The pastry is nice I especially like the bear claw. Nice sandwiches and salads also the beverages

If you need to place bakery orders its better to order to a person. I ordered at the kiosk and waited for 20 mins and then they mentioned 3 of the 4 items ordered are out of stock and had to cancel the order

Im a nanny and I often bring the kids here after picking them up from summer camp. It is their favorite place for lunch. The Mac and Cheese is their regular order and I always enjoy their new "charged" drinks like red apple cranberry. The food is always prepared fresh and arrives hot and tasty. The staff is helpful and polite and the store and dining areas are always clean and stocked with condiments, napkins and utensils.

Good healthy fresh food at a not crazy price. Never had a long wait to order a little wait for food but not even close to unreasonable. Always clean and I think that matters with fresh food more then like a burger that any bad things will be killed in cooking. Also never fell rushed or not had plenty of seats even though they offer free wifi as compared to the likes of a Starbucks that you cant find an open table. Menus are full of options and I have not had a bad meal yet. Latest trip used the kiosk and it was easy-to-use

Ordered French onion soup. The soup had carrots and paper in it. Beyond disgusted.

The manager here is a very very nice man. The only drawback is the online ordering. They use door dash too many issues

Fast service, nice looking inside and outside patio. Food tasted great. Ordered buffalo chicken bacon pizza, mac and cheese, ceasar salad, chicken noodle soup and tuna sandwich. Disappointed they did not have Turkey. Bacon turkey bravo was my preferred sandwich. Also ordered green drink. Nice atmosphere.Update: 8/25/22 everything is still good

Ordered DoorDash and I guess they let me order something they stopped selling without notifying me. They then delivered all the rest of my families food without mine. No notifications no calls. I guess I’ll just watch everyone else eat? Customer service at Panera isn’t what it used to be.

My spicy take chicken sandwich was missing the spicy pickle chips and the salad I ordered my girlfriend to-go cost 13 bucks and was no bigger than my half salad I paid 7 bucks for. I honestly feel a little ripped off. Contacting customer service to hear their opinion on the matter until I leave a final review.Update: They reimbursed me with a new meal.

Panera was the best years ago,last 2 times I went I asked for provolone instead I got a skinny sandwich on a baguette with yellow cheese,they dont serve ham any more by still serve pork bacon,whats the difference?,my sister sandwish was not toasted and the turkey in the sandwich was not folded pretty to accommodate the lettuce ,it was just thrown inside with yellow cheese and cold,she did not eat it. Panera use to make sandwiches that were classy, beautiful to the eye,now I feel Im home opening a bag of bread with yellow cheese,whats happening, we miss the old Panera,Will not go back.

My friend accidentally left her wallet on counter with no one behind us. Didnt realize it until I got a notice from my bank that they suspected fraud. So I believe cashier gave her wallet to a friend and they went shopping at Target, Home Depot several times. Thank God they got them on camera and she will get her money back. DO NOT trust their employees at the Mt Laurel location!REALLY SAD.

Ordered a bowl of chicken chicken noodles soup. It was not large enough to fill a coffee mug. Disappointing :-(

I had SUCH. AN. AMAZING experience at Panera today! My best friend and I came for dinner and we had confusions with our salad orders. My friend ended up getting a different salad than she expected when ordering and was unsatisfied with her meal. All of the sudden, one of the staff named June (shoutout to June!), approached our table and offered to make a different salad for my friend. Neither I nor my friend expected this type of kindness; and June did not fail us! She offered to and made a new salad for my friend, even though we insisted on her not because of the work it would be. She insisted on us being satisfied with our meals, and even offered free cookies for us. What an amazing experience, it truly made our day!

Usually do rapid pick up at this location. Orders are ready on time and any special requests or customizations are done correctly. Very happy with my experience here.

Use to go to the Nixon Drive location but staff messed up way too many times on how they prepared food. Last straw was when Frontega Chicken sandwich literally had no chicken. Drove to Mt. Laurel despite it not being nearby and while subpar, I still had some patience left. Well, today I ran out of patience when our sandwiches & soups were barely filled. Spent $30 with absolutely nothing to show for it. I could be forgiving if I knew they were visibly busy or it was during their rush hour, but it wasn’t. Doesn’t help that this a continuous pattern for both locations so can’t say it’s a one time thing. Welp, no longer eating at Panera.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Food was delicious. Prices have gone up.

