Paragon Suites in Johor Bahru

Was there recently. Security was quite strict yet polite. Nice view. SG Networks quite strong. Umobile a bit less. Cleaner Lady was helpful and mopped the corridors whole- heartedly. Carpark easy. McD and KFC nearby. Great place.

So fat the best Homestay we ever experienced. Good location if you are driving or using Grab. Facilities are good playground for kids and swimming pool is well maintained.

This place used to be better managed and clean. Now its dusty most of the time with renovation materials and equipment lying around everywhere. The Security Guard make the experience worst. Hope the Management will step up and improve. Overall, this Condo is nice but deteriorating in all aspect.

our airbnb apartment was nice and homely. very spacious and neat. (we had one of the bigger units here, a 3bed4bath unit.)while the location of paragon suites is geographically next to CIQ, this place is NOT at all walkable from CIQ.but the joke is on us, as we didn’t realize grab/cab fares are so affordable, and we walked >30min to the unit from CIQ.we only realized how adorable grab fares are when we were “forced” to take one during the rain in order to head out for din.if you don’t mind taking grab liberally (and you really shouldn’t, because JB in general really isn’t pedestrian-friendlythis location isn’t that bad.security guards on duty were quite helpful too.

Bedroom and bathroom quite comfortable and wide, actually whole house pretty wide 👍🏻 fit about 8 person including kids. Just the decor & furniture just basic stuff so the house suitable for stay to sleep and go, not for ootd. The view from balcony also nice very close can see Singapore 🤍

I am just recently rent here. So I am a legal resident. And im gonna tell in the resident eye and point of view.1The management office?? Stupid. When I first arrived, cozz its in L7 while I need to leave my stuff at the security (GFor in the car accross the road. So I choose to drag everything along.2Absurd location of where to dispose bulky rubbish. Its nearby to carpark area, quite far in my opinion.3Parcel!! As a resident, when I bought an item online, guess where the parcel will be sent to?? ON TOP OF A VENDING MACHINE, FOUNTAIN AREA, MINI GARDEN.. Why?? Courier cannot put in the pigeon box or pass to security. Then if lost or someone else took.. Its finish for the receiver..

Very convenient location with great security (they actually check your id and how many nights youll be staying). Theres also a minimart within the compound too. Can easily travel to malls like ksl or city square and also popular eateries.

Very nice experience.

A good place for a family room instead of hotel.Kondo also have a pool which is very nice and not so many people.

Check-in here for short vacation. Very nice place, can see Singapore from the house we stay. Got swimming pool, gym, kids playground and at the rooftop got barbaque pit and small garden.

Booked an Airbnb here for the weekend. Roads going towards Immigration to Singapore were empty due to Covid-19. Nice place to stay but difficult to go up to parking with a big car.

Great place for staycation~Security is tighter, require to register with ID before entering~V near CIQ but you need to walk along the road with the vehicles~Nearest shopping mall is R&F mall which is about 15min walk~I give 5 stars because the development is quite new, away from noisy street, good security, jacuzzi bathtub~

New condominium with a lot of Airbnb choices. The place has a nice pool and gym. Require transport in and out of the place.

Got waiting area and vending machine down by the security post. Not walkable from CIQ unless yall walk by the roadside (didnt see proper pavement etcWe Grab to and fro there.Guards really did their job. Stopped all our grabs outside while they asked and let us in after we provide the unit number.While waiting for the final grab to custom, they doubled check to cfm we are checking out as well as the unit number.Feel safe staying there :)

Walking distance to CIQ and this building near Stulang Laut where u can enjoy many local food there.

I feel very safe here; guarded by Nepalese security guards. Cameras everywhere. Nice facilities EG. Swimming pool, gym, playground, recreation room

Located right next to JB check point to Singapore. A very nice place to stay with good facilities and security.

It does have sauna, swimming pool, gym, playground for children at level 7, bbq and jacuzzi at roof top, securely guarded by friendly and kind guards..

This place offer great view especially if your accommodation is at the higher level. Since the place is still quite new during our stay, many facilities were not ready. Location is also near city square mall but navigating can be a challenge for first timer.

Nice Airbnb apartment we rent. Have lot of room. Cosy and can accommodate many people. Just that the password to enter the apartment was so complex. We almost struck at the door and cannot enter the apartment. When you get used to the password and how the password for the door worked, it was ok to stay here for 2D1N. 😅

Everything was perfect except for the tv that not clear enough to watch and just have the basic channel to watch....also had a little problem during the check in....but it got fixed laterIt have a tight security so your safety is secured

Maybe my expectations werent aligned. Stayed in B12-07. This is JUST an apartment. No housekeeping. No additional resources (e.g. towels, pillows, toilet paper, etc.). Beds and floors were dusty.

Quite a distance from City Square. But can easily reach by Grab at RM $5 . Nice swimming pool , sauna and gym facility.

Worst experience today, no electricity since around 5pm till now, but no one from the building even bother about the residents situation. Horrible.

Stupid management!! I been here before all the process was smooth but just because they changing the new management (as per securityall become bad! You have to park your car outside while you want to check in and then the check in counter in level 7?? when im coming down they told me to enter via visitor but the stupid security told me to enter via resident. I was very mad because 1 person told me different way and the other person told me different way!!!

Nice service apartment/condo with great view of the causeway and JB city. The gym and swimming pool is suprisingly spacious and since its located on 7th floor you get a nice city view. The roof top jacuzzi pool is nice too.

Still a work in progress but hopefully would look better once fully done up
