Jelle’s help was beautiful at the desk service we had such a nice time with him and the hotel was such a nice experience especially Jelle helped us so much during our time here. He’s such a helpful guy!

Overpriced hotel where you can’t even enjoy the pool as a hotel guest, because it’s full of school kids getting external lessons. So hotel guests are clearly lowest priority!!!! Never experienced such a ridiculous set up.Edited to respond to owners comment:Nice PR reply, but completely fake. When I complained at the reception, your staff didn’t care, didn’t apologize and thought it was fine because mostly there weren’t many hotel guests. And YES it will stop me from paying 300€ per night for a hotel with a small overcrowded pool.

I love staying here when I come from the States to visit my company headquarters in the NL. The staff is extremely friendly. Located at the edge of the city, its nice & quiet to come back to after a dinner somewhere in the city center. They have a pool that is nice to get some exercise, too. They are also very close to walking/ running trails/ paths.It was my first time back since the pandemic started & I was a bit disappointed by the dust I found on windowsills & shelves. Floors were extremely clean, though & the bathroom was clean. You can always ask to have the dust cleaned. Ill still keep coming back as I love the location & the friendly staff.

One of the worst service ever had at Park Plaza. The day I checked in the room 316 provided was not clean and the carpet was dirty and there was chewing gum stuck to it. I requested a change of room at reception but they said there is no room available with queen size bed and they did not change the room for two days. On 3rd day they assigned another room 315 to me and the room AC was not working. Complained again, but they didnt have any room available. Now on the 4th day when I came back at night, the room service was not done and the room was so messy. I have all the pictures and videos of the room. According to them every 3rd day they have deep cleaning but unfortunately no cleaning was provided. Such service that too during Covid! I stayed there for 7 days in a dirty room. I never expected this kind of service by Park plaza!! They dont have the proper staff to serve the customer, they do not provide room service properly, and they have not even provided toiletry. This was my worst stay ever in any 4-star property. I have added photos of room as they said they cleaned the room.

I just want to give all my credits to a very profesional and service minded lady at the reception (shame on me i do not remember her namewith glasses and shinny smile all day long, thanks for your pacience with the crazy spanish group! Trully well recomended, well be back!

Comfortable rooms but low ceiling hallways and slow elevators. Breakfast is good but average selection. Convenient parking.

When I say horrible, I mean I have never stayed at a worse hotel in my life. Avoid like the plague, much better places to stay in Eindhoven.Horrible rooms, stinky carpets and very bad room service. They don’t even make your beds properly or change coffee/tea packets. The AC didn’t work so I was given a plastic table fan.

Expensive Just stayed there because company recommended and for the free shuttle. The later they made mistakes several times and send you on a paid taxi which they refuse to reimburse. There are better options near by.

You can be there within 5 min. by foot.We would book the Park Plaza again!

The Business Suite in room 224 had no working ac and three big rooms with direct sunlight. The temperature in the room was around 27-30 degrees Celsius the whole stay. We got fans that helped a little if you sat directly in front of them. It was horrible and destroyed our entire stay. And we had to pay full price. Otherwise the hotel was nice. Good breakfast. Nice with spa and gym.

Discriminating venue. I was rejected In this hotel because I’m Russian. How’s it possible in the Netherlands I don’t knowI lived in the Netherlands for five years, finished studies here, and work as a highly skilled employee. I didn’t come with tanks to this hotel, nor wearing a T-shirt with logo “go Putin”. I’m a normal person who happened to be Russian and was rejected on this basisDecide for yourself if you want to support this venue

A friend and I stayed at Park Plaza for 1 night, Saturday to Sunday in March. There was a convenient and nice drive around at the front where we parked our car until we settled with the desk where the parking was. When first walking in the lobby you are overtaken by its size and beauty, very clean and open, not too busy with furniture and such. The employees at the front desk spoke excellent english and where overly kind and helpful! The check was done online so getting the key took 1 minute. The parking was open, but right behind the hotel and with plenty of spots. The room was perfect size with plenty of daylight, and very clean! There was a nice size pool with a small gym attached and a very cozy restaurant for breakfast. The lounge was roomy and comfortable to hang out in. The were also two restaurants next to the lobby for fine dining. Great hotel, decent pricing and kid friendly. I cant wait to re visit Eindhoven and stay at the Park Plaza again!!

