Did online order stated 28 to 38 min for delivery Paid online added tip . 1 hour goes by I call manager states I shouldnt have be quoted that time ok no biggie I say Ill just come pick it up . Get there ask for the tip to be taken off since I came and picked up wouldnt or couldnt do it So I paid a 20 dollar tip to get my own pizza …

Very dirty inside and the employees dont look clean either. Maybe thats how it is inside a fast food pizza place... Dont know but not impressed.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. I feel like I’ve been stolen from. I ordered $30 worth of food, added a 15% tip and my food didn’t show up until 2.5 hrs later. It was obviously cold and the driver literally couldn’t care less. He and the store got their money. Now I’m out this money with food I can’t eat. I called back they told me they would credit my account. But in order to use it I would have return. If you think to check reviews before ordering, please for the love of god, save your money. If I can save even one family their hard earned time and money then it’s worth it. PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. NOT ONE PERSON IN THIS BUSINESS ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Just ordered dinner and asked if I could get onion on my sandwich the lady said you can only pick 3 items and I picked to makes my own sandwich so I picked beef bacon cheese. Asked for onion. They said no. I said I will pay extra for onion. No we have onion but no we won’t sell you any. What the hell?

It would have been a zero review for this rude employee- I think he is the manager. This healthy white guy. Papa John’s should have taught some politeness and manners to this person. Shame on the brand to have not given them feedback and proper training. He might be going through some personal issues or whatever but he has no rights to talk to the customer so rudely.I understand it was our mistake not read the sign of not passing across the counter but the tome and rudeness he showed was beyond my shock.

I had ordered the garlic parmesan bread sticks and some of the bread sticks weren’t even fully cooked and the service was just okay

Will never order from here again worst tasting food Ive ever had I was at a hospital a mile down the road and it still took over an hour to get the food which was cold and cardboard too bad I couldnt leave zero Stars

The worst deliver experience I’ve ever had. Order was placed at 7PM for 3 items, pizza, flatbread, soda. App says 11-22 minutes to be delivered, email says 33 minute estimate. As of 8, the order hasn’t been delivered, the tracker app no longer has a driver on it, and the store doesn’t have a working phone and the app tries to keep you from reaching an actual person to request a refund. I have never ordered delivery from a pizza joint that wasn’t delivered or the driver didn’t at least try to reach out. This store is absolute trash.

I normally go to The Papa Johns in Port St John And never have any issues,So I didnt think to check my order until I got home I had ordered extra peppers and three dipping sauces with our pizza And breadsticks.I open the boxes only to find there is no dipping sauce and one of the tiniest peppers I have ever seen in my life LOL guess Ill be checking the box next time.

Tasty last night for dinner…not so tasty 6 hours later when half of our 7 person family began throwing it all back up and trapped on a toilet with diarrhea. We have yet to start our day…it’s 9am…and we’ve been up since 3am. Nice vacation. Thanks Papa John’s…

Wow its 1hour and 30 minutes after we ordered the pizza. Called 2 times and was lied to be EJay claims he is the manager! Wow what bad management to hire someone to manage a facility of that incompetence. Never again... Papa Johns is Dead to us

Always excellent here, and FAST. Their brownies are to die for!, even though they dont appear in the initial browsing menu under "sweets." They do pop up later, while ordering on the app.

Edit Jan 1st We did quit PJ. Decided to order we had not for more than 6 months.I was pleased to see a new delivery person with good manners.Unfortunately the pizza is still burned.Every time we order on Sunday we noticed that the pizza and or bread sticks are almost burned.Also there is one driver that seems to be having a bad day every time. We always leave good tips, But we are considering either not ordering from there anymore.

I specifically asked them to hand the pizza to me personally when they asked for no contact and they still left it on my door step, didn’t call me or text me to tell me, didn’t ring my doorbell or knock. So hard telling how long my pizza sat outside.

2 medium pizzas for $40 delivered? One pizza wasn’t cooked through and the other had bad mushrooms and bad tomatoes on it. Both lukewarm. This is the second time that I’ve ordered Papa Johns over the years, and there won’t be a third. Terrible. You folks should be ashamed. What a joke! PS- I wouldn’t even give them one star but I’m forced to to post this.

Just wanted a quick pizza for lunch. The gentleman at counter was very polite. My food was ready in a timely manor and was prepared correctly.

I ordered Papa Diaz and oh my God I get them all of the time the same too at the Port St John location and this location it didnt even taste anything like I get it the other one they were sausage and some creamy stuff and two pieces of salami thats it I always get the Italian and the barbecue chicken bacon very disappointed and just until I seen this I meant to call them and complain cuz I would like it replaced I paid $20 for two $6 items

Just waited 2 hours and 18 minutes for the wrong, cold pizza. I understand its Friday, and theyre busy, but that was just ridiculous. If you cant staff your restaurant, close it down.

