Counter-serve bakery/cafe chain serving sandwiches, salads & more, known for its bread & free WiFi.
Frustrated to spend so much money on a cup of chicken noodle soup for my sick kiddo and get barely half of one noodle in the whole thing.
Order chicken noodle soup and it only had two noodles, one carrot and two pieces of chicken.Hadn’t been there in two years and won’t be going again
Good service and staffs were super friendly. The food is good and freshly baked goods.
I am so tired of coming here and being disappointed. They are ALWAYS out of whatever you want!! The past FIVE times I’ve gone here for a breakfast soufflé they are out! 2 hours before breakfast is even over!! If you know it’s a popular item, MAKE MORE! They are also always out of whatever sauce come with the sandwich I order! I’m done with this place. Don’t come here. There are better Paneras in the area.
Great service from friendly enthusiastic staff. Food quality is as expected - Panera standard. A bit pricy compared to other places that serves this kind of food. Nice spacious atmosphere.
Panera you cannot possibly think that this is an appropriate way to cut a bagel. I’ve been coming here for years but the past few months you’ve messed up every single item and every single order. I will never be coming back
The taste was good, but the half Chipotle chicken sandwich was mostly huge chunks of avacado that fell out with the first bite.
Patient and accommodating staff. We visit with our grandmother who uses a walker and needs wider spaces to get through to the tables. Staff was helpful with this every time.
Perfect/friendly service. Went at 12:30. Very short wait.Order was perfect. Spent $20 for tea, sandwich, 1/2 salad.. nothing else..everything $$$.
Pleasant atmosphere. No wait time, but had to ask to have my bagels put into a paper bag as they were handed to me in a clear plastic sack. Did not want people to see what I purchased. Had to ask for my paper receipts as well.
The chicken salad here is bad... everything is fresh but the chicken.Chicken meat smells weird I think this has been a while before it was served.
This time had a goddess salad and strawberry poppyseed salad, both awesome, so was the soup and the cinnamon rollThey forgot an item, this also happened before on one of the many times that I drove through for dinner take out, my bad for not checking their bad for not checking
Cashiers and employees avoid being cashiers making you basically have to use tablets to order. Ordered on tablet and cant get reciept, manager had to print off and she just looked bothered. In middle of lunch shift looked like 5 to 6 employees just standing in front of pick up not doing anything. Dirty tables and trash left on tables.
Came here yesterday afternoon around 6 with a friend, we placed our own separate to-go orders through the kiosk. I ordered the pick 2 half Cesar salad with chicken and a sandwich. He ordered the pick 2 broccoli and cheddar soup with a bread bowl and a sandwich. We waited 15-20 minutes to get our food. We normally don’t have any problems with waiting but as soon as one of our orders was ready, it just sat on the counter for 5 minutes waiting to be bagged and handed to us. The lady originally working the area just vanished and never came back so a different lady had to come and take over. Shortly after our second order is ready, we take it home only to find out that they forgot to include chicken for my salad and the bread bowl. For the time and money we spent (collectively about $25you’d think they’d check everything accurately. Knowing how they like to skimp out on the portions, they would’ve most likely just given me 3 scraps of chicken anyways but I still didn’t receive that??!? Salad was dry, croutons were beyond soggy, and soup was watery. Never coming back to this location.
WowI have never felt so welcoming coming to a panera besides this oneLisa the team leadWas absolutely nice, professional with usThank you!!!
I ordered the pick two and a flatbread. Not only was my food cold, but the portions were super tiny.
Lisa (or linda I cant rememberthe cashier was so sweet. Enough that it left an impression with me. Dining room could use better upkeep throughout lunch hours.
I only go to Panera for the Soup and the Customer Service needs to be upgraded. What I order requires a Spoon and why dont I have a spoon every time?? Im not understanding that! I get ONE thing.
I ordered the Greek salad which was good but the grilled cheese had the wrong cheese, I dont care for American and asked for white cheddar. So I was disappointed and did not eat it.
I purchased a Caesar salad with chicken for $10.99 and got a small dish with lots of lettuce, a skimpy amount of chicken, and 2 small containers of dressing that was not near enough. Maybe $2.00 cost to them to make but sold for $10.99.Never again will I go to any Panera Bread establishments. There are other places to go that for $10.99 you get a meal deserving to pay $10.99.
