I don’t care how good the food is… it’s the customer service that make me give tips. The customer service here is so bad that they owe me a tip. Oh, the owner never gave a crap…I see why the help …. needs psychological help.

So I ordered a chicken and shrimp Quesadilla and they gave it away too the wrong customer🤦🏾‍♀️How like I would give 0 stars if I could.

i got a salmon platter for here for the first time, salmon and rice was good, wasn’t too fond of the string beans. Had a sweet taste to them, mushy as if there were over cooked. And I also had seafood Mac also not too fond of. Had something green in them idk if it was spinach or what it was but the site of it made me skeptical and def didn’t have enough cheese. Seasoning could of been better as well. Wasn’t worth 30$ .

It is one of the best Halal burger places I’ve ever tried! Their burgers are fresh and juicy and just perfect. Due to inflation, the food prices have gone up a bit so just be aware of it when ordering.

Food is amazing customer service is great

Its a shame because the food is so good but it is overshadowed by the horrible customer service. Ive ordered here plenty of times but whoever answers the phone is always so rude and always quick to hang up. I will not eat here again.

They macaroni and cheese taste like it was old and they cheesecake sweet potato was so nasty i don’t recommend nobody to eat from them

You cant lose with the Chicken kabobs over rice lunch special

If you are looking for a place to eat Mediterranean or Turkish food, this is the place you should check it out. My wife and I had lunch here. It is a family owned lovely restaurant. The dishes are fresh and very delicious. I love the ambiance and how clean this restaurant is. We will definitely come back.

I happened upon paprika online and decided to give a try as the dishes looked very well constructed...well I decided to try the crab cakes which I must say are a very very nice size also the Mac n cheese is omg delicious has a distinct flavor which really compliments the macci and the string beans are scrumptious and freshhhhhhh def not canned or frozen...and you will have left overs a delightful surprise I will be back with friends....thanks for loving what u do it shows they the food....👍👋

It’s not the same since the owners left! The customer service is bad and it’s ghetto, the food don’t taste the same. I didn’t want to use that term but that used to be the best place to eat.

I order from here all the lamb stuffed salmon crab cakes all of which is very expensive but as soon as all I want is a 10 dollar burger o they are sold out but the paprika burger that comes with onion rings and is 5 dollars more the same burger is available but not the regular burger this is a mess and something needs to be done with how they think they are going to gag people or make them get the more expensive burger it’s nasty with that bbq sauce and onion rings but to get a regular burger you have to go in not on Uber eats when I’m home or at work and my work location right around the corner

THEE ABSOLUTE MOST WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! The food is absolutely amazing but the management needs a serious adjustment.

When I arrived the restaurant was clean and cool inside. The gentleman that took my order was respectful and patient. He made sure everything that I ordered was correct.I had the crab cake dinner with mashed potatoes/string beans and 9 fried shrimps. 😋😋😋. Delicious. Excellent food

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered food at 7:46 pm and was told 45 mins. I called at 8:35 and was told 20 more mins. I got there at 8:55 went in at 9:10 and was told they’ll call me when it’s ready. I sat in my car went back in at 9:32 almost 2 hours later and still no food. The owner was present. They had nothing in my order prepared I asked for a refund they told me it’ll just take 15 more minutes at this point I could have sat down at a restaurant. I received a refund! The girl working the register was very nice & apologetic but the owner gave Nothing for wasting 2 hours of my evening I don’t recommend the customer service is trash and clearly so is the communication! 2 hours and a $50 refund later it’s almost 10pm and I have to find dinner!

Wow, I’ve been food-fished. Took the recommendation of others and I feel betrayed. Ordered the blackened chicken, and there was ZERO seasonings. I almost thought I had covid and lost my sense of taste. Chicken was far from blackened. Fried chicken and mac also had no seasoning. I’m so sad because the Instagram looked amazing 😭

Love this place I always get the grilled chicken wit 5 shrimp mac and cheese wit collard greens or spinach. Platters are big always have enough for the next day for lunch. They food always on point for me

Food was really good at this place and will be returning. I usually don’t eat Mac and cheese out but after watching J L Jupiter video I decided to try this meal. Best Mac and cheese I’ve ever ate out this far. The food sent sent fireworks to my palate. I do wished the lamb was saturated in that sauce.

OMG! I had the most wonderful shepherds salad with red and green pepper, red onion, and cucumber with grilled chicken. Everything was so fresh and delicious! I’m so happy I walked into this restaurant! I will definitely be back. I can’t wait to try other things on their menu

I have tried this restaurant twice even though I live a fair distance away. It’s lovely food served by nice people great serving size too.

Amazing, authentic Turkish food. Warm, friendly atmosphere. Staff is friendly although occasionally a bit inattentive.Try the lamb beyti, its incredible.

How havent I been heard about this restaurant I wish I could give them 10 stars I got the steak and salmon platter everything was seasoned perfectly my steak was nice and tender Mac and cheese was scrumptious and spinach was good gotta save some for tomorrow cause it is alot of food I mean what else could I say but compliments to the chef❤️❤️❤️

Great food terrible at taking orders over the phone. I waited 45 mins and called in on another line and they took my order on the second line while I waited up to an hour on the first one. They obviously need to figure out a restructure of how to take orders.

I really hate to leave a review like this but this is the second time in the row where whoever is on the phone is very unprofessional. I really do like the food however, the customer service is poor. One time I was left on hold for 15 minutes I eventually hung up. This recent time someone got my order wrong and blamed it on me. Again, the food is good but as long as the customer service reminds as poor and unprofessional as it is I will not be dinning at this establishment.

