Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza in McKinleyville

Just so you know, they don’t accept 100 bills. Which would have been fine to me if they would have mentioned it when I called in the order. Waited 40 mins and then was told in person when I went to pay that they don’t accept 100 bills. Papa Murphy’s, if you want to improve… ask if your customers are paying cash or card when making phone calls and mentioning this if the customer says they’re paying cash.

Papa Murphys is even showing the signs of inflation!! 20 bucks for a pizza that you still have to go home and cook!

Love their pizza. You bake them to your desired doneness, not burnt like some sit down places! Plenty of fresh ingredients. Easy on line ordering too!

First time ever to order. Both pizzas were scrumptious.

The manager was a very pleasant surprise. A older gentleman who was a breath of fresh air. I was so tired of up tight people at other camp grounds. They didnt even crack a smile. But Charlie was trying to get me to smile from the get go. No problems what so ever on our first night here.

Good pizza not always very fast But they get pretty busy in there Ill give them five stars

They were really busy and short handed. I waited 1hour and 15 minutes for 2 pizzas. But I have no negative comments because it was 2 days before Thanksgiving no one wanted to cook after all the prep for the holiday. Thanks to those girls who did a great job on my order.

I guess I ordered the wrong pizza, chicken artichoke with white sauce. It wasnt good.

Went to Mckinleyville Papa Murphys for a gift card, and the staff could not issue it. Gave them cash and a card to use, whichever was easier, and they could not do it. They were rude on top of it, despite the fact they are the ones who are incompetent.

My poor review is due to the lack of employees who seem to know what their doing which is a reflection of poor management and poor training. This place has had so much turn over in employees we see new faces every time we go in, whoever owns this establishment needs to invest in who they hire and give them proper training they are not dumb but if you don’t equip your staff with the skills they need, they can only do so much on their own. Also not sure how you cannot make 5 cheese bread if you have dough and cheese but we were told it wasn’t possible and that they were out. Oooookay then. Seem to be out of ingredients a lot, again poor management of establishment not taking inventory into account for ordering ingredients.

This is a great Papa Murphys with really nice staff! We get pizza here often.

No one told me.itsnt baked before I bought it I had to throw 2 pizzas in to the garbage !!They sent me to a different pizza place to bake it, when I got there they laughed at me !!!Never again !!What kind of pizza doesnt have way to bake pizze !!

They always mess up your order, rude employees, takes at least 45 mins to an hour, never ready when told it will be.

Well, usually pretty good but not today. Ordered a pickup for 3 an hour early but had to wait 20 minutes . seems 1 person does all the work and not enough of her to go around. Very inefficient sad to say, but employees very nice

I will never go back to this pizza place. I have only been there twice but I had to wait 45 minutes both times. It could have been delivered and eaten in the time they made it. I will say the workers were very nice and working hard. There system is broken.

Its a Pappa Murphys good prices decent take n bake pizza. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I love Papa Murphys, its nice to get a take and bake for when I get home. Just pop it in the oven and 18 minutes later you got a tasty pizza to enjoy.

I guess when you order online and the wait is 20 minutes, they want you to wait at home for 20 minutes and come into the store and wait another 25. 45 minutes to assemble a pizza!!!

This pizza chain is fine, although it just doesnt compare to pizza made by others instead of baking it yourself. If youre really trying to save cash and you just HAVE to have pizza, its fine but its not anything top tier.

When its a jam packed night and dont want to cook, and dont want to go out, get the best of both worlds. Quick and easy!!

Horrible sevice, i ordered online and came in 35 min later even though it said 25 minwait online and they hadnt even started my pizza yet! Then they were rude to me because i was upset? The employees are horrible at there jobs and they are extremly rude. I would fire them all if i was the manager.

Best ever Pizza! Cowboy and Pappas combo are so amazing in either thin or regular crust. Employees are always friendly. Great salads and the price is amazing.

They had all new people. Ive never had to wait before and I per-ordered my pizza. They managed to mess up everyones orders.

Would give it six stars if I could good people that work there that work hard and do their job right. The managers are great and the way they run the store could use some work but overall is fantastic 10 out of 10 - IGN would come back. Plus they have fantastic MarNarSauce.

How long does it take to put toppings on a pizza and hand it to someone. Its not even baked. Very slow and the pizza isnt that great. The kids that work there are kind of rude too.

they keep getting my orders wrong, but never cease to charge me for the items i never get. i sat there and watched them mess up my order 3 times one day. they had to keep remaking them. i get stuffed pizzas so i dont know they are messed up till after i get home. i have had it with this location. going elsewhere in the future.

They have the best pizzas there and they have cookey dough there that it is so good to eat and they really are nice people in there

Take and bake pizza. Usually about a 20 minute wait from order to pick up. Call you order in before arriving.

I love this place! Really good pizza, easy prices, and the employees really work hard to keep up with the demand. Its a busy store, so you know lots of folks rely on papa Murphy for dinner.
