Panfilov Park in Shu

Nice park with lots of rides. Quite reasonable prices as well. Although dont expect it to open by 10am. Most rides get operational by 11am or so. Theres a nice ice cream stand near the fountain in the centre. Ferris wheel is quite good for the price.

From an American perspective— very affordable rides and food. No ticket needed for entry. No tokens or vouchers needed to take rides. All payment is in cash. The staff are excellent and we had a nice time. Definitely geared towards kids and families, but anyone could enjoy walking around.

Quite big Amusement Park. You can find Fun Rides here as well as enjoying many play games. Must Ride Big Wheel also where you will have memorable experience of city site seeing. This park is full of greenery and awesome places to sit back and enjoy.

Cute central park 😻 I recommend visit it at sunset time and ride a wheel, you will see great view on main square and park from birds sight view. Try sugar sweets and drop a coin to fountain, make a wish ❤️

Nice park. Kind of old school. But the atmosphere is good and prices are very decent. Dont recommend getting any of their "milk shakes" though, as it feels like you are drinking sweet plastic. 🥲

Nice park with a few rides and amusements

Its old but have a lot of charm and the price is nice for al rides. Little over 2 euro for the London eye thing.

On a gloomy December day, just before NY we went to have a stroll. Half of the rides were open and the big ferris-wheel even had carpets on seats for extra comfort. We did enjoy the 100 KGS stalls, where we played darts and shot balloons with a bow and arrows. We enjoyed reminiscing and interactive games.

Cute amusement park mainly for kids but not only. It’s a nice Soviet place that will always remind me of the Soviet era. It’s worth taking a stroll. If you look at it from a helicopter view the park has an octagon shape.

The parks very good and have many games, restaurants there need to have enough menus and staff with enough speakers as we had very bad experience with ordering vegetarian pizza, we told him no meats and assured us no meats, after half hour the pizza full pieces of meats and we asked him to change it and agreed after 30 minutes, he bring the pizza with full of sausages and only tomorrow is the vegetable. I believe they need to at least know the names of the food in English.

Nice place if you travel with kids!

Best place to take a ride and to be arounded by so many kids. You can eat cotton candy, ice cream and feel like you are a baby again :)

I love Bishkek basically for the people and all these parks. Ideal to rest and read in the middle of the citys hot summer.

The Bishkek Eye has been modernized: new cabins, more spacious, tidy, higher. The cost is 150 KGS - 12+ and 60 KGS per kid (2-12 years old). There couple new attractions for 10+, the rest is for younger kids and of a poor quality, old and need to be modernized. The park provides several cafe places, a train looking shuttle bus that excursions around the Park for 60 KGS per client. I recommend eating at the closest restaurant Tyubeteika for sanitary reasons. Overall a very green Park.

I take my daughter to this Park from time to time. Nice park with a lot of green areas surrounding the park. Not so many attractions so the choice is limited. This Park has not been thoroughly renovated for many years. I think the government should take care of such beautiful parks. Definitely nice place to spend time with children.

A nice park for the family.. a lot of activities for the kids to do..like an amusement park with lot of swings.. 12D theater, shooting, kart racing, designated smoking areas, local food vendors, lot of families, greenery, close to state museum are some of the highlights of this park.. there is a street car parking available too..

Beautiful park, very clean & very green awesome Park to go walk or visit with the family and kids. There are many playgrounds and rides for everyone. Plenty to do and see for both adults and children. From Huge Fairs wheel to Russian billiards, musiums, theater, to many many cool little children rides and few faster roller-coasters Bishkek style! Night time is also very very bright and pretty with many cool LED lights. Definitely must see place if visiting Bishkek!

One of my favorite attractions in Bishkek, the dated rides have their own charm. Recommend trying different ice-creams from the vendors, but not before taking a ride.

One of the citys biggest park, what you should know before visit it:- Its named in honor to Ivan Panfilov, a Soviet general.- ‎It is a attraction park with: carousel, ferris wheel, horror house, bumper cars, fast food shop and all the usual stuff.- ‎Its open every day, but not all the attraction are working.- ‎It looks a little abandoned.- Nice place to take pictures.I recommend visit this place.
