Paradox Bar and Grill in Ado Odo

Poor service. No one to welcome and show you through. Went there on a Sunday, they hadnt topped-up after Saturday sales, so all our orders were like "we dont have this pls."After we finally agreed on what was available, still waited for an hour before leaving in frustration: they were requesting for yet another 30mn.Time and fuel wasted! How I wish the pictures matched the promise!

Good outdoor space. It has a finer touch now and the Nkwobi is great!

This is like a second home to me ..I am always here..lol...Wonderful experience...from the bouncers to the security to the waitress and waiters...I should mention some names but...The kitchen girls are good...just eat their spag and noodles..there work needed to be done on the size of fish(small for 6kalso asun(Very small)..Great staffs all rounder from the manager upstairs to Dolapo and Godspower downstairs.

The rooftop location is good, the waitress is highly professional but the food is horrible. We ordered 3 plates of Tilapia with yam, all 3 plates had rotten smelly fish- bad taste in the mouth. We complained to the manager on duty, he quickly replaced the rotten Tilapia with catfish. My first time at this bar was a bad experience. Reason for 2 stars. ☝️☝️☝️

Cool calm and relaxing.... They dont have a DJ and whoever plays for them is terrible with music 😏

I actually visited the Car Wash facility opposite Paradox Bar and Grill to give my car a good professional wash... and the service was fantastic!!!

Cozy outdoor hangout.They have a pool and some game that looks like pinball, Id Def stay off that, lol, its money eating machines, literally😂. But you could be luckier tho😊. They also have an array of board games made available upon request like scrabble. Its just a really fun place.Their customer service is superb.And I think they have the best prices in the environ.Scenery and ambiance is at a 💯.Highly recommended for either lone, couple or group hangout.

I am been visiting restaurants, the view at paradox roof top is mind blowing - aerial view of the berger highway to the sloppy landscape of Magodo estate. And most importantly, the night ushers in serenity and cool air you can only achieve on the island.

Its such a nice place to be for weekend hangout with friends.

Nice Lounge... good ambience.... I really enjoyed the grilled fish...... However, be ready to wait 3hours If you want some grilled Chicken 😤

Nice place. The impression was not too good initially when I sat downstairs till I migrated to their rooftop. You can see the expressway stretch from secretariat bus stop down to Otedola bridge (PS: this view is better at night).Their asun is great, and their menu is fair (Prices choke sometimes). It’s a cool place to chill out with friends.

Unique craft and decor. Beautiful view of the Otedola gardens and environs. Automated business taking orders through tablets. Supervisor was on check as he keeps making sure everyone was having a good time but most of, the meals were top class. Nice.

This is one of the best fish you can eat in Lagos, the spices are properly applied to the whole fish and not just the skin, there are no malicious intents to use to much pepper. However, they might be a little slow on orders once in a while.

Paradox Bar and Grill is just an okay place to hang out. The bar itself is large and spacious, the grilled food is tasty, prices are not too high, but beyond that, theres not much else. The staff is not exactly helpful, and the place is not set up with consideration for guests.Toilet is not supplied with toilet paper, the rooms for lodging are not well taken care of, water does not run properly in the bathrooms. They really need to do better in terms of management and staff.

Paradox Bar and Grill is an okay place to hang out. Its spacious, and has nice grilled food on their menu, but that is about all. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. How do you leave your toilets with no tissue paper? How does a waiter insist on serving customers what they dont want, even as far as getting into a debate with them? ACs in the room are turned off sometimes from a central control point. Taps in the bathroom of booked rooms are barely running. Barber shop is open, but no single barber from noon till 3pm. Theres too much to say, but Ill stop here. This place needs a lot of improvement, in the aspect of staff and management.

I was initially introduced to this place when it occupied a small broad floor space still in the same compound. The service was good although there are no restrictions on smoking.The upgraded area is an open rooftop arrangement. Although there is a section which has a covered roof with a bar and snooker table. Food ordered is brought from the previous ground for space which still functions. However, more attention is given to the new updated area.Initially when it was opened there are electronic buzzers on each table used to signal the service providers. Over time the buzzers have since gone away. The new digital order taking tablet still remains perhaps the rain didnt get to it.Catfish usually tastes good and can be served with a side of potatoe or yam. However, my last vist the fish served was a little over cooked and dry (photo included). If the fish was made drier it would have been stockfish i would be eating.Please dont let that put you off as my take away catfish on the same day was not dry (after pointing out the previous near stock fish presented).

The DJ was 💯, the cocktails and drinks 💯 the service was a bit slow, it took more time than expected to have my ordered burger. Above all the place is a vibe!

The flier was really cool and i decided to try the place out. A lot of women who had not showered and tieing wrappers walking about in a restaurant meant to serve customers . Quite tacky and not nice in my opinion plss work on it

Nice place to chill if you are along CMD Road, the sky roof bar is also a great view to behold. Their staffs are trained and cultured, delivering professional services. Drinks prices are moderate and reasonable compared to other bars within the area. Spacious car park and security. However, they can get a professional Dj to entertain customers rather than just playing a full album music.

Its a place where you get enough value of your money.They make sure they give you the best service they can render. Most especially when you order from their kitchen.

Their barbecue menu is on point, they have very good combo selections. Service was very fast and active. The environment, the ambiance of rooftop setting with turf flooring makes this location choice for daytime and nighttime hangouts. The music was not too loud. The restrooms (f/mwere clean. Overall very good experience.

I went to Paradox because it was late, couldnt get to my initial destination and wanted to sta around magodo because of the curfew.First impression with the security/ parking was unprofessional. Its an open roof sit- out overseeing the expressway. The grills were however not bad, we enjoyed the crispy fries and the grilled turkey. Service is quite timely too. This place has a mixed crowd because they sell drinks at "pump price".Amala yo is just downstairs and they were surprisingly still selling food at about 10pm. Didnt try the amala so cant speak much to that.

I ordered the Grilled Catfish and sweet potatoes...boy, was I blown away! This is hands-down the best grilled fish I have ever tasted in Lagos. Fluffy and soft on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside. The seasoning penetrated very deeply into the soul of the fish, and as I ate, all I thought of was heaven. Haha. This spot has won my heart, will definitely return again for more.Oh...only problem I had was with the staff. They could do much better with their promptness and politeness. However, Oge was an amazing waitress and was very prompt with service delivery.

A quite average hangout spot located on C.M.D Road. The ambience on the rooftop lounge is electric so you might want to check that spot out. Their edibles are overpriced though so doesnt give you best value for money. The road leading to the spot is traffic prone and parking can be a bother. Not advised if you dont stay in that axis

I love the view especially the deck bar.Their staff are really attentive to customers wants.But shey you see that stairs the leads from the deck bar downstairs dem suppose beat the architect. People come to drink there and you can literally miss your step there even when you are not high.But generally i like the place😁

I had "The Pot Belly" - it was a delicious barbecue dish of fries, well-spiced grilled turkey, sweet corn on the cob, and pepper dip/sauce.

The Root Top is actually one of the best thing to happen around the neighborhood. Quality Food and cold drinks but service cab be a little late. Overall Good Ambience

Terrible service, nobody comes to attend to you except you call them, if you dont call them you are on your own, we waited for grilled catfish for more than 2 hours, even left without getting the fish, the rooftop idea is good but whats the essence of the rooftop when the service is terrible. Never coming here again

You have build a nice concept at the roof as a bar but you need to get better staff and get them trained because I feel like in a market
