Great location next to SM mall

great place to stay when in Davao, its accessible to any location, near SM lanang...

The hotel isnt what is used to be. The shower isnt hot, the shower head hinges were loose, breakfast did not live up to its price, and traffic was so bad going there. Their service was the only saving grace in my stay there.

Good hotel that connected to SM mall via sky bridge, so make it easy to find food out side hotel.

Had a great time. Room is very clean. Food is delicious. Staff are very friendly. Location is very convenient as it is next to a mall. Highly recommended. You wont regret it.

Location is good, there a foot bridge connecting to SM lanang. Rooms are so so. Better to join Radisson Hotel app, for points earning. Pool is small. Didnt try the bfast buffet.

We never stayed there as they could not offer a double bed.Location was perfect and staff were so polite but we went elsewhere.

I am staying here currently and there are cockroaches in the room. Feel cheated that the room is infested with bugs. I am posting a video proof as well.The mini bar Fridge doesn’t work. I will update my review again as I am here for next 3 days but big red flag on day 1

Very Average for the price charged per night.Even the breakfast buffet was not great.Very dissapointed

Hotel in generally pretty good but a bit tired around the edges! If was in A1 condition then it would justify the price but given it isn’t it’s a bit overpriced. Staff are all very friendly just note that the restaurant staff are very keen to knock off on time. If you go for breakfast after 9.30 you options will be limited as they are focused on tidying away rather than topping up the buffet. Tried the restaurant one night also 30 mins b4 closing and was not even offered a limited offering simply told they were not serving any more food. By this time the mall across the bridge is closed so not much in the way of options and a hangry sleep. I would expect a hotel of this level to at least have the ability to serve a sandwich or a pizza etc. Really good location though and very friendly helpful staff.

Really Poor customer service. Took too long to no show when we request something (e.g. hotel towel, water pitcher etc). One time they didnt even answered our call. On the bright side, we asked for an extra chair for our room and thankfully they gave us one. Their room is also cozy and nice to stay in. Has overlooking view around the area and has connecting bridge to a mall, SM Lanang.Also kudos to them for having this breakfast heat map. Its something that not every hotel has.

The place is nice and clean. And so very convenient having a mall near by.

The best hotel in Davao City breakfast is soooo freakin delicious. Pool is ok and the good part is it is connected to SM Lanang Premier so no need to use your car to shop. Ample parking spaces are also available

The front desk very nice people very helpful top service.Breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet found is a local breakfast, it has nothing to do with an international breakfast. The quality is very poor. The staff at the breakfast buffet is very nice and helpful. The rooms are standard furnished. The TV could be a little bigger. The bathroom should be thoroughly cleaned of limescale and fungal deposits, the shower area inside and out is just disgusting.I stayed in this hotel for 14 days

3* for hotel, 4* for location.Basic hotel with spacious rooms. Cleanliness of rooms is questionable though, and cockroaches have been seen. They only provide a big bottle of generic shampoo/body wash, so may be good to have your own.Very convenient location though, with a covered link way to SM Mall with a wide selection of food and leisure options.

We were celebrating a very special occasion and all the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Everything we asked for was sorted straight away and with a genuine smile. The Park Inn is hitting international hotel standards perfectly. Room service, housekeeping, front desk, restaurant: everyone is doing a fantastic job. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Air-con excellent, wifi strong and reliable, bedroom spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool was very clean and well-kept.Only things that could be improved:- Some small maintenance issues in the room (732). The bathroom door has swollen with humidity so doesn’t quite close properly. And the holder for the bidet is coming away from the wall slightly. But neither of these things caused us a problem. The TV didn’t seem to be working, but we were happy using the wifi.- The bar at the pool seems to have a slight issue with stock. We couldn’t get tonic water (for gin), and several juices were out of stock. But the staff were very helpful and apologetic so this isn’t a mark against them.- The breakfast buffet could be better for western tastes. Eggs and some very soft sausages were the only western-style cooked foods that you’d expect in an international hotel. We’d have liked some hash browns, baked beans, mushrooms or tomatoes… Even three cooked options would be good! But two was a bit limiting.Overall a fantastic stay! We would return and recommend to our friends and family. Thank you Park Inn for making us feel so welcome and relaxed!

