We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located near train station, just a short walk.We appreciate hotel manager Nikitas help! He made conscious effort to greet and ask us about the stay. The hotel has kindly allowed us to extend the late check out. That is very much appreciated.Great spread on the breakfast

Newer Park Inn Hotel in center of Novosibirsk. In easy walking distance to the main train station, and many restaurants. Hotel is cleen and rooms are well equipped. Staff is another story, by far the most unprofessional reception staff I experienced on a Radisson hotel, not very interested in communicating with you in English... Unless you have to pay.. Then they speak fluident. Email replay is exceptional slow, and agreed check in/out times are not upheld. Radisson chain really need to sort out there problematic approach to customer service.!

We booked the hotel directly. RUB3600 included 2 breakfasts, early check-in at 11:00 and late checkout at 18:00. The hotel is new and the staff are friendly. It is located next to the train station.

Excellent location near the main railway station, airport express bus terminal and next to the underground. Bright cheerful room design helps a lot in this drab and joyless city. Bedding is on par with higher class hotels, we slept like babies!Profound thanks should go to Front Desk Associate Anastasia who found us a vacant room eight hours before check-in time.

Too noisy, located right next to the citys main railway station, can hear trains passing by at night. Very hard to sleep.If you are going to stay here dont forget to grab ear plugs.Breakfast is good.

It was one night full of confuses: the stuff at the desc made me miserable about the available options they may charde my creditcard. Then she offered me a takeaway breakfast when she knew Im going to checkout at 4AM. But at the actual time of the check out it appeared that I didnt confirm it, so they left me without it. And wifi stopped working the moment you checkout, this is what they so best!
