Definitely the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at in Ireland, USA, or Canada. I’d love if the hotel would contact me and issue a refund for my stay. Its a stones throw from the airport so the location is great for anyone needing a hotel next to it. But our room was really dirty, literal dust webs hanging from the ceiling, bathroom very gross, shower head literally falling apart, the heater didnt want to work (and its also directly behind the curtains so if you want the windows blocked then youre also blocking the air). I called reception to ask how to get it to work but still nothing. There was a fan in the room, but it was filthy caked in dust. The bathroom door had to be quite literally body slammed to open or shut. All of the electrical outlets were on the far side of the room, not by the beds. The hotel doors provided zero sound relief, we could hear every sound, definitely the noisiest room Ive ever had at a hotel. We were on 2nd floor. I see the hotel has so many great reviews, and Im not normally a picky person so Im not sure if we got the dirtiest worst condition room in the entire hotel. If we hadnt checked in so late after such a long day of travelling, I wouldve asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else. Still wish I hadnt paid so much for such a bad stay.

I was very impressed by the warm welcome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very SPACIOUS well designed. The bar staff where really great the atmosphere in the hotel is lovely. I was very happy with my stay here. Thank you guys.

I booked this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport. When we arrived, I realized that I had accidently booked the hotel for the following night. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked for the night we needed but Rohan at the front desk was so kind and helpful. He called other nearby hotels to help us find a place to sleep for the night and helped us cancel the original reservation. He did not need to go out of his way to help us the way he did. We will definitely be staying here during our next trip to Ireland.

I made a booking error on my end, and the receptionist was extremely accommodating, and worked hard to find a room for me, saving me from a night without a place to stay. Was happy to be welcomed to Ireland with such kind hospitality.

This place was good. Expensive at 190 euros per night. Breakfast was excellent. I loved the airport. Constantly felt I was on the way for a flight. But let them sort the baggage trouble and cancellations first. Very very nice place.

Average hotel. Offered breakfast with not a single sign saying that it was different than any other hotel complimentary breakfast. No signs about prices or anything. Got to the desk after eating a small bowl of fruit, a couple small croissants and some potatoes and we got charged 26 euro on check out for it. They absolutely prey on people leaving for their flights who don’t have time to sit and argue over this shady trick. The normal restaurant advertised their prices outside the door and on the menu, the breakfast buffet had zero signs at all. Shame on the hotel for this practice.

I had an issue with my booking due to a 3rd party booking site. The receptionist proactively called for the manager to help sort it out. The manager got everything taken care of very quickly, and I was able to check in without any problems and relax before my early morning flight the next day.Additionally, the gentleman acting as bartender was very kind and friendly, as well as interesting to talk to as I squeezed in a few last pints of Guinness before leaving Ireland. There were some young Ukrainian children staying in the hotel with their families who came around after supper, and he gave them biscuits and that was nice!Room was very nice and comfortable. I slept well and never even heard an airplane while inside.

Very nice accommodation...very clean and kept and super close to the airport just a walk across the parking lot. Room service was excellent

Thank goodness for Park Inn in ShannonWe arrived in Shannon Airport early but all food halls & bars closed...too early to check in....we had a lovely meal in the Park InnWe were served by Raji a lovely gentlemanFood was very good too

The most convenient location you could possibly have, if you’re taking a flight the following day- just meters from Shannon Airport. On top of that, the room are clean and comfortable. There is a bar/restaurant on site, with a friendly and attentive staff serving good food and pints.

This is a 3 star hotel in european terms. Room was clean, bathroom too but some details are not that clean, deposits in the sink. I stayed in a room looking at the airport carpark. The room was cold (probably adjused to needs of northern peoplefor me, asked for some help and was given a heater which helped. The room had a large built in cupboard with very useful items, like iron, safe, etc., plenty of towels provided. The bar was friendly, breakfasts are splendid.
