I recently visited this place with my friends and want share my experience. They welcoming customers nicely because staff is friendly, also they maintained hygiene level in good manners and when it comes on test I definitely says that pizza’s test was awesome and perfectly cooked. I strongly recommend you guys please visit this place if you want experience something good because they have good varieties in pizzas.

EDIT: Under new management now. So far havent tried em.We phoned our order in as the website advertised special wasn’t working. We were told that wasn’t their special. What? Fine. Ordered our pizzas anyhow with three hours notice. Told the person we wanted bakednot take and bake. Hours later we pick up raw pizza that they wanted to charge baked prices. After discussion we received a free soft drink and a fricken coupon. Three pizzas at home took over an hour and a half to bake. Not impressed and not going back. We just wanted to support a local franchise.They ask if they can help below but then they dont.

This pizza is under a new management now. Quality level is high. Indian style and dessert pizzas are also available. cheese bread and Nachos are also so yumm. No doubt they have variety in menu which makes them different from other pizza businesses.

We used to get pizza from here all the time, we picked up two pizzas the other day we always had ordered and they were terrible. Next to nothing for toppings and next to no cheese it - was like eating a bad frozen pizza! Very disappointing from they way they once were.

I came in around 11:30am on Saturday February 19/22. The person making pizzas was very very busy. She made time to take my order. I did wait but she was alone making many pizzas ahead of my order. She was awesome and handled the overwhelming orders like a pro. This person deserves a raise!!! Thanks

Great pizza.. provided me free drinks for my birthday. Pizza is always ready with in the given time, never had to wait. A worker even came outside to handover my wallet that i left there.

Closer to 4.5 stars overall. I dont get the negative reviews. The pizza for the price is great value. I would give them 5 stars based on the price. Ingredients seemed legit, friendly guy at the shop. This is not a gourmet fancy pizza place, but for 10 dollars, not sure what more you can ask for.

Love coming to this location. Everyone is always so polite and nice, and the pizza is always so great. Had a good experience last time with a nice young man with a beard who was very friendly and accommodating for the order. His service alone made me want to come back soon! A great model for everyone else who is in the service industry! Keep it up Papa.

The firefighter coupon problem was just that. Ignore it and buy a great pizza. Friendly and fast. Online ordering is great. Frequent percent off coupons. Lots of choices for more healthy options. Veggies super fresh and everything spotles. They keep a record of your order so reorder is easy. Great for winter: Cook at home so no cold soggy delivery pizza.

Always drive 5 kilometres to get my pizza fresh from here. Even though they offer delivery options. Just smelling the aroma here makes you want to come back. Staff is always very nice with customers. Always neat and clean.

The lady at the counter was so pleasant with a big smile. Place was clean and she helped me with my decision. The pizza was GREAT. I never understand why people complain so much about little trivial things. Getting something for nothing. Everybody just wants to make a living. Try being nice try looking at the service someone is providing to you. Think about the coupon you bought and how it helped the fire fighters. Maybe you arent getting the DEAL you thought but maybe you were just being kind yourself by buying the coupon book.Just incase life isnt perfect for you at least theres PIZZA.😄

Great pizza! Very good quality toppings. Our only concern, are the coupons do not seem to work when ordering online (possible bug in the system). However when calling it they addressed the issue at the till and applied the coupon.

Terrible customer service. The Grant location will not honour their coupons and multiple customers are having the same issue. Three separate times I was told by the girl working there that they were only allowed to honour ten of these coupons a day. If that is the case, it should be indicated on the coupon itself. It seems very suspicious that they would have already given away the ten free pizzas because every time I went it was within fifteen minutes of them opening.Good pizza but definitely not worth the hassle they make you go through. Will not be going back.

The Grant location will not honour their coupons and it seems like multiple customers are having the same issue. They tried to tell me that I had to buy one first and then showed me a sign that says they could only accept 10 coupons/day. The coupon clearly states that you are entitled to one free large pizza. There are no conditions or exceptions. To add insult to injury, the employee was very rude and condescending and pointed at the sign and said, “Can’t you read?” Clearly, he can’t or the owners don’t care and won’t honour their commitments. Awful service! DO NOT waste your time and money at this joke of a business.