Love this Panera location! Everyone is so nice and the food always tastes great. Also, 10/10 customer service from the manager on a coupon we had from a school fundraiser Panera supported. Def recommend!
I love Panera Bread! I ate the most awesome salad with apple chips in it and other different ingredients, of course.. I think it was one of the best salads I have ever eaten. Definitely worth going there for lunch or dinner.. 😊
Ordered and paid for a FULL size salad and this is what I received. Last time I got it it came with cheese and croutons but only got croutons. Sad because I really wanted this salad but I didn’t pay for half a full size salad
Always gets my order right except once they gave chips instead of baguette and when I asked to swap out he let me keep the chips too for free! Occasionally Ive gotten a free cookie in my bag too, so appreciated!
Love the food.My daughter really likes the mac and cheese here...recommended.
I order 2 smoothies and a frozen strawberry lemonade. When it came time to get it, I was told they were out of lemonade so he made another strawberry smoothie. How aboout that smoothie still had ice cubes in it and strawberry chunks....The other smoothies still had small pieces of ice in them too. I am very frustrated about this and also they were $5.19 each and the cup is small. As far as the frozen strawberry lemonade, they should have told me they were out when they took my order also.
Excellent service. Great food. Coffee was amazing on this cold day.
I’ve held off on doing a review for some time but each time I come here there’s always something missing or the food is old and cold. Furthermore, the several times that I’ve caught that something was missing the employees always put up a fight. The first issue, we got curbside and a drink was missing. My boyfriend went inside to let them know we were missing a drink and the cashier argued with him and tried to charge him for another drink. Luckily, another girl walked out and remembered that she didn’t bring the drink out with the order and helped us. Since then, the several times I’ve eaten there I’ve gotten rock solid baguettes, cold soup, and sorry excuses for “sandwiches” like the one in the photo. I decided to give them another shot for Saturday lunch and I was again let down. We ordered from our table in the app (by the way the employees don’t bring you your food here you have to get up and get it yourself..so forget coming here to work or studyand despite it just “coming out” everything was awful. My baguette was forgotten from my pick 2 so again my boyfriend went to ask for it. The employee argued that it didn’t come with one despite it saying it on the receipt. He was finally able to get it. My soup and his Mac and cheese were luke warm, my salad was drowned in dressing (there was enough to drink like soup), and his pizza was so dry and crusty that the pepperonis fell off when he picked it up and required force to tear away a slice. On top of that, the coffee I ordered tasted like almond milk and water. The only thing that was good was the baguette that was almost forgotten. We spent over $40 for this beyond subpar meal. Panera’s prices are way too high to not be top notch every time. If we were to sit down and have a steak dinner up the street at outback we could have paid about the same price for a much higher quality meal. After everything we’ve dealt with here, I will not be returning.
I dont think Panera can ever get it wrong, but again, I always stick to my usual. I dont frequent often, I think the prices are ridiculous in comparison to other eateries who also have great sandwiches/soups/salads. My favorite, hands down, would be their turkey chili. It doesnt have what most would consider the "usual" chili ingredients, but it is very delicious and never fails. I like their goddess salad and their new Asian salad, they both, are a nice addition. When I feel like adding to my cheat day, Ill have a kitchen sink cookie!Nothing more or less, Panera hits the spot.
So door dash messed up bad, they put my coffee on my apartment gate even though I put the apartment code twice and apt # on my profile. I work from home and I could not answer my phone because I was talking to a client. I called back twice and was sent to vm twice on the second ring. I was out of coffee so I was grumpy, and I called panera grumpy. The girl I spoke too was so sweet and apologized even though it wasnt her fault or Paneras. She called and got my order replaced and the next lady who delivered the my order was so sweet and apologetic. I dont know if she worked for panera or door dash but regardless, amazing customer service!
So glad to have gone in to pick up our usual fill of spinach soufflés (bacon for mommy and artichoke for kidand all time favorite Chocolate Muffin tops. Lisa was able to remember to ask which of the ones I liked (darker/crispierand when I decided to add an Asiago Cheese bagel, she took the time to get me one that looked cheesiest! People like her willing to come to work early on a Saturday morning, and do it with a smile, positive attitude and great sense of humor makes my day and gives everyone hope the world is still going to be OK.
