Ei luksusta, mutta erittäin siisti, moderni ja rauhallinen hotelli keskellä kaupunkia. Bonuksena todella kiva pubi, jossa olisi voinut viettää kaikki illat.

Jag hade gärna satt högre betyg för den service vi fick var mycket bra. Från första möte i receptionen till utcheckning. Det vi möttes av på rummet var hur mycket liv det var omkring. Det lät som det var en bowlingbana ovanför då det dånade ovanför rummet nära på dygnet runt. Det var enormt störande.Frukosten var enkelt beskrivet tråkig. Rörigt vid borden då ingen struktur fanns.Prismässigt var det inte överdrivet dyrt men inte heller prisvärt. 5/5 på service men det andra var under medel, tyvärr.

Sijainti aivan paikan ytimessä. Kaikki keskeiset paikat Maarianhaminassa kävelymatkan ulottuvilla.Huoneet siistit ja toimivat.Koira ihmisille 10+ paikka. Meidän karvakorvalle oma tervetuloakortti (jonka hän sujuvasti luki hieman avustuksella), kuppi ja nami.Olimme toista kertaa, mutta emme todellakaan viimeistä kertaa visiitillä.Ravintolan ruoka todella hyvää.Henkilökunta huomaavaisen ystävällistä.

Rooms were clean and functional. A bit impersonal. Could have been a bit more cosier.Breakfast was typical. No "wow"s.

Hyvä perushotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla. Palvelua sai myös suomeksi. Hotellilla sauna ja uima-allas osasto, aamusauna kuului hintaan mutta pystyi myös varaamaan erillismaksusta muina aikoina (10€/hlö/tunti). Huoneen sänky oli hyvä mutta harmillisesti parisänky oli 2 yhden hengen sänkyä vain työnnettynä vierekkäin jolloin väliin jäi ikävä rako. Kylpyhuone oli sopivan tilava.

Siistit huoneet, hyvä sänky. Avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta, palvelua saa suomenkielellä. Aamulla ja iltapäivällä yleinen saunavuoro ja uima-allas, käytiin täällä ja yleinen vuoro oli tyhjä meitä lukuun ottamatta.

Small and simple, but tidy, fresh, with great service, and really good bang for the buck. Situated in central Mariehamn with walking distance to restaurants, beach/seaside, we have stayed at this hotel two years in a row when playing the Ålands Golf Club. If parking is full, then just park next to the hotel and put the "P-skiva" on 9 and you have parking till 11 anyway :).

Viihtyisä, kodikas hotelli Maarianhaminan keskustassa. Huoneet siistit, hiljaista öisin. Ensiluokkaista palvelua ystävälliseltä henkilökunnalta. Aamupalakin tasokas, kivasti lähti sillä päivä käyntiin. Tänne tulee mielellään uudestaan. Suosittelen toisillekin.

Loistava sijainti keskustassa. Palvelut hoituu kaikki tiskiltä, jopa auton vuokraus joka on kätevää kun haluaa käydä koko saaren läpi.Ilmaiset pyörät neljäksi tunniksi on loistava kun haluaa kiertää keskustan ympäri. Sauna löytyy ja sinne saa yleisen vuoron lisäksi yksityisvuoroja. Uima-allas löytyy ja sen voi varata saunan yhteydessä, mutta myös toisen saunan väki pääsee sinne yhtäaikaa.

Good bar and restaurant, decent prices

This is a really nice hotel with clean, simple, Scandinavian decor, which is something I like a lot. The rooms have everything you need and nothing you dont. I appreciated that there was a lot of space for clothing storage and a sufficient number of clothes hangers (always makes me crazy when theres not enough space to hang things!The bathroom was also nicely designed with lots of surface to spread out toiletries and a shower that didnt flood the whole floor (another hotel pet peeve of mine).Best of all was the restaurant. We had booked a three-night package that included dinner. Were vegetarian and there was only one vegetarian main course on the menu, so we asked on night 1 if maybe they could throw something different together for us nights 2 and 3 so that we didnt have to eat the same thing three days in a row, thinking maybe wed get a veggie burger or something. The chef really went above and beyond to make fantastic starters and main courses for us, and the waitstaff were informed in advance so that we didnt even have to repeat our special request. Amazing!

Nice renovated hotel! Clean, cozy room. Kitchen was excellent and with local items. Breakfast was spot on, not too many options to choose from but overall delicious. I enjoyed my stay here!

We brought our dogs and went to get a good start with a breakfast at Park Alandia Hotell since we heard it was a dog friendly hotel. But we didnt feel welcome to the breakfast. The staff said we could sit outside eating the breakfast with the dogs. That was ok since we were lucky the sun where shining there. But there were broken glass under the table and the table were not clean. We felt like we were bothering the staff. The staff were stressed out and didnt tell us properly were to go in/out when fetching breakfast since we sat outside and had to go in and out to get the breakfast. The entrance between the outer serving area and the inner serving area were closed and locked when we arrived. We needed to ask about how to enter and the staff got annoyed about it. The breakfast was ok but far from great. The things you expect where there but it didnt taste fantastic. It was ok. The coffee wasnt warm or strong enough. The croissant were the tiniest I have ever seen. The scrambled egg was soggy and didnt look good it was a bit pink instead of yellow and didnt taste much. There were no fresh fruit. The cheese were good. Sorry but we got really disappointed. We cannot recomend it and will not go there again.

A good and renovated Hotel, Restaurant and Bar. Nice place!

Mariehamn doesn’t come with the appeal of Helsinki - and the capital of Åland Islands has of course zero intentions to compete with ‘Helsingin kaupunki’. Instead it’s a calm and small town great for relaxed short getaways with its interesting history mix of Swedish and Finnish culture. Thus finding a decent dinner spot for more demanding taste buds can be a challenge.With all that in mind, I must say that the restaurant at the recently renovated Hotel Alandia stands out. I had the Artic char which was absolutely delicious in company with parsnip puree 😋👌🏻As the evening moved on I wrapped up with the vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce (simple yet amazing!- before slowly gravitating to the darker pub section. With a bit of a ‘sophisticated dive bar vibe’ with live music, full of people and the perfect place to enjoy the local Stallhaga beer which is a must when in Mariehamn 🍺✌🏻

Rude staff. The ac blew cold air on us. Long wait for the food. And the food was not that great

The Park Alandia is very central in Mariehamn, and quiet and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant was also good. There are many lower-priced restaurants in walking distance.

Not a bad choice of a one-day stay on the way from Finland to Sweden, or vise versa