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had. I had a coupon for a free pizza to redeem and was told i couldnt use it because it was a Tuesday and all the pizzas are on special, and that would be considered combining offers. How does redeeming a coupon for a free pizza have anything to do with the pizzas being on special? It is completely irrelevant and makes no sense at all. I argued with the very rude girl at the counter for several minutes and could tell this was certainly not her first time trying to explain something that made no sense. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there wasnt one there. This company has no idea what customer service is, and treats customers terribly. I hope this coupon book coupon chooses not to include them going forward, as I can see this isnt the only time they are trying not to honor a coupon.

I called the Grant location and was happy when they said they honor the Papa Murphys coupon from the Firefighter Burn Fund coupon booklet. The coupon consisted of a "Free large 2 topping pizza."Unfortunately when I arrived at that location within 40 minutes of calling and presented my coupon, the older man at the counter said "You have to buy 1 first buddy." I told him that no, that is not what I was told over the phone when I called his location on 2 separate days.Then he proceeded to say that the 10 customer limit was reached for the day as another tactic despite me calling and confirming that the limit wasnt reached yet and I could redeem my coupon. I spoke to an older lady on the phone.The man looked at her and they exchanged dialogue in their own language, so Im not sure what they were saying to each other.Eventually I had a pizza made for me but when I got home, it only measured 12" instead of the 14" size that the large should be. I called that location when I got home and told them, the man said "well you got something instead of nothing." I told him thats not part of the agreement as stated on the coupon, he then hung up on me.This was my first time ever ordering from a Papa Murphys location and it left me very angry and feeling cheated. I havent ever been treated like this at any pizza restaurant nor did I ever have to deal with such trickery and lying.Good luck on your visit.

So, I’ve read many of the negative reviews here about the coupons. It looks like this place has a bit of a bad rep due to apparently not honoring some coupon deal (due to alleged concerns that it would run them out of business). I’ve never had these coupons so it hasn’t affected me. I have ordered pizza from this place a number of times and it’s always been good (i.e., choosing thin crust with many fresh ingredients)!!! Staff have always been friendly and helpful. It’s worth giving them a shot. It’s nice to pick up a fresh pizza and then you can decide when to put it in the oven that day and eat. They have some kind of deal on Tuesdays so that might be the best night to give it a try if you’re interested.

Ordered their 2 slices for $6. Was told that they had it ready before I paid. Kept me waiting for 15 minutes while they made a whole new pizza. 2 small, unevenly cut pieces was not worth the wait. Pizza doesnt taste bad but you can get the same whole pizza for $5 in the frozen isle.

I visited the store today and got two pizzas. I can only say a few things about my experience. First, my pizza was delicious! Second, the person who served us was kind and worked in a timely fashion. Would I recommend? Yesssss going to go back to have some of that stuffed pizza (:

This business is a total scam! They put their coupon in the Action Pack Coupon book in hopes to drive business, unfortunately they drove their business into the ground. They now only Honor 10 coupons per day which is not on the coupon. They then try to promote a buy one get one free option. They are not willing to Honor free pizza at all. Just excuses and the worst customer service ever, also convenient there is no manager to speak to either. Never going back there as I had to drive from east Transcona to get my dinner for myself and my kid which was a bust. Also contacting Action Pack Coupon Book to ensure this business isnt in the book next year or ever!

I really appreciate these guys. They are doing very good job. We bought an action pack book in support of firefighters. We went to Papa Murphy’s Dakota store to redeem coupon but they refused to honour the coupon ( which is ridiculousand then we called regent store to confirm if they are redeeming coupon or not . At the end we went to grant store and they redeemed our coupon without saying anything which was really great. They are very friendly, fast and the place looks very clean. My family really enjoyed and loved pizza very much . We will come back for sure and may be this will be our pizza stop only onwards.

I went to the grant location to redeem a free coupon. We had phoned first and told that we could not order by phone for pickup, and would have to go there and order in person. At no time were we told there was a limit to how many coupons could be redeemed in a day. When I arrived I was told that they had exceeded their limit of 5 pizzas for the day. (according to a response from management to a previous complaint about this issue, the limit was 10 a dayat any rate it did not say anywhere on the coupon that there was a limit at all. When I arrived to order my pizza I was told that I could not order one as the location had reached its limit of 5 for the day. There was no attempt to work out a solution by the management there. This is very poor customer service. and it makes me wonder about a company that does not honor its advertising.
