Amazing - got out of the train in some really suspicious Charleroi neighbourhood (Marchiene-au-Pontin the middle of the night, and the hotel manager even helped arrange a ride to the hotel!

Ruime en propere kamers. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar, fantastisch goede service. Mogelijkheid tot goedkope parking (best op voorhand aan te geven zo gewensten transfer naar de luchthaven. Jammer dat we geen zes sterren kunnen geven. :Wij raden dit hotel zeker aan en komen sowieso terug als we in de toekomst nog eens vanuit Charleroi Airport vliegen.

Hôtel bien situé, pas de nuisance sonore dû au trafic aérien.Très bon accueil.Arrêt de bus juste devant. Petit parking également.Possibilité d’avoir une navette pour l’aéroport.Si les services dédiés à la réfection des routes pouvaient faire un bel asphalte en prolongement de ce qui a été fait et stoppé à 150 mètres, ce serait un confort énorme pour les hôtes qui occupent une chambre côté route.Je laisse éventuellement le soin au propriétaire de donner son avis ;-)

Very spacious and clean rooms with a good bed, the reception was very helpfull and friendly, they brought us to the airport without charging extra costs at 03 in the morning.

We stayed there for a night after Tomorrowland - it was everything fine and we liked the bathtub very much 🥰.The boss himself took care of us and also provided us a shuttle service to the airport as well. Even a small breakfast was prepared at 630AM for us.The rooms are nice and clean.I would absolute recommend that hotel for a stay if u are waiting for your plane.

Wat een fantastische service, de eigenaar verdient een standbeeld! Top plek om te overnachten. De luchthaven is niet makkelijk te voet bereikbaar, maar dit wordt perfect opgelost door de locatie. Aanrader hoor!

Topservice !Wij hadden een vroege vlucht en verbleven een nachtje in het parkhotel om dan in de ochtend door de eigenaar weggebracht te worden. Onze auto konden we daar de hele tijd laten staan. De eigenaar regelde ook een restaurantje voor ons, ruilde onze kamer door mijn boekingsfoutje, gaf flesjes water bij aankomst, vriendelijke uitleg in het Nederlands en kwam ons ook ophalen aan de luchthaven na onze reis. Dit is echt een fantastische man die leeft voor zijn klanten en mooi hotel. Wij komen zeer zeker terug !

A wonderful stay!We stayed there as we were travelling the day after.The front desk person (I assume ownerwas unbelievably helpful and picked us up and drove us to the airport.There was also coffee and croissants provided for us for breakfast even though we did not book it.If youre in the area or catching an early flight do give this place a chance!

Perfect hotel.

Im giving 5 stars mainly because the staff was nice to us. We landed in charleroi airport at 2am and they went to pick us up (they charged us 10 eur but thats OK because the taxis at the airport were changing us 30-40 euros for the same ride and they were also very rude).The hotel is also clean, beds are comfortable, and breakfast is nice.

Its very rare you are taken away by somebodies hospitality in a hotel! Let me tell you the owner (Abdulwho is also the receptionist and concierge knows about customer service!! So welcoming! WiFi codes on the ready, smart tvs with multi lingual channels. I also found out (before Id already paid for the taxithey offer collection and drop off included in your stay... HOSPITALITY! The rooms are really homely, memory foam mattresses. Abdul offered me a free coffee while I waited, great English and really well spoken. If in Belgium and your considering this hotel for the airport I would highly recommend.

Had a one night stay here as we had a very early flight at Charleroi airport. It seems to be a family run hotel and they were very friendly and welcoming. They collected us from the airport pickup point and dropped us back the following day (no charge). There is a 24 hour desk so if you need transport to the airport in the middle of the night then its not a problem.The hotel is very modern inside, we had a large room with an en-suite bathroom. We were given complimentary bottled water on arrival. A pleasant end to our holiday in Belgium.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en prachtige service. Omdat we een vroege vlucht hadden in Charleroi hebben we hier een overnachting geboekt. Onze wagen mocht hier ook gedurende onze reis geparkeerd blijven staan en ze hebben een shuttle dienst naar en van de luchthaven. Alles perfect verlopen. Bij terugkomst na 9 dagen bleek onze wagen een platte batterij te hebben. De vriendelijke man van het hotel heeft ons met startkabels weer op weg geholpen.Een echte aanrader voor mensen met een vroege vlucht vanuit Charleroi.

Im super picky and Ive never found a hotel that I liked until this one. Great friendly service, cool location, lovely rooms and room service. I was unsure about the location at first but ended up loving it! The morning breakfast was a relaxing way to sit and make plans and have a wonderful start to our day!

Very close to the airport, a five-minute walk to the Charleroi airport

The owner was very hospitable, it was difficult locating the hotel, found it abit old fashioned though quiet and it was difficult to get warm dinner since cafeteria closed in the evening

Cozy place with an awesome breakfast. A selection of berries and delicious juices with waffles and other more traditional buffet things.

I do not recommend this hotel! Stay away. My flight was canceled due to to strike, booking told me that the hotel.could possibly refund or partly refund. I phomed up the hotel and i was told that they needed to ask the boss. The boss did nothing ...well i never could talk to him. I was charged full amount of 65...not nice!!!!!!!

The outside does not do this hotel justice, the rooms are very cosy with a big gaint bed to relax before a long flight, it is very close to the AIRPORT, the only let down was the shower was in the bedroom not the bathroom.

We stayed in this hotel in April 2018 for one night only. Very conveniently located near the Charleroi airport. There was a miscommunication regarding our pickup/taxi to the hotel, but the manager was extremely friendly and helpful and ended picking us up for free! The room was basic, but very clean and comfortable (our room wasnt renovated).The restaurant seemed to be closed, but the chef was able to provide a simple meal for us (frites and saladwhich was surprisingly brilliant! We had missed the Belgian fries after long travels abroad!We had an early flight to catch and the manager (again!was so nice to give us a ride, in the middle of the night! This level of service is very rare.Couldnt have asked for more. Thanks to the manager we had a wonderful experience. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Confortable room, with kettle for tea, mini fridge in the room and big windows. The environment of the hotel doesnt shine for its beauty... But its five min drive from the airport.

After a stressful start to my holiday in other accommodation we ended up here a small family of 3 . We booked a suite which was nice but the pictures of the nice bath... were just pictures we had a shower which I was slightly disappointed about however the room was clean tidy comfortable. We probably would have liked a chair in there so we didnt have to sit on the bed . There was enough room for a travel cot and still spare space. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times too . We didnt have food from the hotel as we went out early and they only do breakfast or room service. We got a takeaway which was amazing. We would definitely stop here again though.
