Park Lepelenburg in Utrecht

Walking through Utrecht and come upon this beautiful green space. Really peaceful and lovely spot for a picnic 😊

Great Park in Utrecht

A good, spacious park with somewhat clean grass in a decent location, what else to ask for?This is one of my favorite parks to go to on a sunny day in Utrecht. Its always bustling with friendly locals and students alike in a peaceful neighborhood some 10mn walk from the centre of town.The one major downside to this lovely park are the facilities; the bathrooms are terribly dirty, and the few benches are metallic and run down. Luckily the grass is usually clean so sitting on the ground is no issue

This is a very nice small park direct in the city just to have a break. There is some grass to sit on it, a playground and a open air stage for music. People are playing, making gym or just chilling in the sun. Most time it is crowded. In the morning it is nice.

Lepelenburg Park used to be a chic park for events, concerts and picnics. Nowadays its filled with underground garbage containers, urinals and shabby looking visitors who drink alcohol and use drugs.

One of the best parks in Utrecht would recommend going here.

It is a quiet place, with a youthful atmosphere, you have a great time in that park.

Its a quiet and cool place to enjoy your book and coffee here.

Usually less crowded than Wilhelmina and Griftpark. Enough shade. Theres public lounging chairs here if you like to get a tan. Very close to the city centre. Attracts students and families alike.

The best place in the city to lay and just be. Always something happening and enough new friends to make. Plus free use of community frisbee!

Small park by the water with a nice vibe and plenty of trees and sun (when he is out that is...). A lot of festivals around this place and BBQs during warm days.

Well, its a park. But a nice one. Not too far from city center and right next to De Singel. When the sun is out its a good place to chill out with some friends. Take some drinks, some food. BBQ is allowed but make sure you clean up after yourself. They do have some toilets set up. Can get very crowded on a beautiful sunny day!

Another beautiful park in the heart of Utrecht. But as with just about everywhere in The Netherlands, not everyone loves their dogs enough to clean up after them. Watch your step, and youll enjoy all the green spaces!

Nice area with some benches to sit in the sun, a band stand, small toddler playground, and a large, open field of grass

Beautiful Park, located just near the city centre. Great atmosphere during spring and summer. Dont forget to try out one of those long seats.
