Very tasty pizza, I come every week for pizza and it is always delicious! friendly workers!

Pizza has always been consistent and every staff member Ive interacted with has been helpful and kind.

Pizza has been very consistent. Nothing fancy about it but if you want good generic pizza it won’t disappoint.

I had a lot of deliveries for pizzas and wings and its always been fresh and prompt delivery, even when they were very busy. The service is always excellent, the drivers always courteous. Both pizza and wings are very good.

Ordered the italian medium pizza with pineapple and extra crispy. Aswell as bbq wins extra crispy.I placed it at 7pm only just got the order at 820p.Tried to call and talk with manager who didnt seem to care but to blame uber.My food was cold and soggy. Not crispy. Missing pineapple. No utensils as requested in the app.Not sure why a business would send out cold food, and not even at least wait until the confirmed driver is for sure coming to pick up the order. Like just make it then realize over an hour later the driver picks it up and send out cold food.???Then why i try to talk with them they just argue on the phone. Yelling me to deal with uber. Nothing he can do as a business.

Pizza is great service is great all in all great place

Wow! All I can say is Wow! I come to this store everyday and I see the same man working his a** off. I believe he is the manager of the store and goes by the name of Alex or something. An absolute unit as well, prolly pulls mad at parties tbh ngl. All I can say is, the store must be really proud to have such a hardworking, smart and cute employee. Definitely deserves a raise or something.

Anish delivered my pizza. He was very cool, and had awesome customer service. Definitely would give him a raise.

Great pizza, Ive been a papa Johns customer for long time I tried papa leos and I think its better tasting and quality.

Pappa Leos always has my pizza slice needs covered regardless of where I find myself in the Tri cities. Awesome no-nonsense Canadian style pizza at a great price. Thick pillowy crust with a proper layer of cheese and toppings that satisfy my craving every time. This location is my favourite as they produce consistently good Za and have a solid team.

Super awesome pizza place, but half the time the pepperoni is on the bottom, half the time on top. Not a lot of consistency

Got food poisoning when I grabbed two slices of pepperoni from the heater, while my colleague had a fresh vegetarian made and he was fine. Fair warning provided for future customers.

Ordered food from this place way back a while ago I cant remember. I do remember why I stopped ordering pizza from this place. Driver tall guy comes to my house leaves food on the ground during a pandemic. So I asked please take it off the ground I guess he thought I was being rude then things get super uncomfortable he becomes extremely confrontational as he left he shoves the pizza in my hand regardless I wish him a good day. But wanting to fight me over a trivial matter is not okay.

Flat out refused to deliver to us canceled our order. Wont let us re order.

We had pa pa Leos pizza delivered for the first time. The delivery man was super nice and quick. The pizza is delicious. I love this place and will eat here again

First time order was a single slice Hawaiian..nice I ordered from them the second time..for pick they had a special 14.for a large Pepperoni..went pick it up..ask if I can have some chilli flakes..and maybe parmesan on top..he said Its not free..I go ok how he said 85cents each..I told this is first time I ever got charge extra..he said times are bad..I said for everyone is the same I just wanted to support our bz..I even recommended many of my customers...I said sorry but this be my last time..thz

Just worth 1 starFirst we got peperoni deal but we did not want to have pepperoni on the pizza so i asked cheese substitute for peperoni. They told me they cannot do that because the cheese is most expensive instead of offering me cheese pizza and saying the prices are the same.They did not let us to know cheese pizza and peperoni deal are the same price i fund it out online because it does not mention at the flyer.Also cook did not washed his hands. Store is rundown.Definitely not recommended

Ordered delivery nice driver. Pizza was not great and not bad. Toppings were good. Sauce was tangy and crust was chewy. We will not be back.

Good pizza by the slice. Consistently providing hot and ready pizza as described with on time delivery. Sometimes I find the crust a bit thick but that is their style. Gluten free crust available.

Great neighbourhood pizza, dough is crispy and fluffy and not oily. Cheese is very melty but needs some more flavours at least salt. Better option than traditional fast places but also not next level.

Showed up 25 mins (9:35)before closing with sign still flashing OPEN and was proceeded to be told the place was closed. They might have great pizza (never had it, was going to be a first but Ill never knowI know how long it takes to make a pizza and bake it and they could have easily still have closed on time. Wont be back to check it out

No complaints. Very average, didnt blow me away. No pastas to choose from. Its either lasagna or lasagna. Serving size was extremely small. Even though I ordered the half order pasta, it was still way smaller than I expected.This place could really use something special to set them apart. Hopefully theyll figure it out.

Honestly.. I went out of my way to write this review.. because this business is really doing it right. Super friendly service. Delicious hot pizza every time they deliver.. and the delivery drivers are also very friendly and drive cautiously in my neighbourhood where many kids play. I know thats not a big deal to many when theyre choosing a pizza place.. But I just want to say its obvious this is a company who cares on all fronts. Well done! Glad I found Papa Leos!
