Great hospitality and easily accessible

The best things about this hotel: The view and the staff. They really care about their service and friendliness. They want to make it as comfortable of an experience as possible. The hotel room we booked was spacious and it had a lot of amenities inside. Some of the negative aspects are that it is an old hotel and the furniture and bathroom is old. When you sleep over during the weekend, you may have trouble sleeping because there is noise coming from the bar and restaurant since they host events like wedding parties. Pets are allowed which is a nice thing to note.

The hotel is unique with its amazing view over the entire Gulf of Thessaloniki. Great atmosphere and with style. Breakfast was rich, rooms big and clean. The hotel makes a compliment for its guests with fruits and bottle of greek wine - what a hospitality?! The staff was very kind and well educated. I highly recommend to book a room with sea view - it is worthy. The hotel has great connection with the center via bus but going by car is even easier. One of the best hotels we have stayed lately ❤️

We loveded there. Great staff, great food, great view. Harileny is a wonderful person, she prepares some great cocktails. We can say that if the opportunity arises we would go there again.

Came from Sydney Australia with my husband & loved it. The view is absolutely amazing 👏 😍 ❤️ we had a lovely stay, thank you to all the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Saki the owner. We will definitely visit again when we come again to Greece, Thessaloniki. The only negative was the water took about 10min to run hot water, once it ran it lasted so I was happy as had a nice bath as I was looking forward to after a long trip. They provided a nice buffet breakfast with healthy fresh fruit options at an extra charge which were very delicious. Some room for improvement & suggestions, maybe they can put a disclaimer note saying no vegan milk option available unless requested in advance. Including Chai latte and other non caffeine lattes as we have in Australia (although I didnt find this no where in Greece where I went except starbucks). Loved the bed KING size and super comfortable. Clean sheets and room. Thank you for the philoksenia 😊👍

Doesn t matter how much well traveled you can be, there is always a surprise to confront up with. First time in a hotel someone asked me to pay before to enter in my room. Note that the room was booked directly from booking. Com and they could just receive their money directly from my card. No. That was not enough. I should pay the whole amount Before to enter my room in a very strict way. Note also that i used this hotel only this year 5 times and never had such an issue. Totally un acceptable treatment to clients from a company that wish to be in the hospitality business and in a country that people are proud for their hospitality is just a disgrace.

A great hotel made excellent byit"s thoroughly professional and helpful team. A special mention to.Sakis who was especially helpful - such great attention to detail and exceptional client care. Food in the scenic restuarant is great quality- the chef clearly takes pride in delivery freshly made wholesome food. Thank you Sakis and team for going above and beyond.

The view was wonderful, the rooms always taken care of, the staff lovely. The only downside to breakfast is somehow meager, more fresh stuff like fruit could be.

Very nice place to stay in. The rooms have the spectacular view to the seaside. Liked the compliment from the hotel: wine and fruits. Also breakfast is included. Will be staying here next time, if we come to Thessaloniki.

It was a really great hotel. The key point is ‘was’. Lobby, restaurant and rooms looks gorgeous but requires some maintenance and renovation. There is not enough parking spots, so you should park you car on the nearest streets.Good breakfast menu and breathtaking view outside. Also very pleasant staff. Air conditioning works a bit loudly but in general I enjoyed staying in the Panorama hotel.

Easily the best hotel in Thessaloniki! It has the greatest view of the whole city, the greatest breakfast and restaurant, excellent ambient and interior, a free parking and shops in walking distance. Probably the best location too as you are in one of the highest point of the city in the mountain surrounded with woods. But above all they have the best staff, not only professional and with curtesy but full with surprises too. Its a must stay hotel!

A very nice hotel with friendly staff. Easy to get to with parking nearby. The pork tenderloin with mustard sauce was great. I would not recommend the Cesar Salad, it is a long way from being a Cesar salad.

Extremely nice host and services, covid-19 aware and prepared (great breakfast served at the room).The view is amazing, panoramic view of Thessaloniki (you should definitely ask the view side!), very large and clean room.The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood, ~20mins to the big city by car/bus distance.Although not a the most fancy modern hotel in town (it sure was a few decades ago), it has a great view, breakfast, service, and close to the airport.

