Pane Vino in Cairo

Just had a delightful evening being entertained by Wael and the rest of the staff at Pane Vino at the Semiramis hotel in Cairo. The food was excellent, particularly the mushroom risotto. Can’t recommend enough.

About 50 dollars for 2 people with great evening view of the Nile. The service is great. Really cool beverages in big cut glasses. I love drinks. Large portions and good bread at table.

Really nice place with beautiful views and very kind service. A restaurant that i would recomend for sure.

The restaurant is really good! Really tasty food, with fair prices. The view is extraordinary, specially during sunset and night, when you can see the Nile River lights. The waiters are all very kind (a special shoutout to Waef, the one that was with us).

This is by far the best lasagna I’ve had, the taste is so perfect. And the pastes is cooked just right and the meat sauce is delicious. Service is fast and friendly.

View is great, service was pretty good. Food is below average, beef carpaccio was frozen and pizza was just meh.

Nice italian restaurant. The pasta is very good.I tried seafood linguine and It was tastefull. Inside the intercontinental hotel, very nice view of the Nile. Prince quality, perfect.

The view is amazing, but the food is ok (averageand the service is bad.I ordered a grilled seafood dish, because it included scallops, but the dish came with no scallops and without the side that was supposed to come. Nothing was done about it after I complained and the waiter was kind of rude.

It was a great experience from the food to the view. Mahmoud was very helpful and he even found a bag of mine that I had missed during my leave.

We were mistreated by the mètre as soon as he found out that our dinner was included (half board). The menu is tremendously limited (come on, only Margarita pizza at an Italian Restaurant??and the service painfully slow. Better find an alternative restaurant.

Good, up-to-standard Italian food, came here as a "safe haven" after many days of egyptian food (delicious but not easy on the stomach after several days).

The service was good, but the quality of food was a shocking factor. Salty chicken plate and a desert less than to be provide.

Good atmosphere with a nile view, tasty food although the presentation wasn’t all that!, we mentioned that it is our anniversary and they provided a decorated cake for us (as a complimentthat was very nice of them. Would definitely come back.

Had an amazing time here with my family. The food was superb and service was 100 percent perfect. Mahmoud was attentive and caring to me and my family. Excellent waiter! Would recommend to come here when you are in Cairo, Eygpt for some great Italian food and service.

Considering a restaurant in Cairo Semiramis Hotel, you would expect the service to be 5 stars with exceptional food taste .. it was far from that !!!The Lamb shank was ok coming on a risotto that wasnt the best .. Veal Al Lamoni dish was ok but again not up to expectation ..Representation was ok, and service was acceptable but not to a 5 star rating ..

Italian fine dinning with most amazing view of the Nile. A large selection of the finest Italian food with a clay fire oven for pizza. Fresh bread baked daily. A large selection of cocktails and mock tails. Highly recommended for special occasions.

We came here at the most beautiful of times: sunset. We witnessed the sun setting on the skyline of downtown Cairo while dining on our italian meals. Can it get any better?The restaurant has two options: to dine inside or outside. When the weather is nice, it’s great to go out and enjoy the views from there (although the restaurant has views all around).We ordered a 4 formagio pizza and some Penne arrabiata. Both were delicious and just what we needed at that time. We also got a mango juice and, as everywhere across the Intercontinental Semiramis… it was incredible.Great spot if you are craving italian food!

Pane Vino is a great Italian restaurant with fresh ingredients. I have eaten several items on the menu and all have been great. Hanna, my waiter, was fantastic and very responsive and helpful in suggesting my meal. I recommend Pane Vino for anyone wanting upscale Italian.

Very big portions, we tried to finish our pasta with my wife but unsuccessfully, dishes are good, but staff is very strange.-2 stars for the fact that I was forced to write this review. Seriously InterContinental pay attention to this! I was unable to pay the bill because your employee was checking that I wrote the review!-1 star for the fact that I was unable to charge the bill for my room! After your employee was sure that I wrote the review he said it’s impossible and I can pay by card or cash because reception said that my room can’t be charge with extra services of the hotel. Why? I didn’t get the answer and was forced to go to my room and pick my credit card. And guess why I can’t pay it on place?! Because in 2021 you don’t accept ApplePay.

We saw the reviews and so we decided to visit this place. The service was impeccable. The food was delightful. And we just loved the ethos of this place. We have eaten out a lot and this is definitely one of our favorite experiences. Excellent experience, I cant praise strongly enough!

Amazing entrance, nice place with beautiful view on Nile. Service could be faster and not forgetting about some little details we asked for. We ordered sea food In tempura which was delicious, steak so soft and yummy, pasta was not this what we expected and actually we had the highest hope on that since it’s real italian restaurant. It was without any seasoning, not even salt. Just simple pasta with some meat and tomatoes. I am sure everyone of you can do this better at home. Even parmezan would make it taste better. But no gram of it was on plate so price for pasta like this should be really half of it.Big negative for parking price. 100le for 1,5h !!! No other place to park a car just hotel parking come on.

Regular italian restaurant. The nile view is actually the best part of it.The food taste is average and the portions are not sufficient.The presentation and the dressing is good though

Being a first time visitor I am so happy to find a restaurant with good food and service. We ordered lasagna and a traditional chicken dish and both were made delicious. But the star of the visit were the wait staff. Dalai and Ahmed were so nice and attentive. The manager even visited twice to see All was good. Thank you again.

This restaurant has a beautiful view of the Nile! The food is fresh, tasty, and cooked to ones individual tast. Hannah, our waiter, went out if his way to make us happy. I really appreciated such professionalism.

Relly good food and atenncion decorations are beautiful but music is sometimes a little annoying and out of tone, the view of the Nile is amazing