Complete trash management. Run by an 19 year old named Shania (or whatever it was I don’t really carewho has the comprehension of an 8 year old. ordered a simple meal with soup and a bread bowl so naturally when the meal came delivered without the bread bowl we called and asked to speak with a manager. We got the kid on the phone who was incapable of explaining why we’re given an entire loaf of bread vs the bread bowl we ordered. After asking why we weren’t told the bread bowls were out of stock we received an attitude from the kid. We then asked for a refund i which she replied they were incapable of doing and hung up on us because she felt uncomfortable as to why we were asking for our money back. It’s Panera bread people, don’t expect much but be aware the stupidity is being run by the incompetent.
Its a very good soup and salad experience. The crowd seemed more retirement age with a few families mixed in. The service was fantastic at the register, but everything else is self service. The half sandwich is pretty big comparative to the full sandwich so if you are looking lite, the half is great. I had the turkey avocado, my wife had the veggie. My daughter had a plain kids turkey. All in all pretty basic sandwiches. It was ok, mostly clean although there were a lot of i dishes starting to stack up at the trashes. Not sure if they were short handed.
Delicious ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ food, pizzas, baked items and drinks at affordable prices. Staff is always helpful. Out of 100 meals here only one was bad due to tiny meat portion on Turkey BLT sandwich. Probably a goof by a rookie on day on the job. This place trumps Starbucks 8 days a week. No wonder its hard to find a parking spot here during WE peak dining hours. Thanks so much for all the southern hospitality and friendly smiles.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely phenomenal food, prepared right in front of you in a clean non-smoking relaxed European bistro style atmosphere. People were respectful and the staff was genuinely helpful and happy. I always believed that a happy staff is the single most important trait of any successful enterprise. At this location you can tell that they firmly believe that each individual staff member is their greatest asset. Bravo to this cafe, job well done!
I have loved Panera for years and have loved their salads, especially the Fuji Apple Chicken. But today I share my disappointment. It seems that they stopped using real lettuce, like butter or romaine, and are just throwing in some escarole or curly endive. And in this case, it’s more stem than leaf. I will be adding in my own butter lettuce at home. :(
I dont know what it is about this location...but the service leaves MUCH to be desired. It seems like EVERY TIME we place an online order with this specific location, something is made wrong, or something is missing from the order. My last order on April 26, 2020 was supposed to have two muffins and a few cookies along with the rest of the order. Well, we get it home, and guess what is missing? Two muffins and a few cookies.Did they call to notify me of this? No. Did they bother to tell me when they brought my order out that they were out and ask if there was anything else I would like in their place? No. Just "here you go" and run back inside. What is the point of the online order system asking for a phone number to contact us with if there are any problems with the order if the store isnt going to actually USE IT? And how difficult is it to let someone know that they were out of things in the order at the time of delivery instead of letting them find out when they get home? It takes all of 10 seconds to relay that information to the customer....and yet it seems like 10 seconds that cant be wasted on the customer.Incorrect orders, missing items, poor customer service skills, zero communication...I think for the immediate future, until these issues are resolved....other locations will be getting my business.
I used the rapid pick up and I ordered online on the app. It was fast and easy. Didnt wait more than 5 minutes. The food was pretty standard as per Panera Breads standards. Overall great staff. 👍
I have not been to Panera Bread until today. Had a coupon, so why not try it. I felt the prices are a little high, but otherwise, I enjoyed it. Approaching the restaurant, the exterior was clean and well maintained. The "bistro" look from the outside made it appear inviting. Walking in, I felt like I was in for something good. The attentive lady that greeted me at the register was accommodating and helpful. The chicken in my Teriyaki entree was a little over done, but the process was quick and easy and I enjoyed my meal in a comfortable space.
Food is delicious but Teriyaki Chicken bowl portion size was way too small for $10.99 price. The bowl we received probably had half the amount of food in it as the picture at the register showed it having. My wife was hungry just an hour after eating it. Stick to their sandwiches instead.
My husband and I go to this Panera quite a bit. They mess up orders when we dine in person, but fix it so no problem. Yesterday, my assistant ordered lunch for our team and guests. They were out of big containers, so put our Baja and teriyaki bowls in small soup containers. It was a fraction of the food we normally receive. We called to ask them to "make it right" and deliver the remaining food to our office, but said that they stuffed an entire bowl into a tiny cup! Id like a refund. Picture attached is of an $11 Teriaki bowl!