Terrible pizza please stay away from there this is the one in Titusville I was picking up an order and had to wait at least 20 minutes while one pizza was getting cold the other one was getting made unorganized and really not social seem to look at me like I didnt exist I think theyre only good for deliveries not pick up

I have an 8 year old son with severe dairy allergies, today his second grade class is having a pizza party, but he is unable eat the pizza the school orders for this. So, yesterday at around 3:45 PM, my wife placed an online order with Papa Johns in Titusville Florida, for a small pizza without cheese that my son could take to school so that he would also have pizza with his class. The order was set to be delivered at 5 pm. At 5:20 PM the pizza had not arrived. My wife called to check on the status, The representative was very short answered and with a rude voice said, "Your order is on its way!" After 5:30 PM, the pizza still had not arrived my wife called again and asked to speak to the manager. The individual replied with a rude sarcastic voice, "Well, what is your address?" I then got on the phone and told the individual that my wife requested to speak to the manager. The rep then abruptly told me in a raised voice, "Im THE MANAGER, AND IF YOUR WIFE WOULD GIVE ME THE ADDRESS OF THE ORDER LIKE I ASKED, I WOULD TRY TO HELP!!!" I then asked for his name, he replied loudly, "IT"S SHANE!". At this point, I was very upset at Shanes lack of courtesy and respect. Shane would not allow me to talk, he continued to speak over me and would not listen. I nearly drove to speak to Shane in person but did not, to avoid confrontation. My wife and I have never in our lives been treated with such blatant disrespect as we were by Shane, the manager. Weve ordered frequently from this location over the last five years that weve lived here, but will never again, not as long as Shane is working there. (On a side note, I would like to apologies to the delivery woman, because of my frustration with Shane, I was unfriendly to her and refused to accept the pizza)

Just because you dont accept cash due to the till not having enough money in it... Doesnt mean you get to be obnoxious about it. The cashier was fine - believe it or not the manager was the rude one!You need to retrain folks on professionalism and reconsider your policies that limit cash payments.

Wait time to get phone answered too long. Worse right away you get "Papa Johns Hold....Click" That wait time is even worse. Much better choices out there. Papa Johns was once very good. Not anymore.

I typically hate generic pizza places, but Papa Johns crust is like no other. I can also handle their sauce which is never overpowering the pizza. Good quick service. Friendly staff.

Ordered the Shack pizza...a complete disappointment placed order requested additional order of pepperoncini peps. The pizza burned on bottom raw dough in center of crust. Next the sauce was nonexistent on pie...the pepperoni looked even coverage...cheese was a basic amount no extra cheese here...my order did not have my xtra pep either...over the years this brand has collapsed in qualitySave your money

I hated my experience. Asked for the breadsticks they were dry and plain.didnt even know those exhausted I saw 2 kinds I said I didnt want the cheese ones.he said I heard what you asked for it would take 25 minutes for a new order I left upset wont go back.

Lately weve been really enjoying their papadias. The Philly with garlic dipping sauce is my favorite. Food is always ready when I arrive and the staff is helpful and courteous.

The last two times I ordered pizza from Papa Johns it was horrible. I ordered a large thin crust with pepperoni and bacon. Very little pepperoni or bacon. One piece only had .cheese on it. Crust was hard and very little sauce. Wont be ordering from them again.

Terrible. Ordered a thin crust tonjght with cheese cups and parm packets. Got none of sides. Pizza was so cold that i had to reheat it. The toppings we all pretty much in the middle and the whole thing was dry. I cant believe this is what papa johns has come to.smh

I’ve picked up four pizza’s in the last thirty days on the way home from work. The food is always great.Easy ordering on the app. Quick and easy pickup. The staff is always friendly and the store is clean. So far a good experience.

My mother was able to order a pizza from Massachusetts and sent to me here in Titusville. The staff was extremely helpful with the transaction and I was so happy to receive a pepperoni pizza and a try of brownies. I appreciate the staff taking a little extra time to listen to my mother explain what she was trying to do. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you so much!!!

Ordered a large works tonight. It was the worst pizza weve had there. It was overdone and black in places. Seems the staff dont pay attention to their work. Not sure if we will order from here again. Not the first time pizza had been unsuitable!

The company needs to go back and re-educate the employees on germ precautions because on 9/25/19 @2115 (Titusville FL I had a incident with someone who not only took my order but check me out as well. I went to the store to get my order, the gentleman was rolling the pizza dough. He came to me to check me out, remind you I told you he was rolling the dough, didn’t wash his hands or anything. He came to check me out, took my money, wipe his nose, give me my change, get my pizza, my receipt and preceded to go back to the pizza dough he was rolling. All of this happened in front of my eyes. I was in shocked. I work at a hospital and it is mind blowing when you know the type of germs and viruses that is out there that we can’t see. I asked him if he doesn’t think that he should go and wash his hands. He tried to convinced me that washing hands isn’t necessary because the pizza is baked at a certain degrees. Now tell me how nasty is that when he was wiping his running nose. I told him he can take the pizza back and give me my money. Then he said that he can remake it. I don’t want a pizza remake from him that he already rolled how many other doughs so the question is how many times has this happened????We need to be confident in the food is being provided to us and not having to worry about getting germs/viruses from out food.