The manager Kyle Is amazing. Did taste great! Def recommend wherever Kyle is. He keeps a tight ship!

Expensive & nothing exceptional. The salad was warm & dry. The chicken sandwich was dry with very little sauce & finishings. The juice was ok. Again, nothing exceptional will not be returning.

Had the duo combo, soup and sandwich. Both were delicious. Kiosk ordering and text notification were very convenient.

Ordered two cups of soup along with a few other items. Both containers were filled just past half way. I didnt want a half a cup of soup. I also didnt pay for half a cup of soup.

Should be zero point!!!!I have a to go order with two cinnamon bagels. They forgot to put inside. When I called them, they told me the only way to get those is to visit their store again. They refused to deliver for this missing item. I have to place another delivery order to get the bread.If I placed an order and didnt pay. And when your Panera ask me for money and I replied the only way you can get is come to my place, would you accept that????

The young lady working front counter was very helpful. Her picks were spot on the food was very good. Cant wait to go back again. If you can go between 7-9 .

I love the tuna salad, but I forgot to ask for rye or multi grain so I got it on the giant foccacia bread - too much bread for me (still gobbled it all down). Tried the chicken Thai soup - amazing. Going to need a nap now.

Every time I order an iced coffee a vanilla syrup for rapid pickup they dont prepare it. When I ask at the counter that snap at me and tell me I can get it myself. I can not do this because I paid for the extra syrup. This has happened several times. I have never had this issue in Moorestown.

Standard Panera bread food that always tastes good. This particular location messes up my orders very frequently so its not my favorite location to order from. If I contact the company when I realize it they usually refund me, but not always.

Great place to have your meal. I go there frequently depending on my schedule . They mistakenly made wrong order one time but took care of it no question asks and gave me refund that was plus . Great place with great customer service .

i am overall a health nut so i rarely dine out due to most places not offering a healthy or economical selection, but occassionally i make an exception to be sociable which was the case here, a day out shopping with my sister. i like their kiosk ordering option and light up button that alerts you that the order is ready. i had a hard time making a menu choice because nothing really appealed to me or seemed healthy other than soup and a salad. i got the two-option, half sandwhich and soup. The Soup was tasty but luke warm and a small portion, the sandwhich was ok, the pannini was grilled (too hard/crispyand their bagette rolls are hard, a soft kaiser roll or croissant sandwhich option would be nice. they used to have souffels which i loved but i no longer see those on the menu.

The ceaser salad was the same amount if I would have gotten soup and salad combo but paid 4 dollars more..just crazyWill not be going to any of theses locations again..same full it is. I get we are all in hard times but this is just out right redeculus

Extremely busy but staff was pleasant and appeared hard working. I ordered the pick 2, tomato soup and bbq pulled chicken sandwich. The bbq chicken sandwich did not have any bbq.

I ordered a green goddess salad with a side of broccoli and cheddar Mac n cheese. My salad was missing several key ingredients (eggs, tomatoes, and baconand had so little dressing that I could hardly tell any was there at all. I was also given plain Mac n cheese instead of the broccoli Mac. My baguette was stale and dry. Definitely not the quality I have come to expect in my years as a Panera bread customer.

I ordered the toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich. Their description has aged white cheddar, horseradish cream sauce and pickled onions. I receive 1 piece of what appears to be roast beef and nothing else. I’ve been a long time customer and now will never order from them again

I bought 2 muffins here on 10/17/21. When I asked the boy at the counter if they were blueberry, he said yes. Even his co-worker standing next to him nodded.. When I got home and took a bite, the berries were bright pink. They are cranberry muffins. I can tell by the bitter taste. Not happy and very disappointed!

Lots of changes with COVID19, but same great soup and good sandwiches. Miss all the pastry out front, but not sure what the new regulations are. Nice to have a local soup and sandwich place.

We went at 11 AM & ordered lunch to eat outside in patio area... It took a VERY long time for food to be made even compared to new post-pandemic times. Soup & salads were yummy, but they skimped on our sandwiches. Nice option that they have the outdoor seating since we were with an unvaccinated child.