Consistent bad service - deliveries are regularly incorrect, and no one at the store answers the phone to remedy the issues - youre stuck with what you get.
I havent ever been annoyed enough to write a bad review. This experience is definitely one that has caused me to pull out my laptop and leave one. We went through the drive thru to order a lunch for myself, my grandmother, along with my 3 year old, and 1 year old. We are handed our sealed bag and head 20 minutes home. (We both raved about the kind customer service displayed by the young woman that took our order). When we get home to enjoy our lunch before the kids naps, we are surprised to learn that both of our sandwiches are missing from the sealed bag. Upon calling the store to speak with the manager, who seemed very empathetic and distraught over the incident, we were advised that we could drive back to pick up the sandwiches. 45 minutes later, we have the sandwiches back home. Both of us were annoyed, but pleased that we were about to be able to eat the delicious steak and cheese sandwiches that we were looking forward to all day. (and they threw in 2 cookies for the trouble, so that was nice). But then I unwrapped my sandwich and was disappointed even more by the fact that the sandwiches were DEFINITELY not worth the drive back to the store. Pictures of the sandwiches are attached. 1- The bread was burnt to the state of a small rock due to the fact that the sandwiches probably set underneath a heat lamp the entire time. 2- the horseradish was in a single glob on the bread, one bite nearly burnt my nose hairs off. 3- the meat was the texture of a dog treat.Needless to say, I will not be back to this location (or any of their drive thrus). Panera Bread--you are better than this. Get it together.
I ordered a caramel latte in drive-Thru. And when I tasted it, it taste like just a regular coffee. So, I asked the lady, if she can put more caramel and stir it for me. Then, when she gave me back my coffee, coffee spilled all over the cup and the lid. What kind of service they have.. they should at least check it and make it presentable when they give it back to customer. Hope this won’t happen again..
Stopped here for lunch one afternoon. Tony- the manager was great, very patient and quite funny. Facility is clean and organized. Food was delicious. Pickle could of been better . . . was a bit dry.Overall, great experience!
I visit this location on multiple occasions. I pretty much order the same thing every time I visit. On this particular occasion, a female by the name of ANA refused to comply with a simple request of making my egg cooked to medium rather than over easy. Again, this is the manner in which I place my order every time. ANA proceeds to summon the general manager who then enters the dining area and starts yelling “cooking the egg to over medium temperature is a food safety issue and against Panera company policy and standards” of essentially making a scene. I recorded the entire event. This is the manner in which reputable brands begin to lose loyal customers, with bad front line management. Upon expressing my displeasure at his lack of response the general manager stated I should visit other Panera locations.
Just ordered and had delivered two salads and the avocados were partially black. Manager, Tony, says hell take care of it next time we go in there ... seriously?? Who sends out a salad with black avocados and thinks its ok? But he swears his best salad guy is making the salads, thats a little scary.
This place is getting worse by the day. Just look at the picture on the kiosk vs the actual food. Portions are tiny and taste is very poor. Finding nasty silver is normal now. My friend had remains of food in his fork and they told him "it doesnt happen very often". Should never happen. Im cancelling my membership.
The bowl wasnt hot and soup was thick and cold... but food was quick and nice place
After arriving home realized take out order was shorted a cup of soup. Immediately called this locations General Manager, Patrick, and he told me to come back in and he would, and I quote "replace", the soup. You cant replace what you never provided. It is raining heavily and I mentioned the inconvenience, he told me he would provide a comp for my trouble. When I got back to the restaurant he brought me the soup, but did not provide anything tangible like refunding the cost of the cup of soup or taking my name for a future visit. When I mentioned this he raised his voice and while beating his fist on his chest he loudly said "I am a man of my word" several times. I told him that I was going to contact corporate about how this was handled and he again loudly said, "Oh, let me get you the number". As I turned to walk out every customer in the place was looking at us.By the way this was my second purchase of the day. I had taken my mother to the doctor that morning and went through the drive-thru at another location to get her soup for tonight. So in total I spent over $72 today with Panera Bread. I was astounded that a general manager would behave the way did.I have attached my receipt from tonight. The one from earlier today is at my mothers home. When I called corporate they were able to see both transactions in my loyalty program account. They still offered nothing but an apology. All is not lost, because it has made me think really hard about how I can treat my customers and associates with greater consideration and kindness. I will go to the other location when I can and avoid this one.