Wheres pizza I have ever had from Papa Johns large thin crust pizza of a supposed to be a vegetable with chicken added an extra cheese and chocolate chip cookie cost me $32 just disgusting chickens like robber is no vegetables on it this hardly any chews on it Im disappointed

Another food delivery service that will not deliver on Rock Pit Road area because "its a bad neighborhood". What he means is its a black neighborhood. Papa Johns lost my business forever.

Well the pizza is good. I recommend using that garlic sauce while you eat. However the staff can sometimes be rude over a the place is pretty solid I get take out from here frequently.

If I was able to give negative stars, I would.If you, as a store, are going to charge your customers $22.09 for a pizza, you might want to consider putting in a little effort. Not only was the pizza VERY overcooked but it was also made incorrectly. No sauce means, no sauce...not screw up and try to wipe it off. I also appreciate my pizza being delivered in the trunk of a car as much as I enjoyed being blown off by the employee who answered the phone when I called back to complain. If you are truly interested in a good pizza at a reasonable price, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Ordered two large specialty pizzas from them, & it was burnt so bad had it wasn’t even edible. Me & my friend couldn’t even get through a slice or two because it was just that awful. Not happy about it & very disappointing especially coming from papa johns which is usually very on point with with quality.

Went there last night to get a pizza. The two bakers were chatting amongst themselves, not to mention one of them started dancing, ended up burning the pizza, and the cashier herself had to make it. Thats pretty bad and the manager by the looks of him seems to not care at all and hates working there. If you arent paying attention to food, stuff is going to burn or be messed up.

they failed there health inspection the beginning of this year. This a quote of one of the many citations "food not stored in a clean, protected location. Probe food thermometer stored at front counter in container with pens, and observed hard dry rodent droppings in container" please check online for health inspections prior to eating out. food poisoning is a horrible experience.

The store always seems cluttered and dirty. Weve had issues on our pizza orders here. Sometimes its fine other times its not. Dont think its the best run Papa Johns. The staff is a turn off as well.

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and 16pc buffalo wings and the pizza was just uncooked disggusting my 5yr was up late waiting over 40 mins waiting on this food for nothing the pizza was for her and she was saying that the pizza was nasty and i gave it a try and it was because it was uncooked then i have ordered a 16pc buffalo wings and they sent me 15 drumsticks and 1 wing RIDICULOUS shouldnt advertised wings if you are going to send me just drumsticks. I called them and all she told me was that they cant hand pick the wings that they just grab them from a bucket i wad like makes no sense and then she told me that the pizza was cooked but they probably took it out early and that she can make me a pizza for another day like what the heck. Diggisting would not order from papa johns again

We have used Papa Johns for many years for personal dinners and church events as well.Recently, we ordered a number of pizzas for a church event, unfortunately the pizza did not arrive on time. Ginger, the manager, rectified the situation by giving us a refund worth of gift cards to support our next church event.We cant expect a business to be perfect, but it says something about the quality of the company and the management when they rectify a wrong immediately, and completely.Well done Papa Johns, and thank you Ginger.

My husband and I have ordered from here twice now since we recently moved to Titusville. And both times the pizza has been bad. And tonight was the last time we will be ordering from them. Because when I ordered the pizza I verified my address with the employee and an hr passed and I was told 35-40 mins. I called Papa Johns and the person on the other side of the phone said we tried to call you. Well the employee inputted my address wrong apparently and I was given attitude about the situation from some guy in the background.

We have been ordering at this particular Papa Johns for about 2-3 years now and after tonights service we will never return or place an order at this establishment again. We placed our order around 9PM on a Friday night, we already assumed it would be a good hour because it was Friday night. An hour and 15 minutes later the delivery man arrives with our pizza and cheese sticks. Actually it was just the cheese sticks, he forgot the pizza at the restaurant cause he "Thought it was just the cheesy bread." so he told us he would be right back with our pizza. An hour and 30 minutes later when he still hasnt came back with the pizza we call Papa Johns to see what was up. I was put on hold for 5 more minutes then when someone got to me they said the pizza was on its way and hung up. 40 more minutes later we call again and to the guys surprise his delivery man still isnt here. As I write this review we still wait for a pepperoni pizza. 3 hours later...

I usually try this papajohns about once a year just to see if it has gotten any better. NOPE! To bad cause it is only a few blocks away and I would eat there much more often if they would only try to make a decent pizza. Extremely small toppings, some pieces of pizza have almost NO TOPPINGS, really dont know how they stay in business.