I got Rapid Pickup here today, my harvest soup and bread was delicious! The employees were working extremely hard to put together the magnitude of orders, while also fulfilling a massive catering order during the lunch rush. Other customers were angry and complaining, directing harsh unwarranted criticism and abuse toward the employees. This is very wrong and I feel terrible for the people working here with the amount of abuse they take from customers. They deserve to be paid more, much more. I could see the stress in their eyes and I know how they feels, it’s awful. This is a very busy store and if you go there during a meal rush, be patient and act like a human being. Put yourself in their shoes. Everyone did a great job and should be rewarded after what I witnessed today. I saw another review angry because this location “isn’t enforcing masking or social distancing”. What do you want them to do? They have barely enough people on hand to handle the huge number of customers. They cannot be expected to police idiots too. They aren’t being paid enough in general, and DEFINITELY not enough to fight moronic customers over Covid regulations. For the record, I loathe those science denying people but I absolutely cannot expect the Panera employees to do anything about it. It’s not their fault. Anyway, go easy on the employees and be a good person. I also got an orange scone and it smells delicious but I’m saving it for later.

No encouragement of social distancing or masking. Lots of unmasked people. We are vaccinated Panera fans but probably won’t return because of this. My grilled cheese sandwich had such a thin slice of cheese that it was difficult to find or taste. See picture. Otherwise the soup was good and my wife’s salad and soup were good.

Panera is gone downhill in general. Sandwiches getting smaller while the prices go up. Soup consistency varies on the day. The other night I walked in to order some food and every bread for every sandwich was out of stock. This isnt the first time either. Panera BREAD had no BREAD!!!! I went to Chick Fil A instead. Done with this company. I honestly hope they go out of business.

Came to this Panera for lunch yesterday and had a great experience. Food was great and the service was fast. Staff are very friendly (a big shoutout to the lovely gentleman who helped us carry our plates to where we were sitting!I personally love their Caesar salad and Mac n cheese, my family members enjoyed the sesame salad and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich. We tried out the pepperoni flatbread, it wasn’t too bad but we thought the cheese had an odd flavor and we’d probably never order it again. Everything else was delicious, this is definitely one of my favorite Panera’s to go to when I’m in the area.

The food service was extremely slow, there was very little chicken meat on the sandwich. I got the lemon poppy seed salad that also was lacking in protein. Not to mention my husband said the mens room was dirty, The door was wide open so if a woman went to the bathroom she could look right into the mens room and their business

Always a great experience at this Panera bread! But today especially they made my day just by the way they handled the situation and just fixed it. customer service goes along way and not only did they acknowledge the mistake. but they made it right without complaints or arguements. Not only did they mess up my order and I called having an attitude expecting to be cursed out or argued with back... but nope they were very understanding and genuine about fixing my order and that’s what makes me happy. I love when places are genuinely caring about if the customer is happy. I LOVE IT! Keep up the great work guys!!!! Deff fixed my attitude for the day with how you guys chose to handle the situation. :-)

We never had a problem with the food until last night. Weve been feeling sick to our stomachs ever since, maybe your lettuce is outdated? Also, after placing an order on the phone for curbside pickup and then arriving at the pickup time, the customers shouldnt have to wait another 15 minutes or call to ask them when will your food be delivered?? Service needs much improvement!! We miss the Delran location

Always a great experience with the staff at this location. I want to thank Shanell (sorry if I misspelled your name!for her excellent customer service. I came in early to pickup an order before my scheduled time and she was so kind and friendly and had everything ready despite me being there ahead of schedule. 5 stars for her excellent service and friendly smile even under the masks!!!!!

My wife and I had lunch today and last week at Panera Bread Mt Laurel. Last week, I had the flat bread pizza, and I was impressed with the quality and flavor. Today, I had the steak and cheddar sandwich, and I was delicious. The staff was very friendly and caring. We will be back soon.

Great soup of course and they have vegetarian options that are tasty. They are getting expensive though, about $20 per person if your want a bowl of soup, sandwich and drink.

You can always be relax here! Sometimes crowded in lunch time, but there are enough tables and seats so you can use your time here! Kind staffs always see around and they take our plate done kindly. I love here!!! The menu is of course good same quality as other Paneras. Of course there are enough parking lots so no worry about it!!! You should come to have good cafe menus!!!

The Lobster roll is the best thing there. Its absolutely worth the money... I hate that its seasonal! Everything Ive had is always fresh and a nice amount/size. You wont be disappointed
