A typical PB like others. Clean and friendly staffs.

Good soup and sandwich. Grilled cheese and tomato soup.

There a lady who never says anything to the line when she should say “ can I help who’s next ?” She stares at them and of course people keep waiting because they think they first one in the line waiting. It turned out it’s confusing that the first one in the line just standing there but she should had asked.

They give you those things that vibrate when your order is ready. Mine never went off and after 15-20 minutes of waiting I went up to find my now cold sandwich on the counter with 4+ employees not doing much of anything behind it. They ask for your name when you order, you’d think somebody could holler it at least, guess nobody cares. Incompetent

Staff is very friendly however the online order is a pain. You still end up waiting 10 minutes in line to pick up your online order. What is the purpose of the online order if you still have to wait in line to pick up your order.what a waste of time.

Clean with good food and fast service in an up-and-coming neighborhood.

The breakfast sandwich was good, but Im pretty sure the floor has never been mopped. My feet were sticking to it with every step. Pretty nasty.

Average food. A little pricey for the quality.

Seasonal dishes are still a win. It gives customers something to look forward to with each change.Pick up continues to be very convenient, but there remain some advantages to waiting to order face to face. Getting the offers for upgrades and deals just makes it fun when you have the energy to spare for them.

Awesome staff everything was clean and they helped out as much as they could.

In the last few months this location has moved the pickup shelf to behind the counter, so you have to wait for a staff person to get your rapid pickup or Doordash order. Very annoying and Im sure annoying for the staff too who are already hands full at such a busy location.

Discovered when we got home that our order was incorrect, items were shorted. Attempted to call te store were unsuccessful, no one answered on multiple attempts.The restaurant will no longer be on my list of go to restaurants

Chicken soups portion size and Mediterranean sandwichs size was too little. Brought it to their attention but they it was their standard size. Rosevilles Panera does it better.

This is a Panera Bread. Sandwiches, drinks, soups, bakery fun, and all the angsty teens you can throw a stick at! We have quick service, quick smiles, and keep coming back. Happy to see new items being tried out. The employees seem like they dont hate working here. The store is clean, well kept. Keep up the good work!

Amazing customer service! There was a disaster of a line the last time I was there and I was only trying to pick up an order I had made. It was so hard to tell which line was for what but this amazing worker saw me walking back and forth between lines that she came right up to me to ask if I need help. Once I told her she went around the counter and handed me my meal herself to let me go on my way quicker. I think her name was Suekary or Sakary. She was an absolute peach!

I pulled out a pretty long piece of hair from my tomato soup that was blonde or brown. I called to get a refund for just the soup because I didn’t get the chance to eat it. The manager (Keith, I believe was his namewas rude and unhelpful. He sounded like he didn’t care about his job. I gave him my last name, my order number as well as my rewards number and he claimed to not be able to find my order. I then explained that I spoke to a young girl at the cash register who complimented my hoodie and then he decided to put me on hold and find my order. After he (hopefullygave me a refund, I thanked him and told him I appreciated his “help” and he said “meh.”I still have the restaurant 2 stars because the cashier was nice! I love Panera but I won’t be returning to this location.

Stopped in today for some Chicken Wild Rice and was greeted by the super nice and sweet Sophia. Her service was almost as good as the soup!...Ok, her service was a little better 😉

Convenient location. Great customer service. Food is made to order. Always hot, good prices. I will be back and I will recommend to my friends.

i ordered extra cheese which i was charged for and did not receive, and ordered lettuce and cilantro which was also not on the sandwich. i tipped 5.00 for carry out so i kinda expected the order to be correct

The food has always been pretty good but Ive noticed them slipping un the last few years. I eat there often enough to know what to expect and when I get less or the quality is off I know it. Ive been experiencing alot of the latter as well as alot of missing items in the food or overall order.... if you order out make sure to doube and tripple check so you dont have to go back.

A busy Panera breadParking 3/10 its bad... But at least they have parking haha.Food comes out pretty fast. Never gotten my order wrong yet. And always pretty good. I love paneras tablets I wish more fast food places did that.

I’d never been to this Panera before but was around for work. I placed an online order before going home for pick up. I got there and easily grabbed my order which was perfect. I drove 15 min home and my soup was still hot enough I didn’t need to reheat. Also I asked for butter with my bagel and they gave me a whole bunch! Thanks for the great service Panera Ford Parkway!!! Yum!

Our delivered order was missing one sandwich. I’m happy to say the phone person (Nicolegot right on it and had the entire order re-delivered. No charge. Thank you!! That’s great customer service!

One of the best Panera Bread shops I have been. Polite personnel, clean with tasty flatbread. Good job!

We visit this location a couple times a week. Always super friendly service and incredibly fast. Recent remodel looks great and cleaned up the look! Food is very consistent and delicious! Love the crust baguette.

The caprese salad was amazing the soup was really good and the bear claw was even better I go for just the bear claws because theyre so good and you cant find them like they make them at Panera

Do not order anything from this location! Staff was rude, they moved the self pickup behind the register. You have to wait in line to pick up something you already ordered ahead. Staff seemed disorganized, they felt bagging loaves of bread was more important than helping customers. Manager stood looking at a phone for 5 minutes, horrible service, horrible place to get food

Sloppy. Thats the only way to describe this location. Water all over the floor by the ice teas. Picked up my to go order. Stupidly even gave a 15% tip. Requested utensils for the soup and salad. No utensils, which wasnt discovered immediately since the receipt said confirm utensils. So no soup or salad for us. On to the sandwiches... Spilling out all over the wrapper. Furious. It wasnt even busy.

