Great pizza at Baku

Very disappointed with service quality of the place. We have ordered party size pizza for 15 persons with take away by ourselves. On the phone call they told us that pizza will be ready at exactly time. We came to take the order 10 minutes late considering that they might have delay. We came and waited for another 45 minutes on the place. Very horrible behaviour of staff.

The service quality has been terrible for years. The number of workers is very small. And I guess their salaries are also low because the workers are giving very bad service.

1.There was not Papa Johns at the given coordinates(Address: 106 A Nizami St, Baku 1005. I changed my way to another Papa Johns.(Address: 106/b Nizami St, Baku).Time wasted while searching.2. We(4 persons arrived there at 22:20 and they did not permit us to eat there even though they close at 23:00.3)I gave 3 stars because their pizzas are very delicious and I do not want to lose their labor because of some unresponsible workers

I would like to give 4 stars but thought It is unfair. As a person who tried too many pizzas in Sydney, i can definitely say that there’s no real pizza in Baku. First of all the dough is sweet,yes it should have some sugar but not that amount.Then, pizza tastes very milky because of mozzarella cheese. If you can mix mozzarella with tasty cheese it gonna be great.We ordered chichken mushroom pizza, the mushroom sauce was too much. I could not even feel chicken.The cheesy sticks were fine. And about the Sezar salad, it was not what expected.Now, there is a deal till 21st of February they give you 5 $ per 10$spent and it was very good to hear thatgood luck guys i just want you to improve yourselves.

Unethical business focusing on mass unhealthy food production and pollution. There are better pizza venues around the city. Not recommended!

Very popular and crowded place. Small playground for kids. Pizzas are of course not comparable with good pizzas in Italy. The bread is much too soft, but the topping was not bad.

Pizzas are delicious, many discounts. However there are not enough seats for customers. When I came, 8-9 people were waiting, we ordered a take-away and left. When came back for pizza after 10 minutes, 4-5 new guys were waiting. Inside it is not so cozy. You feel like they want you toneat and leave fast

delivered 4 Pizzas and wings in just 30 mins. It was burning hot! So pizza and delivery is 5*. However call center needs to be improved, as assistant had bad knowledge of what is included to their Pizza Party offer.

Usually crowded after 1 pm. The service is a bit slow. Apart from this I love the garlic sauce. It is one of a kind.

Tried phoning them multiple times after work late at night. The machine states that they deliver until 6am, but not once have they picked the phone up after 11pm. Very disappointed with lack of integrity in that place.
