Always a trip right after work nice people and done by the time I get there

Amazing prices and food but terribly unorganized team work and terrible wait times but after a hour and a half wait for a carry out order that I placed hours ahead of time I was finally driving home with dinner and after almost 9 hours total my family was finally eating. I placed my order thru my app a little after 12pm and even picked out my slot time for 6:00pm but didnt get home until 830 which is terrible considering I left my home at 530 bc its a 30 min drive to papa Johns. All in all I did tell them it should be free.

Awesome food and great service every time!!! Whenever I go in there my order is always right with no problems at all. And the pizza crust is outstanding, so good and soft.

Food was good, they told me 15-20 minutes and it took 45. Thats my only issue.

We come to this Papa Johns often, and it is always very good and our order is always done correct. This past time that we went, they had forgotten to put something onto our pizza and we had went to pick it up and the lady realized before she handed it to us and they quickly made it right. Very kind staff. And they quickly get your order done!! We will continue to order pizza from here.

They need to redo the website if the store is not taking carry out then the website shouldnt allow u to order for carry out. Then manager not helpful at all. Not the best experience at all probably wont be back there again

I gave complicated delivery instructions and they were followed to a T! Also ordered light cheese and they really listened to me! Fast delivery, great food.

Very disappointing. Papa Johns used to be so good. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, and asked specifically for the garlic butter on the side. Didnt get it. I hate calling to order and getting some call center with a foreign person that you cant understand. The pizza was also disappointing because it had no BBQ sauce. That is standard on a Hawaiian pizza. There was maybe 5 very small slivers of ham on only one piece, and not enough pineapple to may it taste very good. So, basically I got a pizza with a little cheese on it. And, since when do they charge a delivery fee? The overall price was rediculous for what I received. I wont be calling again againagain

Every time they send doordash out my orders messed up last time I got somebody elses order didnt even have my name and address on it this time it was all open and cold because it was bouncing around their back seat in no bag, straight to the trash that went

We had a wonderful experience tonight! We just recently moved here from Ohio and this was the best experience we have ever had from a papa Johns. Thank you for all your hard work and keep up the good work.

Food is normally good but it is virtually impossible to get someone on the phone to place an order. We purchased a fundraiser card that has to be used for carryout only. Tried 4 times in the last 10 days to call and was only successful getting someone on the phone once. That one time an answering service picked up after 6 minutes of waiting and once I told her I had a fundraiser card she said she could not assist me only a store employee could use fundraiser cards. She transferred the call and they picked up almost immediately. One other time I called I was on hold for 8 minutes and then they picked it up and hung up. Today after 7 and a half minutes of being on hold I hung up myself. I believe I will just stop trying at this point. Like I said, pizza is normally good but it just isnt worth the hassle.

Back again person at counter cant figure out person in front of me pizza sitting there getting cold. Person on phone never looked up nose in computer several others on the back app said pizza done so sitting there getting cold

Good pizza, great price. We ordered take out 3 topping pizza. We were told it would take 15 minutes and it did so that was great. Pizza had a little too much sauce for my taste but it was perfectly baked. Customers wore a face mask which is awesome. We got our pizza quickly and left. Place was clean and employees were friendly.

Like Papas pizza. Staff is helpful and kind. Business is always clean. Thank you.

Great food good people just takes a long time to deliver

Placed a carryout order at 8:30 with a 9:30 pickup and didnt get our order until 10:30...order was wrong...I will not be returning to this location...very disappointed and very unsatisfied...

3 tries and its always 55-70 min delivery or 45 min to pickup. Pizza isnt about the wait its about the convenience. No other Pizza in town has a delivery or pickup this long... Wheres Marcos!?

I ordered a large Epic crust filled cheese pepperoni/ sausage pizza and it was delicious!!! Come hungry when you order it.

Another bad experience last weekend. Long wait and then got the wrong order. I like the food but this location has repeatedly disappointed me. I think Papa John’s should take a hard look at adding another franchise in the area. This place is maybe 200 square feet with 15 employees constantly running into each other. It seems to me that what PJ’s sells in Muncie is limited not by demand but by this tiny location’s ability to make pizzas fast enough.

Management here is very professional. Tim has always been very polite and handles issues very well, he makes sure that customers are taken care of and that food is getting out in a timely manner, sometimes they are very busy but rest assured if there is an issue they will take care of it.

Unfortunately, I think I caught them on a bad night. I wanted to try the new stuffed crust pizza, and it was average at best. The website told me 45-55 minutes, but it was closer to 80-90 minutes, and I observed that no one was getting their food in the amount of time time they were told. Additionally, there were so many people waiting for their food that some people decided to wait outside in the cold presumably due to social distancing concerns.

