I love panera food just not their prices..1 chicken sandwich, 1 Flatbread=$25.00!!!!Didnt even order any drinks???. What tha??
Clean. Good food. Bathroom clean. Quick friendly service
Great food dinning in or drive thru always a go to!!
They never have any crossant souffle. 5x.But its on the menu. Tired of their excuses. And lets not talk about the wait time. The worst Panera bread unfortunately this is the nearest location to me, they have lost a customer at this location only.
From my experience, this Panera is slightly sub-standard. The food and beverages were really good. However, the building was dirty, the order terminals were not operational, and the restroom was not clean, to my standards. Nevertheless, the food came out significantly quicker than other Panera’s I visited.
Excellent Customer Service. Very Professional and Proficient Service. Amazing Quality of Food. Very Reasonable Prices on The Menu. Not Your Ordinary Fast Food. Very Clean Establishment and Plenty of Parking. Accessible Parking and Entrance Available. Breakfast or Lunch is Bomb.
Stopped for lunch to feed my daughter and wife at lenwood outlet center. Panera bread is behind the burger king. Got the kings $6 meal not bad at all.
Fresh food fast. Panera was a Godsend during the pandemic when we could not find bread, we would order a loaf sliced and it was the best.
Very pricy but good food
If you love Starbucks, then Panera is a restaurant thats has coffee and other drinks selections. However, not with the same variety as Starbucks offers. Still, a place clean, quiet respite for the family. Panerai offers soups and sandwiches that are sure to hit the proverbial spot.
Staff didnt know the menu.Nice restaurant...
saturday morning - july 16the employees working in the drive thru this morning were lovely and very helpful ! it was my first time at panera and they made it a very good experience, definitely deserve a raise :)
Tried a new chicken sandwich and it was not as good as my usual. The macaroni one cheese was warm. The lemon cookies were great and I took some tomato Basil bread home it is yummy too.
Was hesitant at first to stop at this Panera, based on reviews. But we found it to be well staffed with no issues. Ample, fresh salads and hot soup. No complaints.
Pretty good. Ran out of napkins, which seems strange, but overall it was a decent place to stop and eat in the middle of the desert.
Employee Sherie was rude because she had to take orders, she looked like she was on drugs, but made my experience horrible. On top of that the the lettuce in my salad was welted. Other paneras are so good and this one is horrible.
Usually ok. Often sold out of bakery and breakfast items.
This was the first time I had been to a Panera Bakery. The place was clean and well organized and easy to order. In fact there were only a few other people in the restaurant, so there was no wait to use an order station. To be honest, there wasnt much on the menu that sparked my interest, but I ordered a warm bowl. I liked that I could easily remove things from the entré. The food came quickly. But $13 for a bowl of rice with some chicken, tomatoes and avocado seems on the pricy side. But ultimately, the food was bland and uninspired. Probably wont be a repeat customer.
The Panera bread in Barstow was very clean, and organized. The cashier was kind courteous and very friendly, gave us suggestions on what to order and what to try. The other workers were friendly as well!! I will definitely return on my way thru town again.
I always enjoy eating at Panera. The food is always tasty. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is very pleasant
Wow. There were so many employees and 3 customers here, yet it took our meal 23 mins and our order was messed up.Sigh.........
Food was fresh and well prepared, even right before they closed. Kind and courteous people
I do not understand Paneras concept of a menu. Whether you are in-person or viewing the online menu, there are no descriptions or pictures of the items. Therefore, you have to ask the cashier what is on something. She reads off the ingredients quickly, which is so unnecessary - just post it somewhere. They were out of avocado, so I didnt select the Turkey & Avocado BLT...ordered the Turkey Bacon Bravo instead - they were out of the deli turkey and needed to substitute the roasted turkey. So, not well stocked on Sunday nights.. Almost every person in the store had to be asked, "Were out of avocado, is that okay?" Mmm, not really but what are we supposed to do? Theres not much you can sub it for and theyre not offering $1 off or anything. 2 out of 4 of us changed our orders due to the avocado shortage, then in a bizarre twist...the two people who said no avocado was fine ended up having avocado on their sandwiches! The turkey bacon bravo ended up being pretty good and I did like the mac and cheese. The Chipotle chicken sandwich and tomato soup was "nothing special", the Mediterranean warm bowl was "okay, nothing too special", and the vegetable soup was "great".
I LOVE Panera, but unfortunately this place does not meet the criteria you expect from Panera. I was traveling & stopped of the freeway for a test. I went here & ordered the simple grilled cheese & tomato soup combo & 2 cinnamon buns at the kiosk.I went around the corner to wait at the pick up station. I was the second on the list for meal being prepared. I ran to the restroom & when I came out. I was next up. So I waited.. They called another name.. I waited. They called another name. I waited, another name below me (w 3 bowls & 3 sandwichesgets called. Finally, my name was called. I grab my bag & head to my car. Open the bag & Nope. Cold cold cold.I was so disappointed.. The grilled cheese was stiff & cold.. How could that be, I just picked it up at the window?! I ended up tossing it to the birds & grabbed the soup. Unfortunately, that was tepid.Of all things. Their simple soup & sandwich combo, such a simple ask & they couldnt get that right... Horrible.
25 minute wait with two cars ahead of me. Hadnt tried the smoothies before, we got 3 kinds and I only liked the green one, mango and strawberry were ok
Nice place...fast and tasty
Chix avocado but tasty but sloppily made. Squash soup was too sweet, tasted like pumpkin pie mix diluted with water. Chocolate. Chip cookie was underbaked and too sweet
Stopped on a cold, windy, rainy day to satisfy a soup and salad craving. Gotta love the BBQ chicken sandwich with a steaming bowl of soup. Dont forget to get something to take home for later, the cheese quiche never fails to create a easy breakfast the following day and adding a sweet treat never hurts!