We are a family of 6. The hotel had a bit of confusion using a third party booking site for our larger family. But the hotel quickly made up for that. Joining rooms. Extra beds, sheets and pillows. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are friendly. This hotel made our two nights in Davao excellent! Thank you Park Inn!

Location & price is good since its close to SM lanang in Davao. They serve good option for breakfast as well ( the typical filipino breakfastwhich I like😬 The bad side is their services are very slow, like check & checkout takes as forever ( theres only one reception when we checkd outwe have to make severalcalls if we need room service . But room is clean & spacious.

This hotel wasn’t too bad.It has ample parking space and easy to get to. I also like its close proximity to SM Lanang mall… easy access to restaurants and stores. The suite we stayed in was nice and clean. Had a ridiculously large bathroom space but not complaining about that. ^_^Hospitality service could be better. Or it might have only been because they were swamped with people on a Wednesday. Buffet spread was not what I expected from a nice hotel like this one. Most of the dishes served were Filipino lunch/dinner dishes. With some eggs, a tocino and danggit thrown in on side for real breakfast options.All doors inside our suite won’t shut properly, which can be a quick fix.Overall, we had a good overnight stay at this location. Would definitely come back. Just hoping the breakfast spread’s better next time. ^_^

Stayed two days at Acacia ( which was an on the day bookingbefore moving to Park inn which we had booked ahead of time.This is not sponsored by Acacia but couldnt help compare as we stayed at the two hotels in continuation.We had hired a motorbike (Nmaxto travel around the city as it was our first time in Davao.A heavy downpour started when we returned to the hotel on the night of April 15, with no covered parking available we spoke to the security and parked the bike at the entrance under the supervision of the security ensuring it dosent block the drive way or any other exit ways.Went back down at 12am to check if I can move the motor bike and it was still pouring. Wished the security good night and went to sleep.5 30/6 am reception started calling us asking us to move the bike , went down half asleep and it was still raining , moved the bike in the rain.I hope the situation was better understood and better managed .Having stayed at the Acacia few things we found convenient in comparison for a better price.1. Acacia has underground parking, if it rains you dont need to worry.2. Acacia has bigger newer Samsung TVs, could screen share vs Smaller Samsung Tv in Park inn with Cable.3.Acacia has better beds and much better pillows.4. The pool and gym in Acacia is open until 9pm, Park inn closes at 5:30 pm and gym needs to be reserved ahead of time (did not check how much ahead of time)5. Acacia had a few more options in terms of food , there was dinner buffet by the pool, luk foo palace and waling waling . Luk foo needs reservation which was easy to do.The positives -1. Decent size bathrooms (bigger than acacia)2. Good Wifi3. The resturant has a heat map which is helpful to know busy times4. Super quick check out - I hope they continue this.

Issue about service: requested assistance regarding WIFI since we needed internet access for work. Weve been always told to wait--and so we did. We waited for nothing though.

After 2yrs of heightened alert & bombarding restrictions, this hotel has that distinct smell of aging. But still the place is looking pretty well. The location is a big plus for visitors.

One of the newest hotels in Davao. The cut of the rooms is a bit smaller compared to others but is very clean and the design is modern. The pool area is a bit smaller too. I guess thats the trend for new hotels these days unlike the cut of Marco Polo or other older hotels. Rates are affordable though and its conveniently located in front SM Lanang so if you need anything you can just walk across. And I must commend the staff of RBG because they are very accomodating.

The shower doesnt drain properly so when showering its like taking a bath in your own filth. The breakfast buffet was pure chaos. Shampoo and conditioner was provided but no soap bars to wash your body. The tv for the wall size is tiny and out of place.Later in the day around 6pm the hotel staff allow me to change rooms. This new room is much better. The staff is very helpful.