I ordered hummus, mixed grill and lamb adana kebab, and to be honest this the best place i have ever tasted delicious food like this. Great service and nice people too👍

The food has been a hit and a miss for me. Ive had a few items that were amazing and worth the hype. Ive also had food I wanted to return and ask for a refund. Its a very popular eatery. I love to support my local black owner business but at some point you have to hire enough staff to keep up with the demands of your business and hire proper management to make sure it runs smoothly and consistently. They often run out of food items, the wait is usually extremely long to order and receive your food. And one time DURING COVID19 (8/1/20to be exact, I walked in to order food and they had groceries (raw chicken breast, sour cream and French friessitting out in the dining area unattended, for well over a half an hour. Please try this place out for yourself, Im sure youll be somewhat pleased. Im going to hold off for a while. My spidy senses are tingling about the inconsistencies and food safety of this place. 😳

The only thing that was ok was the juice. Me and my sisters came from Jersey to get this food. I got the salmon salad which was dry besides that they didn’t have eggs didn’t have this or that for 18$ I thought they had the works,the mac&cheese was ok. My sister had fried chicken that wasn’t cooked all the way. The wait is long . However I thought that because of the wait the food would be great. I was absolutely wrong!! Plus for the money it was horrible!

When I placed my order, I was a little skeptical because the lady said I would have to wait 25 minutes for a turkey burger and fries! As I waited, I observed a steady flow of customers coming in and out, and thats when I realized that although they have an area to dine in, it is mostly take out orders. The burger was delicious, and the sweet potato cheesecake is a must have! Stop in, and tell them Fahlito sent you (not that it would mean anything, but it sounds good to me to say that! 😂)

Although my order was missing an item, what I did eat was excellent! I drove from Harrisburg to Philly for a Lamb and Shrimp platter. Fresh, well seasoned, and cooked perfectly but no shrimp. Called, line was busy for hours. Emailed, no response. Please take time and handle some customer service. I will come back to try some other dishes!

I wish they had online ordering 😭 food is so delicious and fresh. The quality of the food you can taste with the first bite. Wait time is left to be desired; but when you factor in the fact that the food is never reheated and a fresh batch cooked of whatever you order every time, then waiting 45 to an hour for a scrumptious meal prepared with love is worth it.

I went here for lunch. No complaints. The salmon stuffed with crab meat was excellent. The sweet potato cheesecake was delicious thumbs up.

I absolutely love this place! The crab stuffed salmon is my favorite. The lamb was very good as well. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because my mac and cheese was very salty. Otherwise that I would definitely recommend Paprika Halal! O yeah please try the carrot cake youll thank me later❤

Being a Chef from the STEPHEN STARR ORGANIZATION, the fare on this establishment was spot on.A bit off the beaten path as far as location,the flavors and marriage of spices and textures in the mango habenero stuffed salmon with crabmeat meshed quite well.I opted out for the "orange"rice which paired well with the salmon and was cooked perfectly ,with the remoulade on the side with just the right amount of heat.Staff was exceptional.Will definitely make a return.

This place is just North or you may think just West of hunting park. The outside Looks ran down and when you go in the place is extremely dark. Honestly it doesnt look welcoming at all. When ordering your food it takes him incredibly long time period part of this is because theres only one main chef and I have maybe 2 counter girls. And this place is so popular that theres literally A-line going outside of its door for a majority of A-day. Especially on weekends. that said, The food is absolutely incredibleI got the rack alam my wife got the stuff salmon and not only is the food delicious but it is plentiful. I am a big guy and I couldnt even finish a platter. I definitely will go back to this place but when I go back it will be very strategic during their off time period I recommend you do not go here when the weekendsBecause theyre too busy and during the weekends they get so busy that they run out of food very early. But if you can stomach the wait then you wont be disappointed.

Drove about 2 hours. The line almost out the door. This was exactly what I was looking for. Food was amazing. Looking forward to return and try some other dishes on the menu. Currently trying to make room for the sweet potato cheesecake and I do not have a problem waiting Patiently for good food.

Proper, Newest hot spot in Nicetown. Please go early because choices run out and itll be an even longer wait for that choice to be ready again. Also, the lines are long because the food & desert are good and people are coming to support. Just be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes to an hour defending. Youll definitely feel the love up in the joint.

Went last night! I ordered the stuffed salmon but only because they were out of everything else! When I say everything I mean EVERYTHING! It was only 8:30pm (they close at 10:30pmand they were out of all the sides and some of the protien. People that ordered after me got there orders before me and I waited over 50 minutes for my food. Whats worse is that other patrons said this happens every week! The food was good, but its not worth the wait or disorganization!

The food was AMAZING! I had the stuffed chicken breast (covered with cheesy spinachwith the grilled shrimp on top of the (OMG yummymac & cheese and the fresh string beans. ALL OF THE FOOD IS FRESHLY MADE I MUST ADD! This was my first time at this place. Have patience with them because youre waiting for freshly prepared food! IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! (Houston, TX.... I almost forgot.. the FRESH peach and cherry juice is on point!

I no longer live in Philly. So spots like this I crave every time I come down. The only disappointment was that they didnt serve Mac and cheese until after 4pm. Other than that I was extremely satified

Excellent food and even better service. The owner takes a personal interest in making sure your meal is up to par. Fresh juices were great. Sweet potato cheesecake is a must. Platters are very generous - enough for two meals!
