I went in for Falaa Freestyler with my preferred toppings ( beef and sausage). The crust was just right; not too thin, not too thick. I’ll give them a 4/5 because I feel the Osu branch needs a little renovation.

Pizza was good. Ordered ahead so didnt take long to get it when I went there to pick up. The staff who took my order was friendly. A bit tricky getting there as the road leading to the front is narrow.

Food was great, enjoyed myself. Only disappointment was the cost of water, almost choked when I noticed the water was more than triple the normal price.

I like Papas Pizza, my previous order was done on the fon 30mins before I left my office to pick it up that will be 35mins. I still got there and waited another 30mins before getting my order.Today 25th June was worse, I waited 1 whole hour waiting for 1 pizza.. so disappointed in Papas

This is my first day of been around here, i was supposed to get 7 packs of pizza for sale at my local area Asankrangwa. But fortunately i had 8 when they realized it was more than requested, they gave it to for free. Wow a customer care. I enjoyed my time with them even thoug it wasnt enough. I hope to return to the cities and enjoy great moments with papas. Your pizza come with large slice enough to fill the whole familys. Thumps up.

I had to wait for more than an hour for my vegetable rice and chicken sauce to be ready. The rice is just tasteless and the chicken sauce is below average. The sauce was just prepared anyhow. I think they should go and look for the former guys operating the kitchen.

Order at osu branch delay because of buy one get one free. So you got to pre-order. However your order will still not be ready.Sanitation issues dirty floors and walls. The washroom is also ..........

Really horrible experience. Ordered grilled pork. It came as a rotten platter of meat which immediately had a pungent aroma as soon as it was opened. No way that the chef didn’t smell it during cooking. Soft and sticky. Really terrible.

I dont know what happened to this place (osu brunch near the fire service, they really make bad pizzas these days and it seems when you go there around 11:15pm, 11:25pm the kitchen does any kind of pizza because they are in hurry to leave... Ive had 3 really bad pizzas from the osu bruch. The recent one i went there to place the order.... I had to wait for 40mins and the order i placed wasnt what was served. I called to talk to the manger and he told me theyre about closing so i should call the next day. Without even apologising for the mistake. If any loyal customer should be honest, the pizza they started with isnt what they serve now.

You are served with one of the best pizzas there...in spite of delays and sometimes pizzas not well cooked... But they have increased their prices too much. We wont eat their pizzas for this Christmas if they dont do anything about it

The service was somehow fast. There was a lady(Lauraoutside who took my orders and brought the pizzas so I didnt have to get out of the car or enter the store.

Open air sitting area. Had rather loud music playing. The pizza was yummy, although the service was rather slow.Its located close to the Ghana Police Headquarters and opposite the Ghana National Fire Service Headquarters.Its easily accessible from the roadside.

I am usually quite an enthusiastic customer of Papas, however on my last encounter I waited for over an hour to get my pizza which usually takes 20 mins. Also the pizzas was a poor shadow of its norm. Excessive cheese and not much else. Dont lose the magic guys!!!

Top notch customer service and relation skills. Encountered a POS failure at the time of my visit, but may have been fixed after, so please do check if you want to pay for your order that way.Definitely stopping by again.

Papas makes some of the most delicious and cheesiest pizza in Accra. Their customer service is on point and the prices are decent. Its a great place to hang out with friends or in groups. They also serve a variety of meals other than pizza such as wings, fried rice and so on.

It took almost an hour to get my pizza but I was told they had a lot of orders and its understandable since it was after 1pm.Anyways I had papas favourite in medium (10"). It comes in 6 slices... Super delicious and filling... The chilli is diced in it so if you cant withstand spicy food then stay away or request it without chilli but I loved it. It cost ghc46 plus 2 soft drinks totalling ghc56...Aside the waiting period I experienced, the service is 👍

Best pizza in Ghana in my opinion. Be sure to order before you come, unless you dont mind the wait. Its worth the wait though. Although, sometimes the food is not up to scratch, this is very rare.

Always best when you are in a hurry, call for your order to be placed and they do it right so when you get there not much time is wasted but for you to pay and leave.Their service and customer care personally hasn’t been so bad but I wish they could get better cheese that wouldn’t get hard when the pizza is cold.

Well they make good pizza, plus they are awesome when it comes to delivery, very much in time and at affordable prices. They are also nice when it comes to customer care. I like the fact that most of their venues are open areas allowing lots of fresh air, making it suitable for family outings

Good pizza, freshly baked with a good delivery service

Great tasting pizzas. Tried almost all their Pizza selections and I simply love it. Rich and filling to the palate. Only qualm is the sitting area. Ambiance is very poor. No background music and service is very inattentive. But their pizzas always makes up for this. A take out is usually the best options.

After the East Legon branch, this branch reigns. Very generous with the toppings so extra toppings actually feel like extra.Tip loving staff go out of their way to please you...but remember you if you dont.If you live far East of Accra, ordering from the circle branch is a big mistake. Either have a dispatch pick it up for you or get it yourself at the Osu branch.They dont deliver anywhere near or beyond, and for good business reason. Its really worth it.Eating in is good too but you (ladies especiallymust have on either long sleeves or trousers. Failing thats come, with insect repellent. The mosquitoes are unrelenting vampires.