Stayed at park inn for 3 nights,Pros: the location was convenientStaff was friendly and tried to be helpfulCons:First night in the room, the aircon rattled which woke me up at 3 am.Changed rooms the next night and the room was in need of repairs. Shower head and walls had visible mould, shower leaks and floods the bathroom, door has expanded and so you cannot close the bathroom doorThe closet has automatic light sensors and turns off when both doors were closed. Unfortunately 1 door was missing and needed someone to come and disconnect the light.New room was in a dead spot and could not get wifi access.The level had a chique 1980s vibe and had a strong smell of bleach.Overall the staff was friendly but the rooms are in need of renovation.

Very friendly stuff but not organized. Hotel and restaurant have no chic and charm. The food is good and the breakfast excellent. The pool is just open from Friday to Sunday?

The overall experience was great. They have very accommodating staff, good ambiance, proximal to a mall and delicious food. The only concern was the internet connection. I hope they can improve on that part.

The room is good and cozy, however, bathroom may be improved. Aircondition system is quite disappointing eventhough how many times we have tried adjusting to its lowest temperature. None the less, still a relaxing place.

A good place to stay specially if you have conventions to attend across the smx center. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. A little improvement on rbg grill on buffet choices and desserts. Most desserts are hard and dense to eat. The grill menu is savory and reasonably priced.

Worst hotel experience! Aircon is not working properly! towel is lacking,Hope you check everything before clients arrive. Night for relaxing turns out to be a stresssful night.

I turned on the air conditioner, but it rained in the room.I ordered room service and paid in dollars because there was no peso, but the exchange rate is 15-20 percent higher.Even credit card payments are not allowed.

Hotel is clean, good AC but breakfast is just plain bad. The hotel will probably blame it on Covid but no excuse is valid for what was served to us. No other guests in the dining room at 8:15 am. We had to wait 30 minutes for dryand cold omelet, dry bread, old fruit. Nobody ever came to ask if we needed anything else. Very disappointing after we are normally quite happy. As an added comment for management: None of the alcohol or hand cleansing devices in the dining room, next to the check in counter or next to the elevators had any liquid in it. When I made a comment about this at the checkin counter I was just told "try another one".

Stayed here after Ive had a very late flight and arrived around 2 am. My stay was okay. The highlight for me was the breakfast because I also have to leave early again to catch another flight. Food was great. And the staff there was very helpful.Smoking area was very far from the hotel. Should designate area closer and not in an unshaded area.

I had a great experience staying at the Park Inn Hotel. Staff was friendly and professional. The lobby was artfully decorated and check in was a breeze.My room was welcoming and comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean and pristine.I enjoyed my stay and wished I could’ve stayed longer. If you are traveling to Davao, I would highly recommend this hotel to you for solo traveling, a romantic getaway, or a family stay.

Services are excellent! Their rooms are peacefully cool, clean, their beds are big with king sizes and with excellent bathroom equipped with modern showers. Toiletries are being supplied daily with good supply of paper tissues. The best thing is their food in Park Inn Hotel. You dont know what to pick due to varieties of viands, fruit and vegetable salads and dessert foods . The hotel is equipped also with nice swimming pool and gym. I am planning to bring my family in this hotel once we visit Davao in the near future.

Friendly staff all around, always willing to help which, in a hotel, is a must.Colorful rooms make it lively. So much so, that you do not want to leave because of how comfortable it makes you feel.One of the best hotel breakfasts ever.

Staff are extremely courteous. They even moved us to a connected-room type LAST MINUTE so that itll be convenient for the family. Requests are fulfilled in a timely manner such as asking them to arrange a transportation, room service requests, etc.Buffet food selection during breakfast was limited, expensive as hell for its price.Room was clean and comfortable. They even added extra slippers and towels, as well as towels we can bring outside the hotel during our trips.

The hotel is just 4 kilometers away from the airport and is across a mall. It is spacious and has great amenities. The food is remarkable. Though they served buffet meals, the quality and quantity is superb. They also present diverse selections that wont get you bored even if you stay for a number of days. The staff are accommodating and looks immediately after your needs. The rooms are well-kempt and the home service is consistent with cleanliness and refill of room necessities.