I want to say thank you to the staff, management, and delivery guys at this location for making my hospital stay so much better. Ive been ordering here all week thanks to a gift card given to me. Its so much better than having the food at the hospital for 6 weeks during chemotherapy. Thank you all so much for the kind, fast, and accurate orders. Tonight I added my roommate to the order and hes equally as greatful!

The Ford Parkway locations delivery service is absolutely garbage! Multiple times I have placed orders and either they forget something, take forever to show up, or are too lazy to bring the food to my apartment. The last order I placed they dropped the food off in the lobby of my apartment complex and never called to let me know it was there so it sat for over a half hour until I decided to go check and by then everything was cold. Never ordering from this location again!

What a joke! Ford Parkway Panera is absolutely terrible. It used to be great, but has since taken a nose dive. The girl who took our order had a voice like a church mouse. My girlfriend and I couldn’t hear anything she said. Then they forgot items for our order. Oh, and it was absolutely freezing in there! Never going back...

I have not been in the restaurant for dine-in experience. I exclusively use rapid pick-up option and the order is always ready on time when I get to the shelves. I have only ordered Paneras breakfast and lunch menu items. No complaints. The breakfast sandwiches are hearty; the lunch menu for mac n cheese with a half salad are the way to go. Pair it with their signature flavored tea and you are good to go until dinner.

Great food, great settings, and honestly, a very nice environment. The only reason that I wouldnt give this 5 out of 5 stars, is because, in my opinion, portion sizes are a touch on the small side, especially in conjunction with the pricing. Now dont get me wrong, this is great food, and as I said earlier, everything else is, in my opinion, great, but there is the issue of portion size in comparison with cost.

I couldnt be more pleased with Panera breads customer service and their food. If you want consistentcy with customer service and great tasting food try the ford parkway Panera bread in st paul. Every time i order its right on time and everyone is so friendly thier!

Fast food style mac and cheese with trace amounts of over cooked vegetables. If youre a serious broccoli fan this is a major disappointment. The noodles/sauce are fine, the carrots slivers are pretty cool, but oh my gourd the broccoli is so bad. Tiny bits of very well done broccoli. I would expect a high quality broccoli experience from Panera. Add a lil bit more and cook it a lil bit less. The broccoli should carry the dish not bring it down. The iced tea situation is lovely and the workers are great.

Some young children came in to ask the management about raising money for sports and the manager treated these young black kids like animals and yelled for them to leave as one wasn’t wearing a mask. Even if the manager was in the right, she was extremely rude and made the atmosphere very unwelcoming. Do better.

This location is a joke. You come into the building and they don’t know how to say hi. They will just stare at you and don’t ask how to order in the store. The manager also didn’t acknowledge me so I’m not surprised that his worker didn’t. He needs to set a better exam.Then they don’t even wear a mask! As a health worker they could at least think about their customer and not their political view of Cov-19.There are better location.

Smelled wonderful when we walked in. Fresh bread was being pulled out of the oven. The server was pleasant, quick, and efficient. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. The Barbeque Mac cheese, California Fresh Avacado Mac N Cheese, and Chicken Tortellini Alfredo were delicious. Definitely recommend this for an outing!

Wonderful! I had French onion soup. Dark, rich broth, good stringy melted cheese. My friends had Broccoli Cheese soup and bought an additional baguette to eat the soup like dip! Good dark roast coffee and a very generous salted carmel chocolate chip cookie with big flakes of salt on top. Reasonable. Fed 3 of us under $30.

Had been regular customers here since we moved , usually service is decent but we ordered food from them for delivery since we were sick. The delivery was over 25minutes past the latest "arrival by time" we got when we ordered(we live 12 min from this Panera). Called the number that was listed on our order in the meantime no body answered, no one returned our calls. Finally got our soups cold, not worth $30 especially for delivery.

I really like this location. Place is allways clean. Food taste great and is not too crowded. Nice place to have coffe or if you want to study.

I love my dining experience at Panera Bread Highland Park location. I ordered the pick two half sandwich and soup meal. I absolutely loved the smoked Turkey bacon bravo sandwich and bowl of chicken wild rice.

Standard Panera menu. Food was made in a timely manner or order was perfect and the food was awesome. When I went to pick up my food the people at the window preparing it were such a hoot!! I had carry my food one trade of time because I was laughing so hard I didnt want to drop it. Ill be back!!

Standard Panera food. The place has recently been renovated, so it looks very trendy now. The prices are reasonable and fair. If you are looking for good macaroni and cheese, this place is good. The salads are also good, but MAKE SURE that your dressing is in the bag if you are getting it to go.

This is my go to Panera. Im here so often and glad to report that not once has any of my plates or orders lacked in flavor or presentation. Staff has always been friendly, the cashiers and food prep. Always happy to grab a bite here.

The woman who took our order (AnnaRosewas very polite, friendly, and fast. She read our order back to us to verify accuracy. The order was very large, but it was still prepared very rapidly. The store was clean and organized. Overall probably my best experience at any Panera Ive been to.

Great place for a quick lunch. I like the fact there are many healthy options to choose from (salads, soups, half sandwiches, etc). You order at the front counter and are given a buzzer that will notify you when your order is ready. This place has always been incredibly fast at making your food, you wont have to wait long. The one major drawback to this place is the limited parking and limited seating inside. During peak lunch hours its not uncommon to have trouble finding a parking spot, and once inside, have trouble finding a seat at a table.

I love the healthy, lower calorie menu, but also love to indulge in the pastries like a yummy cinnamon roll, and their lemonade is tart and fresh! The place has lots of seating, Ive seen many, many groups up to around 6-8 but mostly around 4-5 people get together here for a lunch business meeting or just to get together. The kitchen is efficient and has a quick system for getting your order ready.