Perfect pit stop for lunch and restroom on the way to Vegas. Was no wait/line, received our food within 5 minutes after ordering, restrooms were clean, and staff was attentive. Food was fresh, standard Panera menu. Confusing 1 way parking lot that is sometimes hard to nab a spot, but was able to find one. Thank you for making this a great place to take a break.
Sat. 8 /7. 1:45. No diet pepsi even though the charged. Fountain drinks dispensed only water. Service bad. Not clean. Disorganized. Told manager they were out of pepsi and she didnt apologize or take care of it. Mumbled something like well have take of that. Why didnt she offer me something else? Ended up taking an orange juice.
I order pepperoni pizza every week. They were not able to do a simple pepperoni pizza without cheese over pepperoni, ever.I always ask to make sure that no cheese over pepperoni and i always got my pizza with cheese over pepperoni.I never said anything i took it as it was , this time too, but i had to come up with this review because this time was outrageous!I ordered a pepperoni and specifically ask them to make sure they put cheese on the dough, pepperoni over cheese and thats it,no cheese over pepperoni.I dont know what note they put in computer but my pizza came out like this...Wow! Just wow! Some people must stay home on government aid for good, its better that way for everybody...
I liked this place. Had not been there before. Good salads at reasonable prices and friendly staff.
Driving back from California to Las Vegas we decided on Panera for dinner. We havent had Panera in a long time. I called and placed an order to go with Alex. Alex was so friendly and accommodating! I had the Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT. The sandwich was Awesome! So fresh and tasty! A wonderful experience all the way around! Thank you Alex and Panerai!
Panera Bread needs to keep better track of who picks up the delivery orders. Apparently people are able to just walk in and pick up bags of food from the counter without any confirmation from the staff. This resulted in my order being taken by someone else, and forcing my doordash driver to wait extra time. No issue with the order, but this mix up couldve been avoided if the restaurant just asked for delivery confirmation before just letting any random person take bags.
My experience here was top notch. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Food was awesome, hot fresh and delicious. Very pleased. Thanks for the great dinner!
Great Place to stop as it is halfway point between California and Vegas! Always friendly service and probably one of the cleaner establishments in Barstow. Definitely prefer this location over the Starbucks on Main Street. Recommended.
Stop here often on our way to Nevada. Consistently good quality and service.
Had a bad experience twice in 3 days.We were driving north when we decided to pick up breakfast at this location in Barstow. Unfortunately, we were half an hour away until we realized we werent given our drinks. Two days later, we picked up breakfast again on our way back. Almost didnt get our drinks again but this time we remembered to ask and got them. Our relief of getting our drinks was short lived because we were given a wrong sandwich this time. When I went back to complain, our order was replaced but the drive thru attendant was not apologetic at all. The sandwich had meat in it which my wife doesnt eat. Thankfully she is not allergic or anything.
I would like to thank Panera in Lenwood, CA for been exceptional. They always come through for our orders and can always depend on them for anything additional. Claudia you are amazing and thank you for having our back at all times, Panera is blessed to have you as a manager and the staff there is nice and polite.
The people are very friendly here, however the quality and freshness of the food was severely lacking. We got up early and I ordered bagels; a very small selection, as they did not make any fresh bagels. The bagels we received were definitely not very fresh. I’m very disappointed in myself for continuing my order of a baker’s dozen anyway, but I’m more disappointed in the work ethic at this establishment that thinks stale bread is ok to sell to customers. It tasted several days old. I hope this is resolved by the next time we happen to be in Barstow again.
Panera is a great stop for fresh coffee and good food. Hardest part is trying to decide on what exactly to eat. They also have the new coffee subscription for only $8.99 plus tax!!! That is almost free coffee!!!
Extremely overpriced for such a regular place and such a standard sandwich, this is my fisrt time at Panera Bread (and most likely the last oneI had that "Meal" for almost 12 dollars, It didnt taste bad at all and Im not trying to be cheap by any means but I think whatever that was its not worth the money for a half peace of bread with lettuce and meat.
This place always hits the spot.Great and delicious food Everytime.
The bowl of soup was a joke. Can you see picture attached, that is a bowl of soup from there, 1/4 of the full and all the contents fit in 2 spoonfuls, a total RIP off
Food was great. Ordered a cup of black bean soup which was great and a Mediterranean veggie half sandwich that was was wonderful. When I received my food I didnt think it would be enough but it more than satisfied me. Prices a little high but the quality is worth it to me. Also tried the prickly pear hibiscus tea which was also great. Hard to find drinks that arent loaded with sugar and this one hit the mark!
Friendly staff, fast service, delicious fresh food
My family and I stopped at Panera Bread in Barstow on a Saturday at 12:30 pm. Customer service at the register was awesome. We quickly found a place to sit. While looking for a place to get my drink, I was helped by an employee who pointed me in the right direction. Another employee brought us our food very quickly. We were in and out and back on the road very fast.
Great options for a healthy meal while on the road. The staff are very friendly, polite and professional. The restaurant is clean. The pick 2 option is great - it allows you to combine two items into a meal. The portion sizes are perfect and the food is delicious. They give you a tracker when you pay so they can find you and deliver food to your table.
My salad was descent but wont be back. They were out of bread, my cappuccino tasted like water, and they didnt have everything needed to make my salad.
Half Chinese salad chicken is great with good sauces. And the chicken soup is tasty as well.