Waited two hours for a pizza. Plenty of other pizza options that dont take that long.

This Papa Johns is BUSY! Its close to BSU. But, no matter how busy they are the people are always happy to help. Theyre very friendly. I truly appreciate that. The food is great also. Thank you!

This is our go to carry out pizza place. Pizzas are super warm and fresh. The classic style crust is very soft.

Tried to call in an order but I was put immediately on hold. The first time I accepted it fine, assumed they were busy, but after six minutes I grew wary. I hung up and tried to call back to inquire how busy they were and what sort of wait I might expect, but the person who answered the phone put me right back on hold in the middle of me asking a question. As such I hung up, waited one minute, then called back again. I purposely said nothing this time when they picked up, just to see if they even waited for a reply at all when they asked Can I put you on hold? They didnt. I didnt say a word, and they stuck me on hold. I left the call on speaker and started driving there, thinking to just set an order along the way, but I was on hold for ten minutes when they picked up, thus almost there. I went ahead and tried to order something for pickup, but they said it would take half an hour. Even ignoring the first call, thats over 40 minutes for PICK UP.I would have just tossed this whole thing aside as an annoyance and moved on, but when I simply said never mind, then the worker hung up on me without a word. Im not sure what the norm is, if people expect this sort of wait here, but no matter if you think the pizza is worth the wait I suggest passing along that the staff shouldnt toss customers on hold or hang up on them, no matter how busy they are.

I got the wrong pizza and the employees were rude. Along with the price increase, Ill pass next time.

Get the rewards app or make an account! I used a coupon and my rewards and made a extra large specialty pizza cost only $3.45. they have great food and wonderful deals! And just between you and me, the better you tip the better your food.

I love papa Johns! I love the breadsticks! I love the new heros! Oh my! They are just so very good! Its a big sandwich full of goodness for $6!! My favorite is the philly cheese hero!!! Mmmmmmm.... the service is always fast and friendly. I always order on the app so I can earn the points for a free pizza. It also has extra deals on there that you can only get there.

They charge a delivery fee and the fee doesn’t even go to the drivers. Drivers use their own vehicle, insurance, fuel, and make far less than minimum wage. Shame on you, Papa Johns!

I was a walk in order and while I was waiting, not even one employee missed greeting me. Seemed like everyone was happy and cheerful...I thought to myself, what planet am I on, this is not normal this day and age KEEP THE EXCITEMENT GOING......

Papa Johns has the highest quality of ingredients for any pizza chain in its class. Thier product has and will always be great.

Tonight at 6:30 I ordered a supreme pizza they said give them 20 minutes so at 7:30 I called them to ask how much longer they told me the driver could not find my location I have been at work since 11 am and cannot leave I also happen to be right across the street from them and gave clear instructions I am directly across the street the driver apperantly needs cant even cross a street with a GPS

Do not order the gluten free crust if you are allergic or celiac. That being said, the manager of the store is an absolute gentleman and is willing to personally address issues with customers. Changed from 1 star to 4 just because he was willing to reach out to me.

i kno its a chain but this specific branch has amazing pizza! love it! and all their employees are unbelievably friendly, this spot is a must in muncie friday night pizza nights!!!

I called and requested their cutest delivery boy. You know what I got? A 50+ year old man. These people set me up for disaster! Never ordering here again!!

I had a very wonderful experience with this location the phone was answered promptly and I was assisted very patiently and kindly to all the options in specials onThe menu Melissa was the one I spoke with and she assured me of every question I had I would highly recommend this location for speedy delivery or a prompt pick up

I love the crust at Papa Johns. However, often the pizzas look like were thrown together, with no care being taken to spread toppings out.

You gotta know the deals and you gotta join the discount club... after that it is affordable pizza that is pretty good. The garlic butter sauce is excellent and while I dip my crust in the garlic butter, I have seen others pour a quarter of the mini-tub of it directly on their pizza.Politically Papa and I dont agree... and sometimes his pizza and my gut do not agree.It is pretty good... about once a month.

Nothing! They lied to me! I personally have seen multiple delivery people drive through my neighborhood, and they just told me that they cant deliver. I am still hungry!

I have never had a bad experience with this location, until recently. I would love to enjoy their pizza for dinner, but it seems they refuse to answer their phone so I can place my order. I will be taking my money and most likely by business elsewhere.

Everything in Papa Johns pizzas taste fresh and the dough is not as oily as it is in pizzas made by others pizzerias.Keep the recipe guys!

An hour and a half for a pizza?! Not worth it. No sorry, sassy attitude (typical of Muncie, am I right?), and no compensation. Dominos, Greeks, Cousin Vinnies, and Pizza King are better anyways.
