The restaurant was okay. The service wasn’t good and it was kind of dirty. I’m not sure about the food because I only had drinks, which were limited to a small selection. If you’re looking for something easy and quick around Ring Road Branch, then you might luck up on something okay there.

Quarter pounder with cheese? This looks more like a very sad sandwich. Either they have no idea what a quarter pound of beef is or... Anyway, wouldnt recommend.

Good customer relationship, their supervisor or manager with the name Jill, oh God this girl has the best customer service among all their branches, I think she should be awarded.

Reception is nice and the place has a nice serene environment you can enjoy your meals with friends and family...

I enjoyed my pizza but the only issue was the sauce , I asked for extra sauce and the pizza barley had any , besides that it was good .

Papa’s pizza is the best place to get the best pizza in Ghana. I couldn’t resist it. When am traveling I get it, I just need it everywhere.I was in Kumasi and wanted to enjoy one and couldn’t find Papa’s pizza. You guys need more branches.

Good services. Great workers and they are very kind too. The pizza is great and the place too is very neat and well arranged. The only problem is they dont check whether or not you are wearing nose mask. They will let you in with or without your nose 👃 mask. But everything there was very great and I enjoyed the pizza 🍕

Loved the meat eater pizza (Ghc47- mediumit was really filling. The fries was a bit salty but apart from that it was a lot(Ghc10). Fried rice with pork (Ghc28-small)

Pretty nicely hidden away, but tlas per usual the papas pizza service is Swift and pleasant. Very well run franchise.

I liked the fact that they updated their menu. The previous one was not that great because it was not having varieties , now we got a lot for the same quality pizzas. About the order process , it has to be looked up , overall, we and personally, I am still satisfied at the end of the day, keep it up , cheers.

I have had good and bad experiences here. I have ordered munchies and pizza here in the past and it has been fine. But i have seen that they have been advertising munchies lately on ig a lot so i set a meeting there with my business partner. We both ordered burgers and the waitress said they would take 30 minutes. The burgers took over and hour and it was more than my business partner could take. I would rank it much lower but i have had other good experiences and they did end up giving his burger for free. So at least they did some service recovery.

Was at the ring road branch and ordered their much spoken about meat munchee but it wasnt properly done so I spoke to the manager and she received the review with patience and handled the issue with much pediatrician. The munchee was replaced and well done the second time. For that, I recommend them. 👌 👌

Amazing pizzas! But they should work on their phone customer service because they don’t have customer service manners. The riders need gps because it’s annoying having to keep repeating the house route. But if you go to pick up it’s easy and fast they bring it to the car. Inexpensive too

Last night celebrated my birthday with my roomies at Papas pizza. The pizza is great. I like their weekly combo giveaways! For Tuesday, they give out an extra box of pizza if you order 2. Of course, it was my birthdays and I was out to spoil myself.We ordered chicken and beef pizzas and another with mushroom as topping. I LOVE their pizza. I also like that they are cheaper than the one next door (name withheld). I would cisit here any day and any time I want to give myself a treat again.😏😊😁PS: oh! When eating your pizza, get a bottle of coke. They go well together.(Papas Pizza, please, next time put something else than WWE channel. Although they were an interesting subject for my friend and I to talk about, some parents who dine there with their kids may not like it.)

5 Star! Easily! But Im gonna give them 4 stars. ( Ill explain later)5 stars because of these:1. Their outdoor seats2. Their Spicy chicken wings!3. And customer service from Gifty!4 stars because:1. Their fruit juice had a bit of chaff inside . 🤦🏾‍♂️ And it was so iced that I couldnt drink at all.Apart from this, they totally deserve 5 stars. 😊

Good pizza, good - almost very good burger, excellent fries. Service was a little shaky/disorganized - the ordering process can be smoother. Overall service not bad, but those blips cost them a star. Will go again.

Best pizza in Ghana no cap, always on point. Only thing they have to work on is their smoothie and milkshake sizes and unavailability of certain ingredients for them. But aside that great pizza and a wonderful staff 👍🏾

Papas Pizza is nice place to eat pizza. Jumbo Pizza of 16" is excellent. Service, food quality, rate and music is excellent in this restaurant.

Tasty food, good services, short wait and affordable prices. I really like this branch especially on match days. It gets lively and entertaining. There is a gas station as well for vehicles owners

Great place, at a fuel station, waiters approach you with menu, take your orders and deliver your food. Has both outdoor and indoor seats if you decide to eat there. Waiting time was 27 mins for one standard pizza order. Waiters were friendly

They have faster services. You can make your order in your car outside and it gets delivered to you. Their customer service is great. I ordered their full house pizza and I loved it. Comes with vegetables, chicken, pork and cheese. The atmosphere is very cozy.

The whole experience was great, the waiters were extra O - ready to help and wearing beautiful smiles. Wide range of pizza toppings, rice meals, side dishes and burgers.Inside and outside sitting available. The manager was also on top of issues - we had an issue and she resolved it professionally. Ill definitely go back 👌👏

Best price for junk food in accra! Fast delivery for on line request. Special papas and deluxe are the best pizza to order over in my opinion. So cheesy and juicy. Good spot for hanging out with friends. The medium size is good for 1 person do not dare taste the large one for yourself it might be hard to finish it because its really large!

Been here a number of times. Service & food can either be nice or undesirable depending on the time and day.Sometimes things are great, hot food and smiles. Other times when there are 10 servers, not one person will ask you for your order or if youve been waited on. You can even stand at the counter like Im doing right now and no one will mind you. This cant be OK.So Ill be spending my time & money elsewhere. *smiles*

Small space but its decent. If also has outside seating.They served me just in time so thats ok as well.Its good to grab a quick bite from there. The could take better care of their menu cards so it would usually look more presentable to customers.

Waited forever for my pizza that landed me in bad traffic at the ring road but when it was ready,I was the best pizza Ive ever tasted...as attested by my 3 year old daughter

Great tasting pizza and a wide range of pizza for everyone. cool place to meet and eat.The first week they opened customer service was slow but visited them today and its quite impressive.Enough parking space for customers and theyre will give their competition next door a run for their money.
