Pizza was not good in terms of the taste. I used to love papas but Im no longer sure

Too much delay even when you pre order

I placed a single order dor dried rice a chicken sauce,I was told it ll take 20mins to gat ready only to wait for an hour plus before receiving my food. Furthermore I had to be calling to make checks instead of the branch calling me like the call center officials told me when I was making payments....terrible 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I didn’t enjoy the pizza and my order was delayed just because after I ordering it and I was given 30 minutes I decided to step out and do few things only to come back on time and I was told my pizza wasn’t ready because I stepped out and they thought I will delay. Pure lies

Papas Pizza’s pizzas, are so flat it’s like bread and even bread has more fluff than that. They told me to wait for my pizza for just 15-20 minutes and about 49 minutes later that’s when I got my food. And it wasn’t even that good!

Very amazing but I think their timing is pretty bad; you wait a long time before its ready. Aside that, their meal is very delicious and number 1 on my menu so far

You cant go wrong with their meat eater or barbecue pizzas. Anything else is a definite gamble. Their service is okay, wait times are manageable and customer service is alright. Their USSD payment platform is very convoluted though and a huge drawback in the age of myriad convenient mobile money options.

They have a scammer online who is robbing people and posing as papas pizza...and to think that you report it to them and then they tell you they already know meanwhile money has been sent to that person...it was a horrible service

Bought some new toppings pizza🤯🤯🤯😱😱😱. Didnt like it one bit. It had goat meat and other toppings. Flavor plus taste were competing on my tongue. Threw it out....yuck

Chicken was dry and tasted like chewing cardboard. Pizza sauce was non existent making it taste like eating just the baked dough.

Pizza was okay but the waitress bore me. She made me sit down for over 20 mins just waiting for her to confirm payment. Just as i was about to leave i met her and it looked like she had even forgotten i was waiting

Ordered for a pizza and its almost 3hrs now I still dont have my pizzas.... My carrier has been waiting at the restaurant for over an hour. Phones are busy and I cant get hold of anyone

Very erratic customer services—sometimes great sometimes appalling. However, they have very delicious pizza. I highly recommend BBQ lovers (if you have no problem with pork).They also do deliveries!!

Still a little bit undecided between papas pizza and eddys.😅.. Open roadside experiences are not really great for me but this spot always feels comfortable. Very welcoming staff and the pizza is one of the best youll get. Ive experienced better but for the price, it couldnt have been any better. Definitely worth the try.

Rice dish is great and not expensive. The pizza is tasty and healthy. Waiting time for food is not prolonged. The setback is that their advertised lines do not go through that easily. Busy at most times. One needs a lot of patience to call back many times for a single order.....needs some working on.

Sometimes good and and sometimes not so good. Tip: be specific with your order, light crust, extra herbs etc. Cos on a good day, it tastes really delicious. Good customer service too so far.

There is a nice indoor and outdoor sitting space.I personally prefer the indoor sitting space, its private and cool.The pizza is delicious, service is good as well.They offer delivery if you want it (its kinda expensive though).Depending on the day and who is taking your order, the pizza can take 20 to 40mins to be ready.I think thats a long time to wait for a pizza, but if youre not in a hurry, feel free to wait because youll enjoy the taste.

I called the Spintex branch and Frimpomaa gave me every single detail I needed without me asking. Her customer service is on point. She has so much patience. This is the very first time someone has been this nice. She deserves a promotion or something. Papas pizza please reward her to encourage those who answer your calls to be nice.

Nice people good food

I definitely remember what it felt like inside here. I ordered a drink and soon had to leave. The rooms a bit dark and quite concealed. Unless you desperately need to be indoors and watch a live soccer game (yes, theres a TV), you should rather enjoy the outside shed. Very friendly staff though

Customer service on point..such a lovely inn for pizza

There is a decent sitting area where you can sit and wait for your order or possibly eat there but most people chose to wait in their cars for their order at the time of my visit. As for the pizza, it was good and rich in topping. Better than some other pizzas Ive had.

Nice pizza place. You can order in or take out or have it delivered. But whatever you do do not order a milkshake - theirs is quite disgusting. Also, a medium pizza is sold as large there and this may be due to a differences in sizes between GH and the US (where Im from)

A lovely and lively place to have a seat and enjoy pizza. I think they have the best Pizza in Ghana so far. I really like pizza and I can vouch for Papas Pizza as the best in Ghana. The staff is also friendly and professional. They also offer delivery services which can save you a lot of time

Decent Pizza and decent food. Prices occasionally escalate but they do run promos every once in a while. Theyve got a beautiful outdoor setting for TV and Sport lovers. Their indoor restaurant isnt bad either but could be better with enough ventilation. Their washroom however needs a massive makeover.

Their beef sauce tastes great. A bit of a turn off is the in-house eating. Poor service. They assume once you order you are going to take it away even if you want to eat there .too bad. On the average the food is good