I am not sure what went wrong. The hotel staff at the reception was very friendly. Unfortunatly the room we got had very little to do, with the pictures on the website. The room was small and everything felt cramped and outdated. There were stains on the carpet and it was not possible to open the windows.All in all convenient place to stay location-wise, but would not recommend for a romantic weekend-getaway at all.

Very nice clean hotel. Sadly couldnt use all the facilities due to covid but not the hotels fault. Very friendly and helpful staff. Went out of there way to help.room was good had evey thing u need.slept too well.only down side was the breakfast. It was a bit bland. Again due to covid. Will come back to this wonderful hotel and city again

Fantastic views over Eindhoven from this lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful & friendly and the location is perfect for exploring the city. With great leisure facilities like a gym, sauna, and swimming pool - Ill definitely be back when work brings me back to Eindhoven again.

It was a perfect stay. Hotel is well-located, modern, comfortable and room was either large or quiet.Staff was very helpful, kind and cared about guests. Swimming pool and gym available. Fast wifi. I can fully recommend!

Park Plaza is my absolute favourite hotel when I’m in Eindhoven. It’s located within walking distance from city center and train station.Rooms are large and clean and the staff is super friendly.

Nice hotel to stay at when you are in Eindhoven. Good spacious rooms, wi-fi, room service, co-operative Staff. Well connected with city centre. The hotel has different cusine restaurant nearby so its good. Good to have breakfast at the hotel. Overall a good experience and would recommend to stay during your visit in Eindhoven.

No internet connection with TV. Balcony with a lock that it is impossible to go outside. Superior Queen room like a prison room. Little and no space. Payment upon receipt of the keys, mass which is not included in the booking. I do not recommend.

Very friendly and professional staff. Shopping streets within walking distance and great indoor swimming pool with adjecent gym (available with reservation so only you and your family are present per 30-minute timeslot!).Raddison Reward members are also fully recognised and treated perfectly! Our 3-day stay gave us plenty of positive energy to return happily back home! 👍👌🙏😇

We had a nice stay in park plaza in Eindhoven over the weekend. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The entrance area had a very nice ambience.As a disadvantage can be mentioned that you can expect more for a breakfast price of around € 20. Due to the corona pandemic, there was unfortunately no buffet, only breakfast bags.

Our room had many defects. Shower was broken, there was only hose and it was really cold - heater was on, but window is old .. it was around 10 degree there - really really cold. Mug was broken - one could cut his mouth. :/ Beyond the breakfast was really huge and tasty and the receptionist was nice and friendly.

Very nice hotel, located in a great part of the city center. Very quiet at night, easy to sleep.Luz (lucy?at the front desk was particularly helpful with my check in/out process. So professional and kind.Parking is conveniently right behind the hotel, but it is very difficult to get a spot after 18:30.The breakfast is standard, no complaints.The rooms are good. The fridge is a little bit old, and the bathroom counter had a stain, but nothing terrible. The one thing that made me very nervous was the step down from the tub to the floor. Its very steep, and theres not much to hold on to. Be careful there.

No mechanics or staff who can fix the problem as well, as it is weekend as per them.Perhaps, the bed lenins were not entirely clean as there were spots and unusual smell on the bed and the room itself.They need to improve this aspect.Generally the hotel is minimalist in style.All in all I will give an above average rate for this hotel, as the Front desk staff is great and helpful.

We loved it, staff are great really polite and helpful. we loved the use of the sauna and pool. The area is great for restaurants bars and night life our hotel was in walking distance from Eindhoven station and really quiet.

Very nice and spacious twin room and big toilet. Cleaned regularly but on one occasion seemed like a rush job. Nevertheless, staff are lovely and accommodating. Very low chance of getting an early check in.