YES - Comfortable beds and pillows if you do like a medium mattress and pillow then this is for you. Friendly and helpful personal, very kind and most of them really gently. Wonderful view and nice veranda. We had our breakfast in the room so we can enjoy the amazing view.So this is the back side of the hotel if your room is in the front you want be able to see it.NO - Three nights here they didnt bring us new and clean towels. As I mentioned that we had a room with view you MUST know that the restaurant of the hotel has tables in the veranda and when people sit there for a drink or to have breakfast/launch /dinner its really noise. You have to request for hot water or this is what I did, the first two days the water was lukewarm when I asked they said that this is our hot water but then they did change that and apologize for it as they do keep low temperature to protect kids 🤔, so it will be better to check if youre ok before taking a shower.

Everything great, extremely nice service, bed top to sleep well, all good.

It is located far away. Commuting with bus rrom here takes quite long time. There ends anything negative I had to say. Nice rooms, calm and clean. Very nice breakfast. Friendly staff. And a bit of City view as well with the ocean in the distance. In summary, not convenient but a very nice hotel (which I also got for a very good price.

This hotel is no longer a real 4star hotel. It should be quoted for 2stars and the prices should be half. The carpet and the furniture is 20years old. Only the front desk is 4stars...but you dont sleep there

A very good hotel to stay in for one or more nights. The restaurant view is amayzing, you see all bay of Salonic. The frontdesk personal is very responsive at all your questions.

Tried out their restaurant, which has an excellent view, but no service. Two waiters serving an almost empty terrace. After waiting for 10 minutes for the menu, I approached them. I told them that I would like a menu, they said they will be there right away, but decided to BOTH serve a table at the same time.

The rooms are not the same as in the pictures buy they are ok. The restaurant should get -5 stars. The food was awefull !!! The only thing there that deserves 10 stars is the view !

Very friendly and helpful staff, they will go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful.Nice and clean rooms that offer everything you need.I would reccomend hiring a car, which offers more freedom to travel wherever you want. The city centre is easy to access as well as the roads leading to the surrounding area

Super nice staff, relaxed atmosphere, great breakfast and restaurant. But the interior is in dire need for a repair and modernization. Seems more business oriented, not that great for family getaway due to lack of pool and such facilities.

One of the best hotels in Thessaloniki. People, trust me, the view is breathtaking! One of a kind, a person can sit on the balcony for hours and not feel how time passes by. The hotel is located in the high parts of town, where the air is clean and fresh and the silence is much appreciated. The service is quite satisfactory. The food is rich of choice and definitely colorful. The rooms are in baroque style, clean with amazing terrace. A little bit dusty and old fashioned. The bathroom was not clean enough as per my understanding, but nothing unacceptable. The only unfortunate thing is that it is far from city center. There are beautiful woods where walks can be taken and nature can be enjoyed.

Stayed 3 nights here, and had a lovely time. At first glance, the hotel needs some refurbishment, its clearly been around for a while. However, its still good, and the service more than makes up for it. The breakfast has decent variety and excellent quality - Greek manouri cheese, smoked salmon bruschetta, grilled brown mushrooms, and more. Excellent coffee.My aircond broke down the first night but I was too tired to bother, so I just slept with the balcony door open... But the minute I mentioned it to the front desk, they sent someone to fix it. When I had a migraine, they sent up a few different types of medication. They remembered to ask me how I felt a few hours later when I walked out to find dinner (considering I called downstairs and it was someone else who brought me meds this was great of them).Location-wise, its not far from the Panorama village, a pleasant 10-minute walk, and across to a park that I didnt explore.The breakfast terrace has lovely views.Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you, Panorama Hotel.

We stayed there 3 nights. Very clean and comfortable room, breakfast so nice and nice fresh made omelets.The view is amazing looking up all over the city.The food was amazing. We enjoyed also the small homemade cookies offered with cappuccino. Thank you we’ll visit you again soon

An interesting hotel in Panorama municipality with a panoramic (get it?view of Thessaloniki down below.Everything about this hotel is within standards: room sizes are as you would expect, standard furniture, standard decoration, standard breakfast included etc. Whats not so standard is the magnificent view of the western wings rooms and the great staff which will try to make your stay as pleasant as they can.The down sides are, that although impeccably maintained it sort of shows its age (the heavy design, the choice of building materials etcand the presence of a café/bar on the ground floor which may slightly disrupt your relaxation. So maybe it should be given a three and a half star...If you happen to drop by the bar, try the pizza!

Though its a nice place you pay too much for its view. It must old though its maintained well despite you can notice few details still needing attention. I stayed only one night and it was up to my expectations, while the breakfast was way more than I expected (either I have not seen such a big variety of things or I have forgot and that being said when the time was late and they had to gather everything, which mean they refill the all the dishes even at the end). I will go again if I can and need to have a look again on its incredible view
