Superb when you have some good cash only

I seriously cannot believe this because I ordered my pizza a while ago and they told me that the order did not come so I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Seriously guys, even though the pizza was good you guys can do better.

Papas Pizza, East Legon never fails, they always on point, when the waiters give u time for the meal to be ready they actually beat their own time and deliver before time woaw, always amazed with their service delivery, more grease to management for consistency and customer friendliness.Pizza is always hot from the oven and quite moisty and very chewable yummy yummy with cheese dripping from your mouth yep, theyve got it all wrapped up in one piece with chilled drinks on the side to cool u down. Highly recommended by urs truly.

1)Tomato 🍅 sauce is too much to the ratio of cheese 🧀.2)Tomato sauce is too tangy. I’m sure it comes out of a CAN or something.. there’s no way they make their own tomato sauce3pizza bread/crust is too doughy not crunchy4)very stingy with the pepperoni

Not happy about the service, I ordered for burger, when u came home it was something different in the box which is very unprofessional

Poor customer service.. I was giving 15 minutes wait time after my order ended up waiting for 45mins..with no communication of what was going on.... And this is my third time experiencing this... But the pizza was not bad

In Papas pizza staffs have good skills of communication but delay in serving customers.

Their spicy and sweet shawarma is a must-eat.

Ah why do you guys cut the meat into big chunks like that.? Please we are not buying fufu and goat meat its pizza .the cheese too is less really bad and your friedrice doesnt come with fried chicken.I hate grilled chicken.please do better

Customer service was very good and was very patient with us as we did change our order a bit. The pizza tasted good. The Margarita didnt have too much herbs but it was still good the meat-eater pizza was alright as welll.Defintely recommend going to eat here , prices are also reasonable too

Papas pizza use to be on top but not anymore. The rush in preparing due to plenty of others they receive. Some times they dont answer calls for others

Theres someone at the entrance to take your order and you get served within 15 minutes.Their pizza 🍕 tastes better than competing pizzerias in that neighbourhood but taste is subjective so dont take my word for it; try it out and be the judge 😉😉

Very bad service, inaccurate order/wait and delivery time... I was told my order will be ready in 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting for twice that time. It happens all the, they simply cant keep up with the demand and their pizzas are over priced.

Bought pizza here some time ago, meat eater they call it. Id usually place the order and have it delivered. One day my wife and I decided to take a drive and pick it up ourselves and bring it home. We placed our order, made payment and waited for it to be delivered. When the waitress delivered the pizza she asked for payment to our surprise. I insisted that we had made payment and were even waiting for our receipt. Long story short this ensued in a back and forth and I ended up conceding and just gave her the money again. My wife was so dumbfounded she couldnt even utter a word. We have been in shock till this day. Very very strange but well.... We never went there again and never will.

Papas Pizza is hands down one of the best pizza joints in Ghana. The pizza options are well-suited to the Ghanaian palate.This branch doesnt have much space for parking so it can be uncomfortable finding space or leaving with your car. Also the attendants are nice and receptive.Hopefully, they can work on the parking space and expand seating capacity.

Parking is such a nightmare with Security Guards giving conflicting signals. 🍕🍕🍕 not bad. Ask for the Ghana Jollof Pizza youd be glad you did. If you dont like it, Im sure they used the Nigerian recipe....Thank me later!

Excellent service outside peak hours. Pizza is just mouth watering and deliciously delicious! You will love the amount of cheese on pizzas if you are a cheese lover. For those who like spicy food, "opana" is the way to go. They are also sensitive to clients preferences and recognize that not everyone eats pork. Quite pricy but most of the time its worth it. Big size pizzas are not always cut well. I have not eaten anything other than pizzas there so I cannot comment on other products or the venue itself.

Papa’s has great customer service. I like their turn around time. Always willing to walk to you when you drive in.Keep it up guys.For their pizza, just make your choice and you will love that pizza.I should commend you guys that you are making good impact out there. Keep doing what you doing.

Loves the pizza here especially the papas special family size.You got your bacon,cheese,meat and chicken all infused with fresh vegetables.Service is always prompt and a good atmosphere as well.Busy though on public holidays and Friday nights so better make your order in time.Their attendants are so welcoming.

Takes a while for your order to be ready, the bigger the pizza the sloppier it gets management needs to take a look at that

I had a terrible experience. I placed an order for an extra large pizza with my own toppings made up of beef, chicken, pepperoni, tomatoes with barbecue sauce and the barbecue sauce was not added. I therefore requested for it.Hmmmm what they brought me was a pizza drenched in barbecue sauce. Its very disappointing.It actually soaked the box. Paulina the waitress who served me should go back for training on customer care.

Undoubtedly Papas pizza is one of the best pizzerias in Ghana. Every item on the menu is worth tasting. Papas pizza....I tasted and I loved it😃

The pizza isnt authentic pizza. Too thick crust and overly stated toppings with nonexistent cheese. Its also oily.Customer service wasnt bad just felt overwhelmed with too many waiters around. A bit unnerving and confusing

Best pizza in town...hands down. My subjectively bias opinion ( like my cheese on top, not under the pepperoni). They are generous with the toppings and go a great job at using fresh produce each time. Not very many indigenous food joints keep consistency in taste and flavor. Papas exceptional!East Legon branch is their busiest ( being surrounded and patronized by affluent and upper middle income earnersso usually best when you place your order in advance for pickup (or even delivery). Friendly staff earn their keep with good tips...