This was the perfect location for New Year’s Eve in Eindhoven. I enjoyed the sound proof hotel room especially because of the occasion . It’s in walking distance to all the main parts of the city . My group and I had a joining rooms .Paying for parking was not good ( 17€ per day but at least over this period I knew my car was safe off the street .Breakfast was had on the street the following day . We did not have the hotel’s breakfast .Pool area and gym are good and recommended!

Normally a fan of this hotel, but this time our visit was not what it should be. We both had the feeling the mattresses sloped down at the legs and the bathroom got some strange black spot.The front desk very sorry to hear it and did take action immediately, but seeing we told her when we left it was of no use for us (our bad)Overall

Lovely big room and huge bed. The floor was a bit squeaky on the entrance to the room and the batroom, but that wasnt a deal breaker. Leisure suite with swimming pool and sauna was a nice addition which we used. Staff were helpful though getting through to reception proved impossible through their phones. The hotel is a short walk from city centre and 15mins walk from train station. We enjoyed our time here and would definately stay again

Good hotel and Nice employees. The breakfast is good and they also bring u coffee or tea. It has a nice swimming pool and a small but ok fitness area. I booked the wrong day and they did not charge me, i call that great service

The bathroom cleaning brush on the side was super dirty. There was a particular person at the check in counter who was was, to put it politely, treating us like he was doing us a favor and we were his underlings. The rooms were a joke. They say 4 stars yet there was no 4 star service. They rarely pick the phone at the reception. I can safely say that a 1 star restaurant would have a better view than the chimney and terrace view that our twin room had. The place did not feel welcoming at all. Id say all in all please do not go for PP Eindhoven until you get a great deal.Id love to mention that Sanne at the desk was nice to us. So thank you Sanne for being the only face that made us feel welcome.

Wonderful service. I was greeted and treated with the utmost respect. I was given a speedy check in and a complimentary drink at the bar. My stay was for a few weeks and I received wonderful service the entire way through. Deep cleaning and periodic check ins made it feel like they took notice on my needs

Great hotel. I did an over night here. Reasonably priced. Quite. Comfortable beds and rooms. The facilities are great too. The breakfast here was fantastic. Far beyond what I had expected. The hotel was very clean and bright with a good entrance. The staff were very helpful and friendly and had excellent English. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any length of time.

Not the cleanest hotel, but the staff is helpful. Sadly, it may be the best hotel in the area, at least in its price range. If you want a cool room during hot seasons, dont stay here. The AC barely functions. The beds are quite comfortable, although hot. The leather chair in the room was a design error. It smells like sweat until you disinfect it with a wipe.The immediate area houses mostly Indian, Chinese and Japanese food. There are also a couple of French-ish places a stones throw away. Easily within walking distance is an area packed with restaurants and pubs. Most of them serve food you wont be happy you ate later, but the beer is excellent.

Comfortable and modern hotel within 20 minutes walk of the station and easy reach of the city centre. Rooms are clean, beds are large. The on-site pool, sauna and gym are free to use. Breakfast is comprehensive. Best feature here is the staff who are attentive, friendly and multi-lingual!

I have been coming to this Hotel regularly for several years. In general I like it. However this time the room temperature was very low. The Hotel does not offer individual Temperature control. The staff - though very friendly - could not offer a workaround (electric heater for the room).So if you are used to warm temperatures... dont go there in the cold season.Another thing that I noticed over the years: Even small hotels on the country side have adapted to the digital age and offer bedside outlets and even USB outlets to charge devices like phones, tablets, watches, etc. At the Art Hotel, you need to unplug a lamp in order to charge your device. On one of my last stays I complained about it, and this time I found an extension cord that was brought to my room.Two thumbs up for the staff!Two thumbs down for the management!

This is a reasonably outfitted hotel, nothing stellar, but the hotel staff were exceptional. Aside from being prompt at check in they were informative regarding their Gold Points Plus program, and when I asked late at night about the fitness room, the manager on staff did not hesitate to SHOW it to me and offer to open it earlier upon request the next morning.The restaurant and bar are nothing special, but the location is great, making downtown offerings very accessible.
