Pour ceux qui s attendent à un restaurant français ce n est pas. Acceuil pas très chaleureux et seulement chachlic au menu. Par contre une vue très jolie sur la ville.

We had 6 guests from America arrive. We had been told that Paris cafe was THE place to go to, so we made our way up at noon, not knowing that they didnt open to evening. We met the owner and the cook there who immediately told us that they were closed, but for foreign guests they were open! They served us all they had and it was amazing. An excellent example of Central Asian hospitality!!! We will for sure return in the evening to see the spectacular views by moonlight!
