice, helpful, welcoming and attentive.

Hotel is beautiful and views from the room over the London eye and Big Ben are stunning. Joel Brasserie food is amazing and our waitress Cristina provided the best and most friendly service. She made sure my allergies were catered for and couldn’t do enough to help us! Thanks for making our evening so wonderful Cristina.I highly recommend this hotel and the location is great.

Used to be the best hotel around.Not sure what happened but things got much worse.Minibar empty, breakfast not included in corporate rate, no bathrobes, cleaning only every 3rd day, pool need to book slots, drinks in the bar need to be paid immediately, bar closes at 11pm already.Hope things will get back to normal sooner than later.

Room for family is fine but sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Servicing of room is below expectations. Requested but didn’t happen. Breakfast was very disappointing. Use of ballroom for breakfast seemed very busy, not special. The stay was not cheap at all but breakfast seemed very cheap service.Location is the key part of staying here but service is significantly reduced since I last stayed before COVID.

Weve been here a few times and this time the hotel seems tired. A few parts werent as they have been and basics such as trays in showers not fixed to the wall and lots of dust in the room. This could as rooms arent cleaned daily since COVID and not sure why but definitely isnt helping the day to day wear and tear. Room service trays left for a long time is t what I think you should see for a lot of money for a 3 night stay. Fond memories of this great place and the people working in it havent lost their sparkle so 10 of of 10 but needs a few little things pulling back. There will be some that comment on this and disagree and Im pleased for you but not up to how it was and thats ashame.

We absolutely loved the stay here! We had booked for a double room but, on arrival, were given a free upgrade to a suite! The staff were very polite and helpful and the rooms were in great condition.If youre visiting, do spend some time in the swimming pool and the sauna. The breakfast was pretty good although I would have liked some more continental variety. Overall, I would visit again and recommend!
